The body with its bright and radiant compound eyes possessed a rather complex glow at this moment.

He looked at the little boy who was flying in the sky, enveloped in his brainwave power and in pain, and let out a sigh faintly from the bottom of his heart.

The joy he felt from successfully mutating seemed to fade in the face of this horrible scene!

A family had helped to alleviate his loneliness during Jia Yan’s mutation process, but now, they ended up like this...

Jia Yan saw the body of the woman, now taken possession by the fiery flames, and sighed again.

It did not take long before the massive body slowly rose from the sea of fire!

The sight of the body was absolutely terrifying!

His old figure was a whopping length in meters, the extended six legs covering a staggering forty meters in diameter!

But now, he possesses a horrifying body of seventeen meters, and his level has risen once again!

The former Jia Yan could cover a range of forty meters. This was quite impressive, but now he can cover a vast range of nearly seventy meters!

One of his front legs was as thick and sturdy as a rebar concrete column! Moreover, its hardness was even superior to that of a rebar concrete column!

At this time, Jia Yan had confidence in the power of his mutation, but more of his attention was on the young body he was protecting with his middle leg!

The enormous body was indescribably overwhelming, casting a shadow that blotted out the sun!

His shadow quickly swept across the earth in the night sky, completely shrouding a large area below in darkness!

Perhaps the metal monsters had received the signal from a few other metal monsters, and thousands of them gathered and moved in this direction!

But all they could do was watch helplessly as the figure shot across the sky!

”I’ll pick a fight with you guys later!” Jia Yan looked down at the metal monsters. These monsters seemed more insignificant to him now. His perspective had changed since his body had grown. It was like a small mosquito seeing a human’s house, finding it a massive world.

But for him now, not to mention human dwellings, even the towering buildings of the metal monsters he had destroyed did not seem any different from paper mache!

The same was true for these metal monsters!

Jia Yan had no idea just how powerful he would become after mutating so much once again, especially after using the deep blue crystal. But at least he could see that against the metallic monsters, even as they jumped under his feet shooting red beams, he no longer felt any worry or fear!

This event showed that his current level was definitely different from before!

His strength had also increased greatly!

Bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang!!!!!!!!!!!!!----

To take care of the seriously wounded and unconscious child in his arms, his body slowly accelerated, enduring countless red beams, his speed slowly reaching around the speed of sound!

His two middle legs gently crossed, protecting the child.

It seemed that everything had returned to the scenes of the intense battle after he had just completed his mutation!

But this time Jia Yan did not have the mood to tangle with these metal monsters!

Bearing a small life in his middle legs, he spread out his wings.

Jia Yan had felt a sense of home for a moment from this child and his family, a feeling he hadn’t felt in a long time. So he wanted to try his best to let this last child of the family live!

Even at the speed of sound, it was the speed of civilian airliners, the distance to Shanghai City from here was merely over two hundred kilometers. So it took only about several minutes for Jia Yan, carrying the child, to reach the city.

He found a hospital that was still operating.

It was packed with patients!

In this seemingly apocalyptic war, getting sick is the most tragic thing. Some people, regardless of how much money and effort they spend, can’t get treatment. Some are already at death’s door but can only die alone in some corner!

The reason is that hospitals have become scarce. Not only are the fees exorbitant, but slots are also limited!

But this would not happen with Jia Yan!

During the hospital’s busiest time!

BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!!!!! ——

An unbelievable roar resonated from the heavens and the earth!

People were all staring up at it, their faces looked as though they had just seen a ghost!

Perhaps what they were seeing was even more astonishing than seeing a ghost!

This thing was like a mobile fortress in the sky!

With a body nearly twenty meters long and wings spanning a terrifying thirty-five meters!

Its six long legs stretched out to be almost seventy meters long. This was no longer a living creature, even the largest commercial airliner made by humans is only this big!

It was literally a flying fortress!

”Isn’t that a giant mosquito?! But... this... It’s much bigger than the previous one.”

”How many giant mosquitoes are there and how big can they get? Didn’t a scholar say a while ago that it was impossible for there to be an even bigger one?”

Because there were appearances of giant mosquitoes in the past, humans, who now faced such large mosquito monsters, were indeed terrified, but at least they didn’t panic.

However, people outside the hospital who were preparing to seek treatment slowly grew frightened!

They saw the massive thing in the sky that blotted out the moon, moving swiftly their way.

The closer it got, the more apparent its gigantic scale became!

Finally, illuminated by a wide swath of lights, this terrifying creature began landing on the empty square outside the hospital!

Its massive body made the longer trucks beside it seem minute!

Just its height alone easily exceeded two stories!

And that was just this giant mosquito’s crawling state, if it stood up on all six legs, perhaps this ten-story hospital building may even seem shorter than it!

Compared to the one that appeared more than a month ago and opened up ”cooperation” with humans with a length of ten meters, this one was obviously an unbelievably strong giant mosquito!

But how did this giant mosquito appear?!

”Hello! Please help this child.”

Jia Yan’s long leg cautiously extended with a young boy, who had already fainted, held securely in the middle of his foot. This happened just as everyone was overcome with fright.

His brainwave power had grown tremendously during this mutant process, and with continual practice from waking up early, his usage of it improved significantly.

So, at this point, he could speak very fluently!

A pleasant deep male voice echoed through the hospital!

”Alright... Alright, Mr. Giant Mosquito!”

A group of nurses and doctors ran out from the hospital building under Jia Yan’s gaze!

All of them were extremely nervous. This mosquito monster was clearly not the same individual that had friendly relations with humans. Who knew if it harbored the same friendly intentions as the previous one?!

As for the patients, none of them dared to criticize Jia Yan for this overt intrusion, after all, this was a mosquito monster. Human laws surely wouldn’t apply to it in the same way!

People were all amazed that mosquitoes could really speak! And this kind of speaking wasn’t through the mouth, but through some organ they didn’t know of!

It could even be heard throughout the whole hospital. Perhaps this was what made alien life forms superior!

In the earthlings’ cognition, the mosquito monster was long identified as an extraterrestrial creature!

Some people took out their cellphones or other things and started taking pictures of the giant mosquito!

Compared to other places, Shanghai City, which had been ravaged by war, didn’t worsen in the past month and even regained its network and other basic living conditions due to the absence of the metal monsters. Hence, more and more people flocked to this metropolis!

After these people finished taking their photos, they posted images of Jia Yan’s massive figure on the internet. (To be continued. If you like this work, please visit qidian.com to vote and support, your support is my biggest motivation. Mobile users please visit m.qidian.com to read.)
