Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 154: Chapter 154 You Know Too Much

Of course, Ye Haochuan was not at all interested in the so-called assurance from Sun Yongsheng, nor in all of his assets.

”You old scum, for a swindler like you, your guarantees are as useless as farts. If I let you go today, I’d just be asking for trouble in the future.”

Slap slap slap...

After more than a dozen fierce slaps, the old scum’s face was bloody, several teeth broken, and only then did Ye Haochuan begin to feel slightly vented.

”As for all your assets, the likes of me couldn’t be less interested. Leave them to be confiscated by the state!”

With that said, Ye Haochuan started punching and kicking with all his might, each blow as heavy as a hundred pounds, leaving the old scum wailing endlessly, battered and bruised, his flesh a blur of blood.

”And, as for apologizing to the Xiao Family, even if Old Master Xiao forgives you, I, Ye Haochuan, will never forgive you, you old scum! Forgiving you is God’s job; I, Ye Haochuan, am only responsible for sending you to meet God!”

After grinding his teeth and finishing his words, a flash of intent shone in Ye Haochuan’s eyes. He raised his hand and pointed, and his powerful True Qi pierced directly through the man’s heart.

Thud!

Sun Yongsheng fell to the ground, eyes wide open, clearly unwilling, saying goodbye to this world forever.

”Dad!”

Having been trembling with fear, Sun Zhe cried out. Seeing his father unresponsive, a fierce look came over his face as he stared dead at Ye Haochuan, ”Ye Haochuan, you... you killed my dad? Aren’t you afraid of legal repercussions?”

Legal repercussions?

Ye Haochuan sneered. In the past, as an ordinary person, of course, he would be afraid, but now, his identity was entirely different.

As long as he showed the black card of the Ancient Martial Arts Sect, normal state agencies had no right to apprehend him.

The only ones who could punish him were internal to the Ancient Martial Arts Sect - the Law Enforcement Hall.

But now, with the Sun family father and son colluding with the evil cult called Hellfire, although he had no concrete evidence, as long as the Law Enforcement Hall conducted a fair investigation, he believed the truth would come out.

”Oh Sun Zhe, Sun Zhe, you and your father conspired together, colluding with Hellfire, an evil cult expressly forbidden by the state. Killing your father is just like killing Zhou Jing, Fang Ba and those others; I’m doing away with people who deserve to die! What do I have to be afraid of in terms of legal repercussions?”

Hearing Ye Haochuan’s words, Sun Zhe was incredibly shocked, ”What? Hellfire?”

Regarding Hellfire, the whole of Huaxia knew it to be an evil cult based in Dongying Country.

This cult, constantly aiming to overthrow Huaxia, was a dire enemy to the Huaxia nationality, and had it not been for the constant opposition from the Ancient Martial Arts Sect, Huaxia would have long faced calamity.

”What else? How do you think your old man managed to contact people like Zhou Jing, He Feng, and Fang Ba from the evil cult? If your old man wasn’t colluding with this evil cult called Hellfire, that would be strange!”

Upon hearing this, Sun Zhe collapsed to the ground, never having imagined that his own father could be connected to Hellfire.

But soon, he clenched his teeth with hate, shouting loudly, ”Ye Haochuan, it’s all your speculation. Now that you’ve already killed my dad, you can say whatever you want. Ye Haochuan, mark my words, I won’t let you off!”

”You won’t let me off?” A cold smile edged on Ye Haochuan’s lips, ”How come, you think you’ll live past tonight?”

Sun Zhe’s face changed drastically, his whole body shaking uncontrollably, ”You... you’re going to kill me too?”

”You said it yourself, you won’t let me off. Why should I spare your life? So you can come for revenge later, target my brothers, my woman?”

Ye Haochuan suddenly showed a murderous look, ready to act but then Sun Zhe frantically pleaded, ”Ye Haochuan, I... I was wrong, please let me go. Rest assured, if you spare me, I will flee far away, never to return to this country.”

Watching him beg like a mongrel, just like his father, Ye Haochuan looked disdainful, and suddenly leaned down, smiling sardonically, ”Actually, I don’t really want to kill you, but it can’t be helped... want to know why?”

