Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

They had already left the port. They walked in the rain for nearly two hours before they found a shelter to treat their injuries.

This time, the only one who got hit was Xia Jinyuan. Other than that, the others only got a few abrasions. They directly disinfected their wounds and didn’t even waste the bandages they had.

Z7 walked over and said in a low voice, ”The boss is looking for you.”

The voice of their boss, Major General Yang, came from the earpiece. It was a private call, so not all the special forces soldiers heard him.

”There’s an accident in a mine that produces important materials for China. 12 Chinese workers and 64 Libyan local workers are being subdued by illegal militants. A team of comrades you’re familiar with has already rushed to rescue them.”

The 76 hostages needed to be rescued. Xia Jinyuan asked with a cold gaze, ”Are there any hostage casualties?”

”We haven’t received any information for the time being. The other party has blocked all communication in the mine. Even if there is…” Major General Yang sighed softly and left the words unsaid. He changed the topic. ”There are many hostages. The soldiers who returned to the camp to report said that there are many illegal armed men, and they’re carrying good weapons. To be safe, you have to go over and provide support.”

Major General Yang knew that Kulo Caesar had been successfully killed. At the same time, he understood the situation of the special forces soldiers on the mission in detail. A desert operation with a mortality rate of zero. When Major General Yang, who was waiting for news in the country, heard this, his heart surged.

Good job!

What great Chinese men!

Major General Yang gave another order. He considered the situation of all the soldiers below him. If possible, he wanted the soldiers he was proud of to have a good rest. However, he could only keep that thought in mind.

Xia Jinyuan glanced at his bandaged wound and replied, ”We can do another job. I wonder which company it is? Can you contact them?”

Major General Yang replied, ”The Storm Commando Brigade. They’re your acquaintances who trained together.”

The young officer’s voice was full of energy. It was a little arrogant and cold. It was mostly because of his confidence as a soldier. It made people feel at ease.

Xia Jinyuan, who was leaning against the wall, was in high spirits. He mouthed to his comrades who were looking at him, ”There’s a new job.” His expression was cold as he replied, ”It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with them. We’ll take action immediately!”

Major General Yang reported the coordinates of the mine. Xia Jinyuan repeated them to Z7. Then, there was the sound of Z7 typing on the keyboard. He now knew the exact location of the mine. He stared at Xia Jinyuan who was carrying a military laptop and narrowed his eyes.

He asked, ”Other than the hostage rescue, are there any other instructions?”

What was the value of a mine far away in the depths of the rainforest to make illegal militants go there? Moreover, they had blocked all news from the mine.

”Blow up the mine, including the equipment that wasn’t transferred in time.”

”Roger!”

Xia Jinyuan thought that the call would end just like that. Unexpectedly, Major General Yang suddenly dropped a bombshell. Xia Jinyuan wondered if he heard wrongly.

”Azure Bird? You mean Azure Bird… is with Demon King Li now? She’s on a mission with the water ghosts?”

Not long ago, he was still thinking about the little fox. He was told that the woman he was thinking about was also in Libya and was on a mission with the Storm Commando Brigade’s water ghosts.

This news made Xia Jinyuan, who had always been calm, lose his composure.

What were they waiting for?

They needed to hurry up and leave!

The woman who should be studying in the country actually came out to carry out a mission again and was even fighting alongside the water ghosts who wanted to poach her away. ’Brothers from the navy, what’s wrong with you? Why did you look for Azure Bird from the army?’
