Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2199: Chapter 2194: Genius Children Project

Hua Jin sat in the taxi, his eyes fixed on the scenery along the road, outwardly calm but inwardly quite anxious.

Especially today when Yuan Yunong suddenly dashed out and hugged him, which was a very dangerous behavior, and he didn’t know if anyone had seen it.

Yuan Yunong’s performance now was riddled with flaws.

The earlier perfectly poised Yuan Yunong seemed to have vanished.

Perhaps, there’s a saying that holds true.

Women are mostly emotional creatures. No matter how excellent and outstanding she is, it seems ultimately hard to escape the trap of emotions.

What he worries about now is that Yuan Yunong thinks her performance is perfectly flawless, but others may have already seen the flaws, just not alarming the situation yet.

If that’s the case, then Yuan Yunong’s situation is already very dangerous.

That hug just now, if truly witnessed, could very well spark a storm.

Hua Jin sighed deeply; all the worries now seem unnecessary.

He just hopes everything still runs smoothly, that no mistakes happen.

Definitely do not let this step of the plan be affected.

This plan is the second task that Yuan Yunong carries — the Genius Children Program.

The crucial content of the plan is to select one hundred children with extraordinarily high IQs from around the world. These children will join the organization, undergo training, and finally select outstanding talent to be dispersed globally to collect intelligence.

This plan originated from Hua Jin and Yuan Yunong.

Both of them have very high intelligence. Their task execution is often more exceptional than ordinary people’s, and losses are minimal.

Internationally, there are many intelligence and spy organizations.

For instance, Russia’s KGB, the UK’s MI6, the United States’ CIA, but these are talents nurtured by the country to serve national interests.

The existence of these organizations gave rise to certain ideas within their covert organization.

They too could cultivate talent to serve the interests of their own organization.

So when choosing the range should be broader; thus, their Genius Children Program was born.

Yuan Yunong is the selector for this plan.

Prior to this, she had conducted selections in kindergartens across the country.

At this time, the concept of kindergartens still wasn’t strong among people, and many children didn’t attend kindergarten. So she went to many cities, stayed for one or two years, and finally selected two children.

Previously managed to get them out of the country.

Her task was not yet completed when Hong Mei encountered trouble, which led her to Nancheng City, again infiltrating a kindergarten.

Unexpectedly, she met Qin Jian and An Hao.

Now, just right, she can achieve her three purposes simultaneously.

First, to steal data, second, to avenge her brother — her personal objective. The third purpose, which is her second task, is to find genius children and send them abroad for training, to reserve talent for the organization.

This aims for the organization to survive longer and make its future brighter and bigger.

Thus, she has stayed by the couple’s side, refusing to leave.

The taxi suddenly stopped, and the driver said, ”We’ve arrived at the PLA Affiliated Hospital.”

Only then did Hua Jin snap out of his thoughts, took ten yuan out of his pocket, and handed it to the driver, ”No need for change.”