The desire to survive overpowered everything else, and Sun Zhe nodded vigorously, ”Want, want!”

”First, I’ll ask you a question even a kindergartner knows. If you can’t answer it, well, you know,” Ye Haochuan’s smile grew more sinister, ”What’s one plus one?”

”Equals two!” Sun Zhe blurted out instinctively.

”That’s right, you know too much! So, bro, I have to take you out tonight. To eliminate future problems!”

As soon as Ye Haochuan’s voice fell, with a hissing sound, a stream of True Qi shot out from his fingertips, piercing Sun Zhe straight through the heart.

Thud!

Sun Zhe, with his eyes bulging, died on the ground, only at that moment realizing he had walked into a trap. Damn it, what kind of question is ’what’s one plus one?’ He clearly thought I knew too much and wanted to kill me to feel better!

However, regrets and unwillingness were all too late; Sun Zhe felt a vast expanse of darkness sweeping over him like a tidal wave, eventually engulfing him entirely...

Looking at the two bodies lying in a pool of blood on the ground, Ye Haochuan suddenly felt relaxed. Damn it, he had finally taken out those two bastards. From now on, he wondered how they would seek revenge against his brothers and his woman.

At that moment, hurried and chaotic footsteps approached from outside the door.

Ye Haochuan turned his head to see it was Li Wenfeng returning, followed by a large group of bodyguards.

Behind Li Wenfeng was his father, Li Tianwei, and beside Li Tianwei stood a slender old man with an impressive aura.

The old man had white flecked hair styled in a slick back, hazy eyes that were fierily bright, and under his plain, unadorned Tang suit, his posture was rigidly straight—commanding authority without anger, clearly someone accustomed to power.

”Damn it, where’s that son of a dog Sun Yongsheng? He’s rebelling, daring to lay hands on my precious granddaughter?” the elder stormed into the room, fuming with anger.

Ye Haochuan immediately knew that this elder was Xiao Haimei’s grandfather, Elder Xiao, who was also the long-standing chairman of Haishan University and the head of the Xiao Family.

Unexpectedly, even at such an old age, Elder Xiao still looked exceedingly hale and vigorous.

However, thinking back to the few Body-Strengthening Pills he’d given Xiao Haimei, it’s possible that Elder Xiao, after taking them, had seen an improvement in his health.

”Who killed Sun Yongsheng?” At that moment, Elder Xiao glanced sharply at Ye Haochuan.

”Me!” Ye Haochuan said in a deep voice.

”You? Who are you?” Elder Xiao’s eyes flickered with intense light, puzzled, ”Do you have a grudge with him and his son?”

Ye Haochuan nodded, about to introduce himself, when Li Tianwei stepped forward and whispered, ”Elder, he is Haimie’s new boyfriend, Ye Haochuan.”

Elder Xiao immediately shifted from his stern demeanor to a warm and sunny smile, with a gaze like that of someone appraising a prospective grandson-in-law, taking a good look at Ye Haochuan, ”Good, good, certainly a fine young man. I heard from Little Wenfeng that, thanks to you tonight, my precious granddaughter wasn’t defiled by that beast Sun Yongsheng. Good, good, you’re worthy of being my granddaughter’s husband.”

Li Tianwei and Li Wenfeng hurriedly congratulated Ye Haochuan.

Ye Haochuan smiled awkwardly; Elder Xiao really was very straightforward, accepting him upon their first meeting.

”But then, Young Chap Ye, you’ve got quite the guts, killing the father and son from the Sun Family just like that. Aren’t you afraid the police will catch you and put you in jail?” Elder Xiao’s voice suddenly grew heavy.

”Just two terrorists, deserving of death by all,” Ye Haochuan responded casually.

”Bullshit!” Elder Xiao suddenly lashed out with a kick, scolding with a laugh, ”Trying to fool an old man like me? Do you think I’ve gone senile in my old age?”

Ye Haochuan took the kick squarely, standing there in shock. Elder Xiao really had quite an eccentric character—was this the demeanor of an elder?
