Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 153: Chapter 153: Say it, how do you want to die?

Spurt!

Sun Yongsheng, having suffered severe injuries, spat out a mouthful of fresh blood.

Struggling on the ground for a moment, he finally managed to stand up, his eyes filled with bitterness and hatred, glaring dead at Ye Haochuan.

”Dad, are you... are you all right?” Sun Zhe, enduring severe pain, desperately leaned forward.

Sun Yongsheng shook his head and gritted his teeth, ”Still...okay.”

Watching this disgraceful father and son duo, Ye Haochuan felt no sympathy whatsoever, given their deeds, they deserved such a fate.

Suddenly, Ye Haochuan noticed that Xiao Haimie’s body grew increasingly hot, and he immediately held her, placing his right palm against her back to slowly transmit his Longevity True Qi, dissolving the drug’s effects within her body.

Just at that moment—

Sun Zhe glared at Ye Haochuan with a face full of anger, ”Ye Haochuan, if you’re brave enough target me, why trouble my father?”

Damn, blaming me now!

Ye Haochuan’s eyes were as cold as blades, he coldly said, ”Shit, then why don’t you guys target me if you’re brave enough, why trouble my woman?”

Sun Zhe was instantly choked up, unable to respond.

Ye Haochuan couldn’t be bothered with that fool, continuing to channel True Qi into Xiao Haimie.

After a while, most of the drugs in Xiao Haimie’s system were neutralized by him, and she began to regain a lot of consciousness.

Realizing she was lying in her beloved’s arms, Xiao Haimie was both shocked and joyful; at the moment, a flood of grievances burst forth, and she sobbed uncontrollably in his arms like a frightened little rabbit.

”Sister Mei, don’t worry, I’m here, I won’t let anyone bully you,” Ye Haochuan gently reassured her.

However, at that moment, Xiao Haimie’s beautiful face showed a look of horror.

Ye Haochuan sensed something was wrong, following her gaze, but saw that Sun Yongsheng, that old bastard, somehow had a gun in his hand, slowly lifting it, with the dark muzzle aimed at him and Xiao Haimie.

”Dammit!”

Ye Haochuan cursed and without thinking, quickly moved to shield Xiao Haimie, protecting her in his embrace.

Bang!

The gunshot rang out!

Ye Haochuan’s back was struck by the bullet, its tremendous impact causing his body to jolt.

Xiao Haimie’s face turned pale with fright, ”Haochuan...”

”It’s okay, Sister Mei!”

Ye Haochuan had a Golden Silk Soft Armor, a superior magic artifact on him; how could mere bullets harm him?

Seeing him say this, Xiao Haimie was still a bit worried, but upon seeing that there was no blood flowing from his back, she felt both shocked and joyful, along with an indescribable sense of emotion. What man would use his body to block a bullet to protect her?

”Ah!”

The shot missing, a look of fear appeared on Sun Yongsheng’s face.

Even bullets can’t kill this guy, heavens, what in the world is his body made of? How can it be so freakishly resistant?

At this moment, Ye Haochuan, was completely aroused to kill!

Earlier, he still had reservations and did not really intend to take the lives of this disgraceful father and son duo, but now... huh!

Thinking back to how Xiao Haimie had timely warned him, he and she might very well have been killed by bullets if he spared such scum from continuing to plague this world.

Damn it, that ignorant old bastard, since you’re bent on courting death, don’t blame me!

With this thought, Ye Haochuan made a merciless move, countering with an Overwhelming Eternal Regret hand strike, only to hear a bang, the handgun not only was shattered by the powerful True Qi but also disintegrated into pieces scattering around.

Sun Yongsheng stared dumbfounded, unable to recover for a long time.

Footsteps sounded from outside the door.

Ye Haochuan looked up and saw Li Wenfeng approaching with two bodyguards.

”Brother Ye.”

Ye Haochuan nodded, thinking to himself that the timing was perfect for them to take Xiao Haimei outside first, so he could deal harshly with Sun Yongsheng and his son.

After all, the methods to come would be extremely bloody and brutal.

Seeing such violence, a woman like Xiao Haimei might suffer a psychological trauma.

