Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The situation in Libya was getting more and more chaotic. Illegal militants were attacking the capital city of Libya, and NPFL militants were also attacking the government forces. The Libyan government, who was surrounded by enemies, asked the United Nations for help.

The weapons provided by a certain Western country to the illegal militants arrived at the port early. However, they realized that they couldn’t contact the mine that was controlled yesterday. They even lost contact with the six experts and four mercenaries.

The leader of the Western country who was in charge of this matter realized that there was a problem. As for what the problem was, they had no way of knowing.

In order to prevent the surviving illegal militants from leaking the news, the special forces of the Xueyu unit destroyed the communication channels and vehicles when they retreated. The survivors wanted to inform the higher-ups, but they had to walk out first.

It would take a long time to walk. How long would it take to walk more than a hundred kilometers?

By the time they walked out, it would be too late.

Realizing that something was wrong, the leader of the Western country asked the illegal militants who were cooperating with them to enquire about the situation. At the same time, the two special forces units were ordered to receive the Chinese peacekeeping forces who had retreated from Yeni.

With the help of the Russian side, the Chinese peacekeeping forces in Yeni once again repelled the illegal militants who were surrounding them. The British and Russian peacekeeping forces withdrew, and the Chinese side immediately started to retreat after the firefight ended.

The Russian peacekeeping soldiers didn’t leave. They needed to retreat to the town of Covil too. Naturally, they would follow the Chinese.

Lieutenant Colonel Zhu arranged for the wounded to get into the car first. Then, he arranged for the supplies to be transported. The soldiers in front would open the path, and the middle would provide cover. The back would be the retreat. They would complete their retreat at the fastest speed.

Including the two captains of the Xueyu unit and the Storm Commando Brigade, a total of 31 special forces soldiers only had time to change into their camouflage uniforms and grab a few buns. They didn’t even have half an hour of rest before jumping into the trucks to carry out their mission.

This time, they all went as peacekeeping soldiers. After getting into the trucks, they arranged for people to keep watch and took the time to rest. Ye Jian wasn’t in the same truck as Xia Jinyuan on this trip. She was currently fighting with the water ghosts of the Storm Commando Brigade and couldn’t leave the team casually.

Although Xia Jinyuan really wanted to get in the same truck as her, he had no choice.

He wasn’t Azure Bird’s captain now. His cousin-in-law, Demon King Li, was Azure Bird’s captain.

He personally sent Ye Jian to the truck. He was afraid that Ye Jian wouldn’t be able to get into the truck alone, so he jumped in first. Then, he reached out and pulled Ye Jian up. After pulling her up, he wasn’t in a hurry to get down. He said to the water ghosts in the car, ”Brothers, please take care of our team’s Azure Bird.”

…

They really wanted to kick this guy who had a fake smile on his face and who was obviously up to no good!

Then, they looked at the Demon King Li who was standing below. His face was cold, and even his eyes seemed to be icy. The water ghosts pointed outside the truck, indicating for this thick-skinned comrade to communicate with their captain. They didn’t want him to stand here and be an eyesore.

Li Jinnian, who had yet to get into the truck, looked coldly at the arrogant fellow who had climbed into their truck like a host. He cleared his throat and asked calmly, ”You want to stall for time, right?”

His cousin-in-law’s voice came from behind. Xia Jinyuan smiled and turned his head to take a look. Then, he said to Ye Jian, who couldn’t do anything, ”You’re a soldier I trained. When we arrive, you mustn’t embarrass me, your captain. Do you understand?”

”Understood!”

Ye Jian was very cooperative and nodded seriously.
