Flash Marriage: Pampered by Mr.Bigshot

Chapter 485: Chapter 484: Wishful Thinking

Yancy Hastings’ expression was stern as he regarded her, yet he remained motionless, as if he hadn’t heard a single word she’d uttered.

”Yancy Hastings? Tasteless guy?”

Fiona Sutton stood there awkwardly. Seeing him unmoved, she didn’t dare to move either.

”Even?”

Yancy Hastings raised an eyebrow. Is she still dwelling on this issue at a time like this?

Fiona Sutton was startled, then nodded.

”Dream on.”

Yancy Hastings sneered. Call it even, just like that? After sleeping with me, she wants to call it even? She’s dreaming.

”You...”

Fiona Sutton cursed under her breath. What’s so ’dream on’ about it?

”Anyway, you said it yourself last night. As long as I sleep with you for one night, you’ll let me go. You can’t break your word.”

Fiona Sutton raised her voice, punctuating her words by shaking a small fist.

Wearing an expression like a little bully threatening someone, Fiona Sutton prepared to get off the bed. Of course, I’ll take all the covers with me, she schemed. I’ll just close my eyes tight and not look at anything. With her mind made up, she squeezed her eyes shut, clutched the quilt, and prepared to roll backward off the bed.

HISS—

The moment she moved, a searing pain shot through her lower body. She lost her balance and tumbled off the bed.

Seeing her fall, Yancy Hastings swiftly pulled on his underwear. It took him barely a second; almost simultaneously, he was in front of Fiona Sutton.

”You’re completely useless!”

Seeing her grimace in pain, Yancy Hastings felt an oppressive tightness in his chest, a stuffy, dull feeling. He reached out, scooped her up along with the quilt, and placed her back on the bed.

”Look at you, so hideous.”

Her pained grimace looked like she was pulling an ugly face, and Yancy Hastings couldn’t help but jibe.

”You’re the one who’s hideous.”

Fiona Sutton retorted. She might not have ranked among the top beauties at University A, but she was definitely cute, spirited, and vivacious, alright?

”Still so sharp-tongued.”

For once, Yancy Hastings didn’t stoop to her level. He picked up her clothes from the side and tossed them onto the bed.

”Hurry up and get dressed!”

Seeing her still motionless, Yancy Hastings frowned.

Fiona Sutton lay on the bed awkwardly, her face flushed crimson. After hesitating for a moment, she extended a small finger and pointed at the floor beside the bed.

”Could you hand me that first, please?”

Yancy Hastings followed her pointing finger and saw a pair of pink underwear lying quietly on the floor.

Suddenly, his throat tightened. All the blood seemed to rush to his lower abdomen, and a certain part of him began to stir with desire.

Lying on the bed, Fiona Sutton’s line of sight was perfectly level with his lower abdomen. She witnessed the entire spectacle.

”Pervert!”

Fiona Sutton shouted angrily, turning her head away, yet she couldn’t control the heat flaring in her cheeks.

No wonder it hurts so much down there, she thought, cheeks burning. I even doubt how he managed to get inside me last night.

Yancy Hastings sighed, taking a full two minutes to suppress his arousal.

A man of excellent self-control, he walked over and picked up the pink underwear from the floor.

It was small and soft. He held it gently in his calloused hand for a moment before passing it to her.

Fiona Sutton watched Yancy Hastings enter the bathroom before she scrambled to put on her clothes.

By the time Yancy Hastings emerged, she was fully dressed. Her movements had dislodged the covers, and crimson flecks on the bedsheet were starkly visible to him.

She was still...!!!

”I’ll act as if this never happened. After all, this was practically a transaction. I don’t want to go to another interview and receive that kind of answer again.”

With that, Fiona Sutton grabbed her bag, ready to leave.

But Yancy Hastings blocked her way.

”Do you truly not care at all?”
