Chapter 2210: Thousand Vows Pavilion

Yang Bo was waiting at the portal gate inside the main building. He was not a Grandmaster and didn’t lead a pavilion, but he held an Administrative Position. He was in charge of the Thousand Vows Pavilion, but also part of the Wind Blade Pavilion.

The reason he was waiting at the portal was that the Overseer would come back this morning. He didn’t know the exact time, so he had been waiting for an hour.

The news that a fight might break out between the Sword Manor and the Nangong Family had reached his ear. That was the main reason why he stood here by himself. Or else he could send his people to wait instead.

He thought he would stand here for another hour or two, but a figure appeared from the portal. The figure was Tang Shaoyang, and he was not alone.

He saw the children with him, not just one or three of them. The one who caught his eye was the one who sat on the back of Tang Shaoyang’s head.

The girl had a pointy ear that reminded him of the woman called Aleesa, the Overseer’s wife. Aleesa’s ear was longer, and he remembered they were called elves.

The ears only caught his attention for a moment until he saw the bright violet eyes. The pupil was similar to her father’s, but the color was different.

Then he glanced at Tang Shaoyang’s expression and was surprised that the Overseer could make that kind of expression. The Overseer he knew was the one who killed people without batting an eye.

Just as he thought the surprise was over, four small figures followed Tang Shaoyang. One of them was a golden baby with a trident. He could not sense any energy from it, but he could sense a sinister aura from it. The other three were small dragons, three small dragons with three different colors.

Yang Bo knew it was different from the dragon he knew, but he recognized them because they were the dragons of the God Realm. The dragons in the God Realm looked like this one.

He also saw a red-haired beauty come out from the portal, looking around curiously. The fact that the woman acted at ease around the Overseer, and with her beauty. It meant she was the Overseer’s other wife.

The Yang Clan’s patriarch snapped and bowed his head, ”Yang Bo greets the Overseer!”

”Mnnn!” Tang Shaoyang nodded, ”Have you prepared everything?”

The reason for his visit was to finalize the last two pavilions. He thought of finishing the contract and the oath with Selena. Then he planned to bring her daughter around the Sacred Realm. He promised them to play all day long because he didn’t return on time.

”I have prepared everything, but there’s a small problem...” Yang Bo hesitated when he mentioned the problem.

He could not do anything to solve the problem because he was weak. The Sword Manor and the Nangong Family would not listen to him. The Ice Pavilion didn’t really get involved in the Thousand Vows Pavilion’s affair.

”Lead me there and tell me what the problem is on the way!”

The problem was indeed small. The Nangong Family was split; half of them decided to join, while the other half decided to preserve the Nangong Family. The problem was that the Sword Manor and the Nangong Family had the same idea to name their pavilion, Sword Pavilion.

For those two factions who took pride in their sword, they could not give up on the name. They decided to fight for the name’s right, but they were waiting for Tang Shaoyang.

Tang Shaoyang sat across Tian Zhong and Nangong Hao, and he was not going to follow their solution for the matter.

”You have two choices. First, you two can join together under the Sword Pavilion. Second, no one can use the Sword Pavilion. You can name your pavilion like the Duanmu Family.”

If he let them fight it later, the losing side would try to challenge the winner again. It would continue for a long time and cause him a lot of inconvenience in the future. The Duanmu Family chose to name their own pavilion with their family’s technique, and both Sword Manor and the Nangong Family could do the same.

Tian Zhong insisted on the Sword Pavilion, but he had prepared another name in case they lost in a fight against the Nangong Family. Not that he believed they would lose, but that was just a preparation. He learned his lesson after a fight against Tang Shaoyang not to underestimate his opponent.

”Then I will pick the second option! We will join the Thousand Vows Pavilion as the True Sword Pavilion!”

He didn’t want to unite with the Nangong Family. It would be better if no one could have the Sword Pavilion.

”Our pavilion will be the Origin Sword Pavilion!”

Nangong Hao had the same thinking as Tian Zhong. He would rather no one could have the name, and had already prepared a name in mind.

”Good. Then let’s make it quick!”

He gave a signal to Yang Bo, and the latter quickly pulled out the contracts. He gave them all to the two new pavilions and asked them to sign them. Then they proceeded with the Divine Oath under Selena’s guidance.

With that, the Sword Manor and the Nangong Family officially joined the Thousand Vows Pavilion. Two new pavilions were added to the rank: the True Sword Pavilion and the Origin Sword Pavilion.

If he had to judge, both new pavilions were even stronger than the Ice Pavilion and the other pavilions. With them joining, he could leave this place even more at ease. There would be no one stupid enough to pick a fight against the Thousand Vows Pavilion with them. At least he didn’t need to worry about the local factions trying to pick a fight with them.

Of course, there were still some that he must be wary of. The hidden family that Xiyue the Phoenix mentioned. There might be other hidden families, and they might not be afraid of the name of the Sword Manor and the Nangong Family.

’That’s a problem for me in the future, not now.’

With that in mind, he brought Selena and his daughters to play around. Of course, he had to leave the Grandmaster Codex to Nangong Hao and Tian Zhong.

Both were obsessed with it, and he left it behind. They could not learn the technique unless he imparted it to them. So he could leave the codex at ease. What they could see was just a glimpse of the technique itself, and they would decide which one they wanted to learn based on that glimpse.

The Thousand Vows Pavilion itself had been rebuilt like a city, and they accepted the civilians to stay. It was not limited to just the members of the Thousand Vows Pavilion. It was not as bustling as the Radiant Blossom City, as they lost half of the population, but people started to move here after hearing about the floating island.

The city was thriving, a lot of shops had opened, and he brought his daughters to taste the local snacks. His daughters were like a cure that allowed him to relax and be free of concerns. His daughters were a wonder that helped him to calm his mind, better than the Essence of Tranquility Breathing.

When he returned to the main building of the Thousand Vows Pavilion. The True Sword Pavilion and the Origin Sword Pavilion made their decision on which sword technique they wanted to learn.

They picked two different techniques, and he was surprised they both picked Intermediate and Advanced grade techniques instead of Heaven Grade or even Divine Grade Technique.

Tang Shaoyang didn’t question their decision, not going to complicate himself with it. He imparted the technique to the five Grandmasters.

The Sword Manor had three Peak True God Realms, so they had three Grandmasters. The three came to an agreement to learn the Intermediate Grade sword technique.

The one who made the decision from the Origin Sword Pavilion was Nangong Hao and Nangong Xiang Yu. They picked the Advanced Grade sword technique.

After imparting the knowledge, he left the Sacred Realm. Next, Li Shuang would take over the business side from the Sacred Realm, working together with Yang Bo and the Cladeos Emporium.

He would return once a year to impart a new technique to each pavilion, but that was it. His job to rebuild the Thousand Vows Pavilion was over. He would try his best not to intervene directly, let them grow on their own without his interference.

Furthermore, he had his own plan as well after this. It was time for him to learn the techniques from the Grandmaster Codex himself. He had only learned the core cultivation techniques so far, which were the Heavenly Technique. On top of that, he needed to develop his Soul Palace as well.

The dragon inside his dantian needed to be investigated as well. So far, the little dragon had given him an advantage, but he didn’t know that the little dragon might have a side effect he didn’t know of. He needed to delve further into his new class before looking for more classes.
