Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Another truck drove out. This time, it was to fetch the special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit who were still fighting in the mine.

”Retreat, retreat!”

”I’ll cover you. Retreat!”

”Where’s the captain? Captain! Say something!”

”What’s up? Azure Bird and I will retreat quickly!”

”Damn it, isn’t there a heavy machine gunner? Why isn’t there any movement?”

”F*ck, are you looking for trouble? Damn it, where are you? Why don’t I see you?”

The rescue of the hostages was successful. Even the company channel became lively. The special forces soldiers of the two units cooperated and wiped out the illegal militants. Besides the illegal militants who escaped and hid far away, the rest were all wiped out.

If they really relied on the water ghosts of Storm Commando to infiltrate the mine and rescue the hostages, how could they succeed so quickly?

There were not enough people and weapons. They might even have to report a number of casualties.

The water ghosts, who had rushed out of the mine, smiled when they heard the happy voices of their comrades from the brother company.

It was good to leave alive.

The special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit started getting into the truck. Ye Jian was the first to jump into the truck. Right on the heels of that, she pulled Xia Jinyuan into the truck. The truck retreated according to the route they had planned. They retreated safely.

The remaining illegal militants didn’t dare to exchange fire anymore. They didn’t gather either. Instead, they became scattered soldiers. Facing opponents with stronger firepower and strength than them, they didn’t dare to show their faces easily.

About a hundred illegal militants had entered the mine, and there were 31 Chinese special forces soldiers. Even if the other party’s numbers were twice as high, they were still inferior.

One had to know that the execution ability of a special forces soldier was far from what an ordinary soldier could compare to. In combat, a special forces soldier could fight against more than five ordinary soldiers. As a result, even though there were more illegal militants, they still lost.

Of course, there was another main factor.

The other party didn’t expect the Chinese to send peacekeeping soldiers to rescue the hostages. They didn’t expect the Chinese special forces to do it either.

They thought that restraining the two Chinese peacekeeping forces in Yeni and Covil was enough to prevent China from being able to spare any additional forces. That was what they thought, and so did the Western countries that were cooperating with the illegal militants.

The United Nations was still condemning the brutality of the illegal militants and trying to make them remember the peacekeeping rules. China had already resolved its biggest problem.

Just as the illegal militants were still trying to threaten China and ask the Chinese peacekeeping force in Libya to ’scram’ back to China and give them the management rights of the mines and all the equipment, the special forces soldiers sent by China had already left the mine with the hostages.

Not only did they successfully rescue the hostages, but the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers also brought the surviving Libyan workers back.

They didn’t take the same vehicle. Instead, they sat in the two trucks and left.

When the Libyan workers in the truck knew that they would be settled in the Chinese peacekeeping forces’ camp, their eyes were filled with tears and even a deep sense of security.

Their country didn’t give them a sense of security, but the soldiers from another country did.

They leaned against each other. No one spoke. They just leaned against each other until they were farther and farther away from the mine.
