Urban Divine Doctor Descends the Mountain

Chapter 330: Chapter 330: Are They All Blind?

After Qiao Xue was cured, the three went for dinner.

After dinner, Qiao Xue wanted to stroll around the Southern Capital.

Just out of the hotel, the three suddenly saw someone with a camera rushing over.

Reporters actually!

It was unknown how these reporters got the news, but they actually knew Lin Dong was at the Southern Capital’s Grand Hotel.

As soon as he walked out the door, they surrounded him.

”Chief Lin, please respond to the matter of you curing to death!”

”Is this matter true, and how do you plan to resolve it?”

”Why does the Southern Faction of Traditional Chinese Medicine not revoke your leadership identity?”

”Are you still leading the younger generation of the Southern Faction of Traditional Chinese Medicine to participate in the medical comparison with the Northern Faction in a few days?”

”...”

With these reporters surrounding and firing off a series of questions.

Also attracted quite a number of people’s attention in an instant.

Seeing someone being blocked by reporters, everyone thought it was a star and watched the drama.

”Which star is this? Actually surrounded by reporters!”

”What star, didn’t you watch the news recently? That’s Lin Dong, newly elected as the Southern Faction’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Chief!”

”A big incident happened yesterday. Lin Dong, the Southern Faction’s Traditional Chinese Medicine Chief, had a medical accident at the hospital and cured a patient to death!”

”Now those reporters are definitely interviewing him because of this incident.”

”...”

The passersby also started discussing.

It seems the heat of this matter was really high, even quite a number of passersby in the streets and alleys had heard of it.

Facing the reporters’ incessant questions, Lin Dong replied with a sentence:

”The explanation and handling results will be announced on the day of the medical comparison between the Southern and Northern Factions. As for the rest, there’s temporarily nothing to disclose!”

After saying this, he greeted Qiao Bing and Qiao Xue, and directly stopped a car and left.

The reporters, watching Lin Dong leave, could only shift their focus to Qiao Bing and Qiao Xue.

”May I ask, what is your relationship with Doctor Lin Dong?”

”What do you think about this matter?”

Before Qiao Bing could speak, Qiao Xue said first: ”Don’t misunderstand, we have no relationship with Lin Dong.”

”As for the matter of him curing to death, it has nothing to do with us!”

”I still can’t understand why those seniors of the Southern Faction of Traditional Chinese Medicine would elect Lin Dong as the Chief?”

”As far as I know, he didn’t even graduate high school! He knows a bit about medical arts, but not much. At most, he can be considered a barefoot doctor. How such a person can become the Chief of the Southern Faction’s Traditional Chinese Medicine really makes one very puzzled.”

Qiao Xue said a lot of bad things about Lin Dong.

This made the reporters’ eyes light up, thinking they had some juicy material.

*Qiao Bing wanted to explain on Lin Dong’s behalf, but when the words were on his lips, he didn’t know how to say it.*

*In fact, there was no need to explain, because all of this was what Lin Dong had orchestrated.*

*Now the higher the heat, the greater the reversal when the announcement is made on the medical comparison day.*

*At that time, the impact on Wang Xiuxin would also be greater.*

The reporters continued to ask, trying to get Qiao Xue to reveal more ’dark material’ about Lin Dong.

Qiao Bing quickly pulled her sister, saying: ”Sis, stop talking.”

*”If you keep talking, I’ll get angry!”*

Qiao Xue saw this and then stopped, pulling Qiao Bing away from the area.

After they walked far away, Qiao Bing pouted, her cheeks puffing up like a goldfish.

Qiao Xue saw this and said: ”Little Bing, why are you still defending him?”

*”He cured to death a person, should he not let everyone see his real face?”*

”Isn’t he a high school diploma holder? Hasn’t he never attended a proper medical school? Isn’t he just a barefoot doctor? Aren’t these facts? Haven’t I described these accurately? Isn’t this reality?”

Facing Qiao Xue’s words, Qiao Bing couldn’t help but say: ”Sis, him being a high school diploma holder and having never attended a proper medical school does not mean his medical arts are bad. You shouldn’t always judge someone just by these obvious things!”

”Hmph, I judge the obvious things? You say his medical arts are good? Then, how do you explain him curing to death?” Qiao Xue snorted.

*Qiao Bing sighed,* ”This matter, you’ll understand later!”

Seeing Qiao Bing still defending Lin Dong and speaking on his behalf, Qiao Xue really felt helpless.

She let out a deep sigh.

*”Sigh, Little Bing. What’s the matter with you? There are so many excellent men in the world, why are you fixated on him?”*

*”Just his conditions, you can find a lot on any street. I really don’t understand why you think he’s so good.”*

”Listen to sis’s advice, Lin Dong is not someone worth trusting. You should leave him as soon as possible...”

Qiao Bing replied: ”Sis, you and mom both have too much prejudice against Lin Dong. You’re just blind on this!”

”Alright, alright, Little Bing. Then I’ll keep my eyes wide open and see, let’s see if I’m actually blind.”

”I’m just afraid that after a few days, Lin Dong might face legal consequences because of this matter. If he faces legal consequences, being sentenced or fined a huge amount, you must leave him!”

”I’m afraid you’re a silly girl that even if he’s in prison, you’d still wait for him. If he’s fined a huge amount, you’d still pay his debts...”

Feeling both amused and helpless, Qiao Bing replied:

”Sis, you’re overthinking, Lin Dong will be fine.”

*”Sigh, you just won’t cry until you see the coffin, then wait and see.”*

Qiao Xue kept sighing, she really didn’t understand what kind of soul medicine Lin Dong gave her sister Qiao Bing.

Actually making her still stand by him at this point.

She really couldn’t understand.

Just like she couldn’t understand why those seniors from the Southern Faction of Traditional Chinese Medicine would elect Lin Dong as their Chief.
