Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Tao Yi, who had a heavy responsibility on his shoulders, was a little proud. He waved his hand in embarrassment and said, ”Don’t be so polite. I’ll try my best. But if I lose, you can’t blame me.”

”Hahaha, you won’t lose! you won’t lose! You’re the national runner-up for Taekwondo!”

”For the sake of the entire class, I’ll definitely do my best.” Tao Yi, who was welcomed by the entire class as soon as school started, restrained himself and replied humbly. However, he was still a little proud.

The 18-year-old boy was eager to get attention. He had just entered a new environment, so he more or less wanted to show off and let his classmates see his strengths.

This was how Tao Yi was now. How could he not be happy when he received the attention and recognition of his classmates?

The laughter of the students made the students from the other classes envious. Their bet with the instructor also attracted the attention of the students from the other classes.

They didn’t expect the students to dare to make a bet with their instructor. They didn’t expect the instructor to agree too. She agreed to the students’ request!

Why were other instructors so good?

”Sigh, should we try…”

”Sixth in the fourth row, don’t move!”

Before the boy from another class could finish speaking, he was discovered by the instructor and given a stern reminder.

”Don’t move and don’t speak. If I see someone moving and talking nonsense again, the entire class will stand for another ten minutes.”

The instructors, who were secretly sized up by the girls before the military training, had turned into steel-faced soldiers. All of them had stern expressions on their faces. Whether it was boys or girls, as long as they were discovered by the instructors, they would be directly pointed out without any special treatment.

”Look in front and clamp your legs together! Relax your shoulders and slowly adjust your breathing. Don’t move! Do you hear me?

”It’s just the start, but everyone is already going limp. If you’re a man, stand up straight! Don’t let the girls look down on you! Even the girls stand straighter than you!”

In the depths of the boys’ hearts… they were already cursing in their native language. They had been standing in the military stance for 20 minutes. Why was it so hard to endure?!

What was the class beside doing? They had been standing there for five to six minutes, laughing!

”Report…”

A boy from a certain class suddenly shouted. He was agitated. He wanted to make a bet too!

”Speak!”

Song Zhiqiu’s voice was cold and ruthless.

The boy straightened his neck and shouted, ”Instructor, we want to make a bet too!”

The air was a little quiet. There was an undercurrent. The students who were standing until their backs hurt pricked up their ears and cheered for the boy who spoke bravely. Yes, yes, they wanted to make a bet too!

The requirements were the same. As long as they won, the instructor would be more lenient with the military training.

Song Zhiqiu wanted to laugh, but as an instructor, he had to maintain a serious expression. ”Bet? Do you think you can win?”

”They’re sparring at night, right? Why don’t you see the results at night before making a bet with me?” Hearing that, the boy who had the courage to make a request was instantly afraid.

The national runner-up for Taekwondo… had some skills. However, that wasn’t enough in front of Ye Jian.

Tao Yi returned to the team. Ye Jian whistled and started one of the training sessions—military stance.

The military stance looked simple. They just needed to stand still. However, it was hard to stand still.

It wasn’t for long, only 20 minutes. However, because they were delayed for five to six minutes just now, the students from the other classes completed their military stance exercise at 12 o’clock sharp. Meanwhile, Ye Jian’s class continued.
