Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

Gunshots sounded throughout the entire mine. Xia Jinyuan and Ye Jian, who were lying in ambush at the fork of the two mines, had their fingers on the trigger. Their cold gazes were fixed on the front. When they heard the gunshots, several figures were killed by the two of them.

They were the illegal militants guarding outside.

The illegal militants in the mine were hindered by the special forces of the Xueyu unit, especially when they entered the mine. The soldiers guarded the mine tightly. Whoever came to reinforce the mine would be killed on the spot.

After two rounds, the illegal militants who wanted to come over were frightened. Some people wanted to inform the outside world that they had been sneak attacked. In the end, they realized sadly that their communication devices were blocked. They couldn’t contact the outside world at all.

The entire mine was even more chaotic. The soldiers guarding outside didn’t move because it wasn’t time for them to move.

They were the last ones to cover the retreat. The brothers who went in to rescue the hostages hadn’t come out yet. They had to continue lying down and wait.

It was the rainy season now. There was abundant rainwater in the Libyan mine. The rain hadn’t shown any signs of stopping since yesterday evening. The raindrops fell and hit the leaves. The countless interweaving sounds covered up the gunshots in the direction of the mine. The blood was also washed clean by the rainwater.

An explosion sounded. The flames from the explosion rushed over and lit up a certain spot in the mine. The rain and wind smelled of gunpowder.

”Group attack? Let’s wipe them out in one go!”

A cold and vicious voice came from the public channel. Ye Jian, who was helping the Storm Commando Brigade retreat, heard a deafening explosion a few seconds later.

”Follow closely, follow closely! Bend down and don’t look up! Keep walking forward!”

There was also Big Eel’s voice in the earpieces. He, Sea Anemone, Seaweed, and Big Eel led a total of four teams to cover the evacuation of the Chinese workers. Big Squid carried the Chinese person in charge whose right knee had been shot at.

In the end, Li Jinnian and the rest were in charge of covering the retreat.

”Hurry, hurry, hurry!”

”Don’t look back. Just rush forward!”

The anxious voices of the water ghosts could be heard through the earpieces, letting all the team members who were receiving them know that the situation in the mine was under control.

The special forces soldiers from the Xueyu unit, who had ample ammunition outside, threw a few grenades and sent a group of at least 20 illegal militants flying.

One grenade wasn’t lethal enough, so they threw three grenades at once. The explosion shook the ground, and 20 targets were knocked down.

Those who weren’t caught in the explosion were hit by the shrapnel. Before they could get up, they were shot at.

Assassination and night attacks were the strengths of the special forces of the Xueyu unit. Facing these fellows who were ruthless even to the civilians of the country, every one of them would be killed.

The terrain of the mine was complicated. In addition, there were many piles of waste stones. It was hard to say if a few powerful illegal militants would sneak onto the pile and try to launch a sneak attack.

However, although the illegal militants brought bazookas, heavy machine guns, and other heavy weapons to the mine, they left behind a very important thing—night-vision goggles.

The illegal militants who controlled the entire mine probably didn’t expect to be sneak attacked in the middle of the night. The other party even sneaked into the mine under their surveillance and started a fire attack. Hence, even though they had heavy weapons, they couldn’t shoot accurately at the Chinese soldiers who entered the camp.

However, the fully equipped Chinese special forces soldiers could do it.
