Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 533: Chapter 532 I feel so wronged...

Seeing his sister-in-law fuming with anger, Ye Haochuan was speechless. Did I say something wrong? Which man in this world doesn’t sneak around? The ones who don’t either have a malfunctioning ”equipment” or lack money, power, and ability.

”Get out! Get out!” Zhao Ruqian suddenly exploded, her voice so loud that even the villa’s housekeeper was startled.

Seeing how furious their mistress was, the housekeepers were all trembling with fear, unsure of what to do.

In fact, it was no wonder they felt this way; these past few days, their mistress had become incredibly irritable, a stark change from her usual gentle nature. Everyone was scared of her, attributing it to her divorce; little did they know the real reason was that she had been forced by Ye Haochuan.

But Ye Haochuan was shameless and jestingly said, ”You want me to leave, and I should just leave? On what grounds? Besides, it wasn’t you who invited me over; it was Bingqian who did so, and she hasn’t even spoken a word yet!”

Zhao Ruqian turned pale with anger. At that moment, she suddenly understood the true meaning of ’easy to invite the devil in, hard to send it away.’

”Sister, Uncle, what’s going on? You two look like you’re fighting?” Suddenly, Zhao Bingqian’s voice came through.

Ye Haochuan turned his head to look and saw Zhao Bingqian, dressed only in a light pink bath towel. She had just taken a shower, and her whole body was dripping wet, with clumps of her black and shiny hair dripping with beads of water, exuding the allure of a beauty fresh out of the bath.

Even more dangerous was the fact that the pink bath towel was very short, and because she had rushed out, it failed to cover her perfect figure. Her slender waist and inviting curves were enough to make any normal man’s breathing quicken.

”Sister, why did you come out without wearing clothes and without drying your hair? What if you catch a cold? Why didn’t you think to bring a towel? You silly girl!” Seeing her sister like this, Zhao Ruqian hurriedly went forward to her.

With their parents no longer in this world, Zhao Ruqian naturally cared deeply for her sister and was sincerely protective, which is why she got so angry after hearing what that philandering Ye Haochuan had said.

”Sister, I’m fine. I just heard you arguing, and I was a bit worried, so I rushed out to check... By the way, sister, what were you and uncle arguing about?” Zhao Bingqian asked, tilting her cute little head.

”This...” Zhao Ruqian hesitated for a moment, not sure how to answer her.

Seeing her sister unwilling to speak, Zhao Bingqian then turned to Ye Haochuan, ”Uncle, what’s going on? Everything was fine, so why did you start fighting?”

Of course, Ye Haochuan didn’t want to spread gossip that could lead Zhao Bingqian to misunderstand, so he just laughed it off, ”Nothing much. I was just complimenting your sister, saying she’s very beautiful and has a great temperament. She’s so pretty she sparkles, admired by everyone, making flowers bloom wherever she goes. But to my surprise, your sister called me frivolous, accused me of flirting with her. I’m so wronged...”

You wronged my ass!

As he nonchalantly spun his lies, Zhao Ruqian felt an itchy rage inside, but at that moment, it wasn’t appropriate to argue back, especially in front of her sister. She couldn’t just blurt out that this loathsome man was a philandering heartbreaker, could she? That might make her sister think she’s trying to break them up.

Of course, she couldn’t reveal that she had been violated either; otherwise, how could she ever face the world? Having an affair with her brother-in-law would be incredibly shameful to speak of.

Hearing what Ye Haochuan said, and seeing that her sister did not argue back, Zhao Bingqian took it for the truth and said with a giggle, ”Sister, Uncle is right though, you are beautiful and have a great temperament, adored by all, making flowers bloom wherever you go. That’s not considered flirting, right? Besides, even if he did flirt, it’s not like he’s going to eat you up.”

He has already devoured your sister!

”You little rascal, what are you talking about?” Zhao Ruqian said as she rolled her eyes and quickly pulled her aside, stopping her from talking nonsense. Her sister had always been mischievous and outspoken, not considering the consequences of her words.

Ye Haochuan found the situation both funny and shameful. He thought to himself, ”Bingqian really trusts me a lot, yet here I go, having messed around with her sister. This is just so wrong. But what can be done now? If push comes to shove, I’ll just let her have her way with me once and offer no resistance.”

”Sister, uncle, you have to promise me, you can’t fight anymore, okay? Do it for me, please?” Zhao Bingqian pleaded with an innocent expression.

”Heh heh, Bingqian, I’m fine. I’m just worried that someone here is unreasonably troublesome,” Ye Haochuan laughed.

”What do you mean, I’m the unreasonably troublesome one?” Zhao Ruqian sounded angry as she glared at him sharply.

”Alright, alright, I’m the unreasonably troublesome one, okay?” Ye Haochuan shrugged his shoulders.

”Can’t you say fewer words?” Zhao Bingqian said with a roll of her eyes.

Ye Haochuan felt helpless. Well, for your sake, I’ll keep my mouth shut.

Seeing him so compliant, Zhao Bingqian let out a sigh of relief. She took his hand and then her sister’s, playing peacemaker, ”Uncle, Sister, come on, shake hands. Let’s forget all past unhappiness, how about it?”

Shake hands with this rotten guy?

Zhao Ruqian was reluctant but ultimately could not resist her younger sister’s insistence and clasped hands with Ye Haochuan. However, she thought that with her sister present, that scoundrel might restrain himself a little. To her surprise, he boldly hooked his finger under her palm secretly, making her feel utterly uneasy.

”You...” Zhao Ruqian was both embarrassed and angry.

But Ye Haochuan acted like he was innocent despite gaining an advantage. He grinned, ”What about me? Oh, you mean I should say it first? Okay, Sister Ruqian, if I’ve been offensive in any way in the past, please forgive my small-mindedness. From now on, as family, let’s love and respect each other, treat each other with courtesy, and stand together through thick and thin...”

”Yes, well said, uncle! I didn’t expect you to use three idioms in a row. That’s pretty impressive...” Zhao Bingqian clapped her little hands in praise.

Zhao Ruqian, on the other hand, couldn’t help but sigh. Her sister was too naive. Reading had done her little good. The phrase about loving and caring for each other was fine, but the other two, about mutual respect as guests and mutual support as a couple, clearly described a marital relationship, and yet she didn’t catch it!

But now, she had come to accept the situation. It wasn’t worth being so serious with that troublemaker. The more she took things to heart, the more energized he got. So with a snort, she decided not to engage further.

Seeing Ruqian still looked unhappy, Bingqian didn’t know what else she could say. Ye Haochuan, noticing her mood, grinned at her, ”No worries, time will tell, ’As the journey proves the horse, time will reveal the heart.’ Your sister will understand one day.”

He emphasized the word ”journey” a bit too much. Bingqian, oblivious, smiled sweetly, ”Mhm.”

Ruqian caught the implication and cursed inwardly. She pretended not to hear and made up an excuse to stay busy with other matters.

With her playing third wheel gone, Ye Haochuan and Zhao Bingqian became inseparable, locked in the room in a frenzy. Zhao Bingqian was indeed a wild little cat, wanting him three times in a row and still not satisfied. Had it not been for the phone call that Ye Haochuan received, they would probably have continued.

The call was from no other than Wang Jianming.

Ye Haochuan was well aware that this call was most likely Wang Jianming checking in after seeing the missed call from him earlier.
