Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The 60-odd Libyan workers who resisted caused a lot of trouble for the illegal militants. The ten rifles they snatched from the cafeteria were all AKs. If the bullets hit their targets, they would pierce through them. Even if they didn’t die, they would be crippled.

The chaos created was huge. The main reason was that the Libyan workers were very familiar with the entire mine. The sudden destruction of the power equipment made it easier for them to escape.

Some people fled toward the exit, but they didn’t manage to run away. Instead, they were killed by illegal militants.

On the contrary, the Libyan workers who escaped to the mine found a hiding place. Some hid and didn’t come out, while those with guns kept firing back.

Amidst the chaos, Ye Jian and Xia Jinyuan entered the mine at the same time. The two of them ran forward until they reached a fork.

One fork led to the left, and the other led to the right. According to the blueprint provided by the Chinese mineral company, there was a waste cave to the left. It was more than 140 meters deep. To the right was the mine that had been mined in the past two months. It was similar to a domestic coal mine.

Besides a mine track that transported ores, there were all kinds of metal pipes of different sizes on one side. Some of them were copper pipes. On the other side, there was an aisle that could be passed normally. There were steel nets on both sides to prevent falling rocks from hurting people. When they entered the mine on the right, Ye Jian and Xia Jinyuan found an engineering vehicle transporting materials.

The engineering vehicle was a special vehicle that was specially transported into the mine. The entire body of the vehicle was long, but it was very short, like a flattened truck.

There was a huge black pipe above their heads. It was mainly used for ventilation and deep oxygen supply. Ye Jian, who was on guard, looked up and saw the corpse of an illegal militant that had been killed lying on the pipe.

This was the first person who the Storm Commando Brigade had secretly dealt with.

The channel was very quiet. There was still no news from the water ghosts who went deep into the mine to look for the Chinese workers. The situation outside was unknown for the time being.

The special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit were silent. This meant that everything was normal. There was no need to worry.

The resistance of the Libyan workers attracted the attention of the illegal militants. They still didn’t realize that Chinese soldiers had infiltrated the mine and entered the depths of the mine.

Xia Jinyuan placed the detonator on the black oxygen supply pipe at the top and started setting it up ten meters into the mine on the right. Finally, the metal wire used to detonate the detonator extended out.

Li Jinnian’s cold voice broke the silence on the public channel. ”All the hostages have been found. Prepare for support outside. The battle will start in five minutes. Time!”

”Roger!”

”Okay!”

…

The latest news made the killing intent in the eyes of the special forces soldiers who participated in the rescue even stronger. The Chinese peacekeeping soldiers outside immediately sent the news back to the Chinese peacekeeping camp in Yeni.

At this moment, the Chinese peacekeeping camp in Yeni was being attacked by illegal militants. They arrogantly used loudspeakers to shout at the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers, asking them to get out of Yeni immediately!

They used the humiliating word ’scram.’ Even the word ’evacuation’ was omitted.

After receiving the latest news from the mine, Lieutenant Colonel Zhu contacted the country. The 12 Chinese workers had been found, and they were preparing to evacuate.

Just as Lieutenant Colonel Zhu was contacting the country, the bloody battle in the mine had begun.

All 12 employees were held at gunpoint in the mine. The Chinese person in charge was shot in the thigh because he didn’t cooperate with the illegal militants. His entire knee was blown up. He had been shot for more than two hours.
