Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 2179: Chapter 2174: Come Home with Me

She cried like a weeping willow, looking so pitiful.

Qin Jian had been in meetings all afternoon and hadn’t received An Hao’s call, so he was unclear about what had happened, let alone what Yuan Yunong was scheming.

”Teacher Yuan, what’s wrong? If there’s anything, just speak up!” he said gently.

”I’m about to be fired! Captain Qin, but this matter truly isn’t my fault! I’ve already lost this job once; I can’t lose it a second time. I cherish this job very much! So, I’m compelled to ask you, Captain Qin, to help me plead my case with the principal!” Yuan Yunong said to Qin Jian, wiping her tears.

Seeing how distraught she was, Qin Jian handed her a tissue: ”Wipe your tears! Teacher Yuan, tell me, what exactly happened in the kindergarten? Why is the kindergarten wanting to fire you?”

”It’s like this...” Yuan Yunong wiped away her tears and recounted the events that took place at the kindergarten today to Qin Jian.

Moreover, her point was very clear, saying that An Hao was upset because she was hit by Liao Ting, as well as due to the previous incident with Qin Jian, so An Hao held a grudge against her. Because of this fight between the kids, An Hao was the first to point the finger at Qin Jian.

Upon hearing this, Qin Jian chuckled coldly inside.

It seems the flaws are becoming increasingly apparent, and she’s not just showing her true colors once.

Previously, to protect her two sons, Zhuang Wenhui had reported her to the kindergarten principal, but she refused to apologize and resigned, then joined this kindergarten.

Before, they were quite grateful to Yuan Yunong.

They felt that this teacher was always speaking and acting from the standpoint of the children’s growth, with a strong sense of dignity and integrity as a teacher. But now, looking back, she didn’t have good intentions.

This was just to get closer to them, initially using a bit of sacrifice to gain long-term trust.

Fortunately, An Hao isn’t someone who can be easily deceived; her vigilance is high too.

In the course of interactions, after spotting a hint, they began to be wary of her.

Sure enough, Yuan Yunong was starting to grow restless.

Qin Jian has a strong premonition that he will soon find evidence and catch the seasoned spy infiltrating their ranks.

”Captain Qin, what are you thinking?” Yuan Yunong looked at Qin Jian, who frowned, and gently patted his arm.

Qin Jian glanced at Yuan Yunong’s delicate hand and then said, ”Rest assured, I won’t stand idly by regarding your issue! I will definitely go to the kindergarten and plead for you!”

”Thank you, Captain Qin! Thank you!” Yuan Yunong accepted his promise and stood up from the sofa, ready to leave.

”Wait! Come home with me for a while!” Qin Jian also stood up, retrieving his military cap from the coat rack.

”Home?” Yuan Yunong was stunned, ”Why do I need to go home with you?”

”I can’t let you suffer such great injustice for nothing!” Qin Jian earnestly said, looking at Yuan Yunong.

”There’s really no need, right?”

”Why shouldn’t we? Actually, I’m quite dissatisfied with An Hao’s recent actions; it seems she’s changed! No matter how anyone changes, they shouldn’t become unreasonable! These three kids fighting has been frequent too, and if just because of this, the kindergarten wants to fire a teacher?” Qin Jian said very displeased.
