Chapter 802, Dragon Slayer Gang? Instantly Annihilated

Old Ninth showed a troubled expression, saying to Lu Fan. “Yeah, they’re another South Country gang called the Dragon Slayer Gang. They have a long feud with our Heavenly Dragon Gang. Originally called the Life Slayer Gang, but after Sister Cui killed one of their gang leader’s Biological Brother, their leader started to directly oppose us, even changing their name to this.”

Lu Fan nodded, thinking the opposition’s gang name did demonstrate considerable animosity toward the Heavenly Dragon Gang.

However, calling themselves the Dragon Slayer Gang seemed rather showy and arrogant. After all, the character ‘Dragon’ did not necessarily only refer to the Heavenly Dragon Gang. It might even imply direct hostility towards Dragon Country.

After all, following the battle between Dragon Country and South Country, it was natural for both sides to mutually dislike each other. Since the opposition was a gang made up of South Country natives, one might think their antagonism towards Dragon Country was a given.

Old Ninth continued, “Just now, your friend came here and caused trouble, injuring many of our Brothers. Sister Cui had us bring in a different group of Brothers to guard the Abyssal Rift, but our men aren’t fully assembled right now. Most are still in the Wilderness Leveling Up, hunting for materials or food.”

“In short, our defences here are temporarily thin. Somehow, the Dragon Slayer Gang learned of this, so they quickly mobilised their experts and surrounded this place.”

“Those from the Dragon Slayer Gang are truly shameless. Previously, when we captured the Abyssal Rift, we’d already lost some of our combatants. Now, they’re seizing this perfect opportunity to blockade us here… trying to cripple us before our men gather.”

“I see…” Lu Fan smiled after hearing this. “Surprisingly, there are a few clever ones amongst them who seized such an excellent opportunity to capture the Abyssal Rift.”

Old Ninth wore a mournful expression, saying to Lu Fan. “Stop joking around. The current situation is extremely urgent. This time, they’ve clearly come intending to completely crush our Heavenly Dragon Gang in one strike. They’ve already established Arrays nearby prohibiting use of all Transport Scrolls and similar teleportation items. Moreover, the Dragon Slayer Gang allied with two other South Country gangs. Just in terms of Fourth Profession Players alone, they have sent thirteen!”

After pausing, Old Ninth’s expression grew even uglier. “Furthermore, I heard the Dragon Slayer Gang leader, Viper, had been completing a Secret Realm Mission, which is why they hadn’t acted so far. Now that he’s completed this Secret Realm Mission, directly raising several Levels, he has now reached Level 100!”

“Thirteen Fourth Profession Players plus one at Level 100! They intend to directly annihilate our Heavenly Dragon Gang…”

“That’s it?” Lu Fan patted Old Ninth’s shoulder. “Relax. They are nothing. They won’t be able to even touch my hair.”

“You…” Old Ninth momentarily did not know what to say.

Thirteen Fourth Profession Players plus someone who reached Level 100. What else could they be but impressive!?

In fact, he, Old Ninth, had not even encountered that many Level 100 Players in his lifetime.

He knew Lu Fan was Dragon Country’s Spark. He certainly wielded exceptional strength.

But Lu Fan was ultimately only Level 90, wasn’t he?

Facing a Level 100 Player, he might match them, but what about adding over a dozen Players close to that Level?

Old Ninth did not believe Lu Fan could handle the present situation.

Ultimately, his horizons were too narrow, having never witnessed the broader world.

Just then, from among the South Country people, a thin, small figure with dark skin emerged from the crowd.

Just looking at the lustre of his equipment showed this person was the leader among them. His entire Equipment Set comprised either Diamond Grade or Platinum Grade items, quite a luxurious lineup.

However, this person had a sharp mouth and monkey-like cheeks. If one just took a glance, they might actually take him for an actual monkey.

“Where’s Cui Ziyi? Tell her to get out here! Today will be her funeral, and your Heavenly Dragon Gang’s end!”

This person drew an enormous sword, raising it high while cheerfully shouting toward the Heavenly Dragon Gang.

The others on his side heartily laughed, as though their victory was already assured.

Seeing the opposition so arrogant, fury blazed in Old Ninth’s eyes.

“Damn it! If you are truly so capable, why specifically choose to suddenly attack when we lack manpower? If it came to a real fight, who would fear you!?” He angrily screamed with clenched teeth, but he knew in his heart that with the opposition’s might, even in a direct confrontation with the Heavenly Dragon Gang, they would most likely lose.

Seeing this, Lu Fan waved dismissively. “Enough. They’re just small fry, not worthy of concern. Since your Boss has helped me, I might as well repay the favour by directly flattening them. Otherwise, they’ll probably prevent me from having any peace here.”

Saying this, Lu Fan reached out to draw a Summoning Array.

Dealing with these worthless rabble, letting Bao Bao with his explosive temper handle it would be perfect.

If Bao Bao took action, in just three to five minutes, there should not even be any dregs remaining.

However, just as Lu Fan was about to summon his Pet Dragon, a cry suddenly rang out…
