The Feng Shui Treasure Appraiser

20: Chapter 20 Breath Control”Cheaper?”

Han Jingyang shook his head without a second thought: ”Old Sun, don’t dream of such beautiful things. Besides, this kind of business really isn’t suitable for haggling. To use the words of those masters from the south, Feng Shui Arts also emphasizes that sincerity leads to efficacy. If your heart isn’t sincere, everything is in vain. If you haggle here, aren’t you afraid that the dharma instrument you receive will also be discounted?”

Sun Fuchang was choked up again.

But thinking about it carefully, it really made sense.

When you hire a Feng Shui Master to look at Feng Shui, you state the matter, they give a quote, and if you find the price too high, you just find someone else. Haggling with a Feng Shui Master is indeed...

In a hospital, would anyone haggle with a doctor?

A Feng Shui Master and a doctor are the same; they both save lives and heal the wounded, only their methods, processes, and philosophies are different.

From a realistic perspective, if you haggle with a Feng Shui Master, aren’t you really afraid that the Feng Shui Master will also cut corners while working?

If a doctor cuts corners, they can be caught red-handed.

But if a Feng Shui Master cuts corners, no one can catch them. Even if you know you’ve been scammed, you can only suffer in silence.

Therefore, Sun Fuchang’s expression became even more conflicted.

Han Jingyang, however, smiled without saying a word.

This old man Sun previously wanted that Flower Fairy pendant, saying he wanted to give it to his son who likes riding motorcycles to prevent accidents. He thought it was expensive back then too, but he wasn’t this conflicted.

Obviously, the ”Divine Inspiration” skill was more important to Sun Fuchang.

A little while later, seeing that Sun Fuchang was still conflicted, he finally spoke: ”Looking at you like this, have you encountered a difficult problem?”

Sun Fuchang hesitated for half a second, then nodded.

”Tell me about it?”

”I want to transfer my shop.”

”Reluctant to let it go?”

”Yes, I’m reluctant, and the price offered by the other party isn’t very good either.”

”That is indeed a difficult problem, and I can’t help you with it. The shop is yours, and the money earned is yours. Whether to transfer it or keep it, only you can decide.”

”The problem is that I have a good investment project on hand. If I transfer the shop, I can just catch it, and the returns would be quite good.”

Han Jingyang smiled: ”Telling me this is useless. I don’t understand investments at all. I can’t even run an antique shop properly. If it weren’t for this niche skill, my Jiguang Zhai wouldn’t have lasted until the New Year.”

Sun Fuchang stared at Han Jingyang for over ten seconds, then gazed at the Yuhu Chun vase in Han Jingyang’s arms for a long while: ”Let me take a look.”

Han Jingyang placed the vase on the coffee table.

Sun Fuchang carefully picked up the vase, turning it over and over to study it for over half an hour: ”It is indeed different from when I first saw it.”

”It’s been through Consecration, after all.”

”But, how long has this vase been in your hands? I came over right after I saw that old lady leave. How did you perform the Consecration?”

”Old Sun, don’t use your way of thinking to judge my professional level. If I tell you that all it takes is a touch to complete the Consecration, what can you do about it?”

Sun Fuchang was once again left speechless by the retort.

Han Jingyang smiled: ”Come, come, give me the vase. I need to put it in the display case. You can take your time to consider. Whenever you want it, come back and place an order. The price is just this price; it’s definitely not negotiable.”

As he said this, he made a move to take the vase from Sun Fuchang’s hands.

Sun Fuchang gritted his teeth and turned away: ”No, I’ll buy it.”

”Are you sure?”

”Sure!”

Han Jingyang smiled and snapped his fingers at Liu Jing: ”Liu Jing, write up the invoice.”

Three minutes later.

2.8 million in cash arrived in the account.

Han Jingyang cupped his hands at Sun Fuchang: ”Old Sun, congratulations, congratulations. This is a rare family heirloom. Cherish it well and make sure not to bump or scratch it.”

”I know,” Sun Fuchang replied, feeling very depressed about buying for 2.8 million a vase that Han Jingyang had bought for 250,000, but he still said: ”Didn’t you say installation is included?”

”Yes.”

”Let’s go.”

”Now?”

”Now!” Sun Fuchang gritted his teeth and said: ”I can’t wait even a minute.”

”Where do you want to place it?”

”At my home, in my study.”

Half an hour later.

In Sun Fuchang’s home, in the study.

Han Jingyang held the compass in his left hand and the vase in his right. After walking around for a moment, he made an ’X’ on the floor: ”Right here, set up a stool 83 centimeters high, and place the vase on it. The center point of the vase must be directly above the intersection of this ’X’.”

”Is that it?”

”Also, you cannot place other items on the line between the vase and the window, especially objects like screens.”

”Anything else?”

”Being able to do these two things is enough. Also, if you move house, the position must be re-selected. If I’m not available, don’t place it randomly. This type of dharma instrument has very strong energy. If it’s placed in the wrong position, it might very likely have the opposite effect.”

Han Jingyang was not trying to scare Sun Fuchang; he saw this by using the Qi Observation ability brought by the compass.

Before, he could only see the aura of the items he appraised himself.

But with the compass in hand, all kinds of Qi could not escape his eyes. Although he didn’t yet know the nature of that Qi, some of it was clearly not good stuff at first glance.

If these dharma instruments of his were placed in the wrong position, they would indeed disrupt the originally normal energy field. Whether it was harmful or not was uncertain, but it would definitely cause waves in the normal life of the homeowner.

Of course, this was his personal deduction summarized based on the information he had observed so far.

But saying it this way was beneficial and harmless to him.

As for whether there were people who didn’t believe in evil, that had nothing to do with him.

Sun Fuchang currently had no doubts. He quickly brought over the round stool used for displaying flowers at home, measured the dimensions, and added two bricks and a few books to make up the 83-centimeter height. He carefully placed the Yuhu Chun vase on it, then turned his head to ask Han Jingyang: ”How is it?”

”Just right.”

Han Jingyang nodded with satisfaction.

At this very moment, with the blessing of ”Qi Observation”, he could more intuitively and clearly observe the various kinds of Qi in the room, as well as the flow trajectories, areas, and strength of different types of Qi.

As soon as this Yuhu Chun vase was placed, blue aura began to permeate, occupying a place in the study. It echoed from afar with the window, as if it had come alive, starting to slowly inhale and exhale.

This scene was too mystical.

But one had to admit, it was also a kind of enjoyment.

It was a pity that he couldn’t share such a magnificent scene with others.

Sun Fuchang didn’t think that much; instead, he asked eagerly: ”When will the ’Divine Inspiration’ kick in?”

Han Jingyang smiled: ”Feng Shui Arts is always just an aid. If you want to truly change your luck and fate, you still cannot do without human subjective initiative. If you want to solve a problem, you have to think about it first, right? You aren’t expecting a vase to help you think and make decisions, are you?”

Upon hearing this, Sun Fuchang suddenly realized. He sat down at the desk: ”If I transfer my shop now, including the stock and the sign, I can get a little over six million. Counting my savings, I can scrape together a full ten million. If I take that ten million to invest in that project, according to the at least 20 percent return promised by the other party, I can earn a net profit of two million a year. It’s not less than what I earn now, and it’s worry-free and effortless...”

As he spoke, Sun Fuchang became immersed. He started writing and drawing with pen and paper by himself, as if he had entered a state of self-forgetfulness.

Han Jingyang, however, kept staring at the vase placed against the wall.

Time passed minute by minute. The blue aura inside the vase slowly condensed, then flashed and disappeared, completely merging into Sun Fuchang’s body.
