Ding ding ding——

As soon as he logged into his new QQ account, a message notification rang out.

“Oh no!

The volume’s too high!”

Feeling rushed, Jia Yan realized he forgot something important: he hadn’t turned down the volume on the computer and the sound was very clear!

Quickly, he used his right foreleg and right middle leg to control the mouse, as though they were two fingers, clicking the left and right buttons alternately.

Although it was quite clumsy, it was a hundred times better than when he was a tiny mutated mosquito!

It didn’t require body-slamming or much effort, all of which made him feel blissful in comparison.

He adjusted the system volume to ‘mute’!

Feeling assured that no one was attracted by the sound, Jia Yan finally exhaled a sigh of relief.

“No one else is added to this account, so only those two guys would message me.

Let’s see what they said!”

Opening the message, the flashing avatar was indeed an attractive image of a Korean Oppa.

“Hello, we would like to discuss with you about inviting you to join our organization.

We would like to know your thoughts on this.

Please reply after reading!”

They want to invite me?

Jia Yan’s compound eyes widened.

It seemed that the two assassins truly considered him an expert.

Indeed, although the two assassins really regarded Jia Yan as an expert, they didn’t view him as a formidable character in the assassin world!

Because reviewing Jia Yan’s previous actions, many of his approaches still felt quite immature.

However, being able to know all their information without a hint and also having thorough understanding of where they lived definitely signified the methods of an expert.

Therefore, the two of them couldn’t determine whether this guy with the nickname ‘Insect Text’ was really strong or just bluffing.

Without even thinking, Jia Yan immediately replied by typing with his two forelegs.

Finally, he could evolve from ‘body slamming’ to the classic ‘two finger zen’ typing method, such a huge step forward that Jia Yan felt like breaking into tears of joy at this moment!

This is what it feels like to use a computer.

He entered this line of text in the chat box:

“Although I currently do not have the intention to join your organization, I may consider it in the future!

Could you two tell me where you are now?

Quite coincidentally, I need some help at the moment.

If it’s possible, could you lend me a hand?

Much appreciated!”

Jia Yan’s typing speed was much faster than before.

The ‘two finger zen’ typing method was indeed much more effective than body slamming!

Jia Yan had no interest in the other side’s invitation.

However, this time he wanted to ask them for a favor and a direct refusal might lead to them ignoring his request for help.

After all, this was already the second time.

During their time in Shanghu, he helped them kill Yu Tao, but they also assisted him in capturing Yu Yuan, making them even.

Later, when searching for the Northeast Wild Tiger Factory, he got information from them, making him indebted to them.

This time, asking for help shamelessly, made Jia Yan felt that he was not very honorable as a ‘senior’.

Jia Yan waited for a while, thinking if the other party was not online, he could leave a message for them to read the next day.

Unexpectedly, the other party was actually online!

Meanwhile, on the other side of the ocean, in the eastern region of the country called the Stars and Stripes Country.

It was the afternoon there, and the scorching sun was shining on the land.

Two men, driving their vehicle, were traveling on a broad road.

Both of them had typical oriental faces, but they both spoke fluent American English, just like native-born people of the Stars and Stripes Country.

Suddenly, the bearded man driving the car’s complexion changed as a ringing sound came from his pocket!

Then, he reached into his pocket and took out his cellphone.

Subsequently, the young man in glasses on the passenger side also leaned over…

A moment later, Jia Yan received a reply!

“Hello, we are currently in the Stars and Stripes Country!

We are very sorry that we cannot cooperate with you at the moment, but we are looking forward to future collaborations.

As for the help you mentioned, what is it about?

As long as it’s not a big issue, we’d be willing to lend a hand.”

Jia Yan nodded with a smile, it seemed these guys were not bad.

In that case, he thought, it wouldn’t hurt to help them out once or twice within his capability in the future, as a form of returning the favor!

He pondered for a moment, then typed in a row of characters.

His upcoming request might surprise them or make them feel confused, but Jia Yan didn’t have time to consider so much.

In his view, this was the most promising strategy to improve his combat power for the time being!

“I have a metal scheme here, could you help me by finding the best metal you can get and forge it according to the scheme?”

Jia Yan nervously stared at the screen!

At this point, many people should be able to guess what Jia Yan’s strategy for quickly enhancing his combat power was!

That’s right!

It’s a metal exoskeleton!

Jia Yan already had this idea when he was in the underground world.

He assessed his strength, defense, and attack methods!

After considering all aspects, he felt that he was still lacking in defense and attack methods.

As for strength, it is absolutely sufficient!

