The Female CEO's Personal Bodyguard

Chapter 571: Chapter 571: The Power of One Punch_1

Aurelio Compton’s face turned green as he stepped forward and launched into the air.

Every word from Carson Flores was extremely venomous, either putting Aurelio in an awkward position or insulting him, causing Aurelio unbearable discomfort.

He couldn’t let this kid speak again.

Knocking him down directly would be more effective than saying anything!

Aurelio Compton threw a punch, his Gang Qi surging like ocean waves, his vigor whirling around him like a fierce wind, torrential and domineering.

Yet Carson Flores didn’t take it head-on; his figure flashed like lightning, evading in the blink of an eye.

Aurelio Compton was shocked. The kid was so fast!

Surprise also appeared on the faces of the many onlookers around them.

”So fast!”

”Carson Flores is not weak at all!”

People whispered among themselves, and these murmurs instantly placed an invisible pressure on Aurelio Compton.

If he couldn’t defeat Carson Flores cleanly and efficiently, even if he eventually won, it would be a hollow victory.

Aurelio Compton accelerated once again, launching another attack.

Carson Flores dodged again.

The attack missed again.

Aurelio Compton’s face began to show embarrassment. Just moments ago, he had boasted about teaching Carson Flores a lesson, but how could he teach if he couldn’t even land a hit?

The whispers around them grew louder.

”Carson Flores is so fast!”

”Perhaps that’s the confidence that allowed him to accept Aurelio Compton’s challenge.”

”If there’s a gap in strength, speed and movement can make up for it. Not bad at all.”

Aurelio Compton’s eyes reddened slightly as the speed of his attacks increased again, with an even greater force.

Miss!

Miss!

Still a miss!

Aurelio Compton was going crazy!

He had never imagined being in such a predicament, that Carson Flores, relying on his extraordinary speed to dodge his frontal attacks, was someone that he just couldn’t hit!

After a dozen full-force punches missed, Aurelio Compton’s momentum plummeted, and even the strength of his Gang Qi in his punches lessened considerably.

”It’s no skill just dodging; if you’re capable, don’t dodge at all!”

With the situation so pressing and the ongoing dodging game threatening to turn him into an even bigger joke, Aurelio Compton didn’t hesitate to voice his taunt, no matter how inept it made him seem.

As expected, laughter arose from the crowd.

”He can’t hit the guy and blames him for being too quick to dodge?”

”Being fast is a skill, isn’t it? In a fight, winning is all that matters; nobody said you have to trade blows head-on.”

”Old Aurelio seems rattled.”

Hearing these words, Aurelio Compton’s face burned, and his feelings of humiliation intensified.

Damn, this kid is like a slippery eel!

Am I really that slow?

Aurelio Compton even began to doubt himself a bit under the unbalance of his mindset, and his next punch, thrown in frustration, was at least 20% weaker.

Aurelio Compton had formed a fixed mindset, believing that although Carson Flores was fast, his strength was inferior to his own, and he wouldn’t dare to trade blows with him directly, so he would definitely dodge his frontal attacks.

However, this time, Carson Flores didn’t dodge.

Carson Flores steadied his stance, stepped forward with his right foot, and threw a punch.

This punch roared like a tiger, hummed like a dragon, and shocked the heavens!

Before Aurelio Compton could even react, Carson Flores’s unadorned punch had already landed squarely on his fist.

”Bang!”

In the explosion of Gang Qi, Aurelio Compton felt an immense force coming from Carson Flores’s fist, and then his body uncontrollably flew backward.

”Bang, bang, bang!”

After crashing through three coconut trees, Aurelio Compton’s body slammed heavily against a fourth sizable tree, then bounced back and plummeted towards the ground, spewing a mouthful of blood like an arrow, leaving a red streak in the air.

Aurelio Compton hit the ground and instinctively tried to get up, but as he propped himself up, another mouthful of blood gushed out, his face turning as white as paper as if those two mouthfuls had drained all the blood from his body.

Everyone’s eyes widened, and gasps of shock rippled through the crowd.

”Hiss!”

All eyes first rested on the fallen Aurelio Compton, then collectively turned towards Carson Flores.

Beneath Carson Flores, the ground shattered, forming a vast pit, yet he stood firm, not retreating an inch!

The crowd was shocked by his strength. Hadn’t he just advanced to Innate level?

How could he be so powerful?

While Aurelio Compton might not be a top-tier Innate expert, he was still quite formidable. At least, many of those present couldn’t beat Aurelio Compton, but he had been seriously injured by just one punch from Carson Flores?

With an unaffected demeanor, Carson Flores walked out of the deep pit and looked at the distant and wretchedly lying Aurelio Compton, his tone mocking as he said, ”With your strength, you wanted to teach me a lesson? It seems you’re a bit lacking for that.”

At this moment, Aurelio Compton’s heart was completely filled with terror.

One punch!

This guy had thrown only one punch, and he had seriously injured him!

His right hand was covered in blood, with white bone visible in multiple places. Under the impact of the Gang Qi, his internal organs were damaged. While not fatal, he feared it would take him a month or two to recover!

If such was the power of one punch, what would be the result of another?

Knowing that the entire battle had arisen from his own provocation of Carson Flores, regret turned Aurelio Compton’s guts green with remorse...
