Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

T6’s eyes widened. He had a look of disbelief on his face.

How was that possible?

Azure Bird!

That was Azure Bird!

Azure Bird of the army!

Azure Bird from the Xueyu unit!

How could she be fighting alongside a group of navy soldiers in blue and white camouflage uniforms? How was that possible?

They were not the same kind of soldier!

”How is that possible? Could it be that Azure Bird was really snatched away by the navy?” V8, who also didn’t believe it and felt incredulous, directly expressed his worry.

Someone immediately slapped his head. V8 was wearing a helmet, so it didn’t hurt. However, he fell forward. Their captain said, ”Is Azure Bird the kind of soldier who’s so easily snatched?”

…

Of course not!

Xia Jinyuan’s words calmed the soldiers down. G3 said in a low voice, ”There are 12 Chinese workers and 64 Libyan workers. Did Boss say what arrangements the Libyan government has?”

This was what G3 was concerned about. As for whether Azure Bird had been poached away by the navy, the captain said that Azure Bird wasn’t the kind of female soldier who was easily poached off. Everyone was relieved when they heard that.

Xia Jinyuan, who was putting on his combat uniform again, said calmly, ”Boss didn’t say anything. It can be seen that the Libyan government doesn’t have any arrangements.

”Now that the situation is getting out of control again, the government forces won’t specially send soldiers to rescue the 64 Libyan workers. Boss knows this clearly, and that’s why he asked us to provide support.

”We can save as many Libyan workers as we can, but we have to save all the Chinese workers.”

This was war. As soldiers, they were not God or the Virgin Mary. They would save the Libyan workers, but the safety of the Chinese workers came first!

It was cruel and heartless, but this was reality. There were no emotions on the battlefield. Sometimes, there was no humanity either.

The strong preyed on the weak. If someone were to be blamed, they could only say that Libya was too weak and incompetent.

Major General Yang didn’t emphasize the words ’rescue the Libyan workers’. He only told Xia Jinyuan how many Libyan workers there were and provided the data. As for how the Xueyu unit would judge the situation, he believed that the king of the Xueyu unit would come up with his own decision.

After giving the order, all combat power was handed over to Xia Jinyuan, who was in charge of combat. Even as his superior, Major General Yang didn’t have the right to interfere.

Xia Jinyuan’s words made the young special forces soldiers fall into a short silence. They tightened their grip on their guns as if they were secretly venting some emotions.

64 hostages… The Libyan government forces weren’t taking any rescue measures. As soldiers, they deeply felt the sorrow.

A weak and incompetent country! This was how weak and incompetent a country was!

China was the same in the past.

Today, China had slowly stood up. Though they were once a weak country, they had strengthened themselves bit by bit!

The rain was still falling. The tireless special forces soldiers of the Xueyu unit were led by Captain Xia Jinyuan as they embarked on their journey again.

This was a declaration of war against the evil forces. It told those people with evil intentions that China was no longer the country that had to be careful even when they were having a ’war of words’. They were not afraid of offending powerful countries. China would use their actions to tell the illegal militants and the forces supporting them that China had risen.