After all, with his current body height of over twenty centimeters, the limit of his strength could allow him to fly while carrying an object weighing fifteen to sixteen kilograms.

It’s a complete violation of biological laws.

And the strength of his six long limbs is sufficient.

The front limbs can lift about ten kilograms, the middle ones can lift about eight kilograms and push twenty kilograms, and the hind limbs, though not good at lifting, have a thrusting force of about forty kilograms!

This power is very considerable, so after pondering long in the underground world, Jia Yan finally found the most suitable inspiration from the sci-fi movies he had seen before!

That is a metal exoskeleton!

His body isn’t large, and it’s not heavy, but comparatively speaking, his strength is immense!

So it’s entirely possible to rely solely on his strength to carry a heavy metal exoskeleton and use it for flying and attacking!

Isn’t that a fantastic idea?!

There was silence for a while on the other side.

This indeed tested Jia Yan’s patience, as he wondered whether he was too abrupt?

Alternatively, the other party was thinking about something connected to his request.

After all, if he was indeed a ‘powerful’ senior, then he shouldn’t bother the other party with everything!

Actually, the two assassins on the other side of the planet were discussing these issues.

“This senior is really amusing.

He’s bothering us with such matters, we are assassins, not metalworkers!” The bearded man shook his head with a bitter smile.

“But in this way, we can make a few deductions.

The first is that the other party really doesn’t have resources in this field, which is indeed a bit incredible for a high-handed person.

So the second guess should be credible, which is that the other party’s requirements for this metal are extremely high, so high that it can’t be found in his environment, which is why he asked both of us.” The bespectacled young man pushed his glasses up and analyzed slowly.

“How should we respond?

After all, we’re not familiar with metal crafting.” The bearded man felt that the ‘senior’ on the other side of the chat was overturning his previous image with a big open mind.

But the other party should have some tricks, after all, under the protection of so many guards, this person could use their provided Chr-379 virus to kill Yu Tao.

So he followed the words of the bespectacled young man and first sent a question.

“Senior, don’t know what you want to create?

We’re not too familiar with the metal forging industry either.

If what you want to create is too exaggerated, we definitely can’t manage, but if it’s just a small project, we can see whether we can find an appropriate method for you through the organization.”

Jia Yan was almost falling asleep waiting on the other side of the computer.

However, the appearance of this message immediately roused him!

“It’s not a major project.

It’s just a model component.

The size does not exceed half a meter, but the requirements for the metal are high, and the exterior is similar to an insect.

You ask to see if you can do it?!”

Another long wait passed.

Ten minutes later, Jia Yan got a reply!

“We can arrange a metal factory in Germany to make it for you, and for the metal sector, our organization can mobilize a batch of top-grade steel from the Stars and Stripes Country to give to you.

After all, the quantity you need is not much, so this isn’t a big problem.”

Great!

Jia Yan was excited, and then he typed out a row of slightly embarrassed words.

“Sorry, I don’t know what your fee is.

I’m a bit low on funds recently, so that…..”

“Haha, this is not a big problem, talking about money hurts feelings!

You just need to remember that if you ever want to join the Assassin Organization, consider joining us first!”

The response of the other party touched Jia Yan a bit.

In the beginning, Jia Yan was merely using these two people, and he was also prepared to kill them with the Chr-379 virus at any time – after all, they were just assassins.

But now, after they helped him find the location of Northeast Wild Tiger Factory and agreed to help him make the exoskeleton without asking for anything in return, Jia Yan was somewhat moved.

If he gets a chance next time and the person they are trying to assassinate is indeed a tricky and evil person, he will help them!

Even though Jia Yan felt that now having lost the advantage of his mosquito-sized body and thinking of killing someone wouldn’t be much easier than for an assassin, he still decided to repay these two assassins when the opportunity arises!

“Thank you very much!

As for the overall shape of the metal component, I will draw a pattern in three hours and give it to you, hoping to finish it as soon as possible and hand it over to me!”

Jia Yan replied with these words.

Then, without even checking the response message from the other party, he clicked on the image editing software he had just downloaded on the computer.

First, he searched the web to find some mosquito pictures that looked somewhat like him.

After that, he created a new layer on the image, followed the border, looked at his body, and pushed the mouse.

He was roughly drawing the appearance of the exoskeleton he wanted!

“The six long legs need to have switches.

When the switches are on, the first section can be removed to reveal the usual front legs state, but when this section of metal is put on, sharp blades can be installed at the tip of the legs!”

Jia Yan thought very carefully.

To be continued.