Thinking this, Ye Haochuan said in a stern voice, ”Young Master Feng, you first take your Aunt Haimie outside. I need to settle some scores with them thoroughly today.”

”Okay, Brother Ye,” Li Wenfeng said through gritted teeth, casting a glance at Sun Yongsheng and his son.

Initially, when he had been injured by Sun Zhe at school, his father had been wary of Sun Yongsheng’s power and had hesitated to confront Sun Zhe. Now, this father and son duo were in Brother Ye’s hands; they were unlikely to escape without losing a layer of skin.

”Let’s go, Aunt Haimie, I’ll take you down. Brother Ye can handle it here,” Li Wenfeng said.

Little did he know that as soon as Xiao Haimei heard she had to leave Ye Haochuan, she clung tightly to his neck, trembling as she said, ”I don’t want to... I don’t want to leave Haochuan...”

It was clear to anyone with eyes that she had developed a severe dependence on Ye Haochuan. She felt secure only when he was by her side.

Ye Haochuan gently stroked her slightly disheveled hair, and looking into her eyes that were like pools of autumn water, he said tenderly, ”Sister Mei, I will not leave you. Rest assured, once I finish handling this, I’ll come right down.”

After much persuasion, Xiao Haimei finally agreed to leave reluctantly with Li Wenfeng from the villa.

Once Xiao Haimei left, Ye Haochuan leapt up, jumped over the two-meter-wide bed like a divine deity with an awe-inspiring presence, landing in front of Sun Yongsheng.

”Tell me, how do you want to die?”

Seeing his furious demeanor, Sun Yongsheng suddenly realized the threat of death.

”Ye Haochuan, I was wrong, I was wrong, please spare my life. Just spare me and I’ll give you a hundred million right away, a hundred million, how about that?” Sun Yongsheng suddenly knelt down, begging desperately.

”A hundred million? You motherfucker think you’re worth only a hundred million?”

Thinking about the near-fatal moment just before, Ye Haochuan’s anger surged, and he kicked the old dog on the chin.

Sun Yongsheng instantly screamed as his jaw shattered, making it difficult to speak clearly, ”Ten billion... ten billion okay?”

Ye Haochuan snapped back in anger, ”Are you kidding me? You’re the CEO of Yongsheng Group, and when your life is almost gone, you even skimp on your ransom?”

Sun Yongsheng shivered all over, realizing that Ye Haochuan was truly determined to kill him.

”Ye Haochuan, I’ll give you half of my assets, half, fifty billion, how about that?”

In a bid to survive, Sun Yongsheng was going all out—money could be earned again, with his connections and influence, it wouldn’t be difficult.

Ye Haochuan coldly said, ”Wealth is merely external to the body, even if you gave me more money, that wouldn’t stop me from killing you.”

Initially, he hadn’t planned on taking Sun Yongsheng’s life.

Being a medical practitioner, one shouldn’t always be violent; indiscriminately taking lives wasn’t good as it would affect a practitioner’s temperament.

But Sun Yongsheng, this old dog, had repeatedly crossed him, not only having his son go against Ye Haochuan’s brother but also trying to violate his woman, and he even attempted to shoot him just a while ago!

With so many unforgivable crimes, Ye Haochuan was thoroughly enraged; today, Sun Yongsheng was undoubtedly going to die!

As for Sun Zhe, the same held true, for a simple reason: if the weeds weren’t removed by the roots, troubles would ensue endlessly.

Seeing Ye Haochuan determined to take his life, Sun Yongsheng immediately jerked in fear and began to kowtow fervently.

”Ye Haochuan, I’m begging you, name any amount of money, and it’s yours. Here’s what, I will give you all my assets.”

”Just spare me, and I guarantee I’ll never provoke you again. I, Sun Yongsheng, will keep my word.”

”And about Miss Xiao, I am also willing to visit Elder Xiao to apologize and will leave Haishan from now on.”

...

Listening to Sun Yongsheng’s rapid-fire promises, Ye Haochuan couldn’t help but laugh quietly.

Indeed, only at the brink of death do people truly come to realize!
