Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 1193: Chapter 1193: Beat to Death, Marry A New One! (Extra)

All the people stood up and started accusing the Niu Family.

The ugly, unbearable words could fill a basket to the brim.

This time, the Niu Family had completely lost face.

Seeing this, relatives of the Niu Family didn’t say another word, packed up, and left.

Only Niu Da and Niu Xiuling were left, surrounded and berated by a crowd of villagers.

They were scolded until they couldn’t lift their heads.

”You old hag, I told you not to come, but you insisted on coming. Now, look what happened!” Niu Da, furious, kicked Niu Xiuling to the ground and started slapping her behind hard, ”You brainless woman! You shrew! I’ve had it with you, I must set you straight today, or I think you’re looking to be cursed.”

In his anger, Niu Da hit her, and the surrounding villagers joined in, goading him, ”Niu Da, hit her! Hit her hard, women like her need a good beating!”

Niu Xiuling, knowing she was in the wrong, didn’t dare to say anything and just took the beating from Niu Da.

The beating made her buttocks burn painfully, ”Stop, Niu Da, it’s killing me.”

”Good if it kills you, I need to teach you a lesson. Our daughter is gone, and instead of looking for her, the first thing you thought of was stirring up trouble. What use do I have for a wife like you?” Niu Da bellowed.

”Niu Da, kill her, so you can marry someone new!”

”Exactly, why keep this old rag of a woman? Later you can marry a young wife who can warm your bed, cook, and might even bear you a son. Wouldn’t that be nice?”

The onlookers, who loved to see a spectacle grow, kept adding fuel to the fire.

The scene was chaotic.

Suddenly, Niu Shanshan returned, followed by the young warrior.

”Dad, stop hitting her!”

Niu Da’s hand was also hurting and he was tired, hearing his daughter’s words, he stopped.

”Where have you been, girl? Do you know how worried your dad has been!” Niu Da, seeing his daughter’s haggard face, felt heartbroken. Thinking about how his reputation had been ruined by her own mother, and that he could no longer hold his head high in the village, he was filled with sorrow.

”Dad! I went to find him.” Niu Shanshan said, with tears streaming down her face, ”I’m sorry, I lied to you! I don’t like An Ping, the man I love is him. He’s the father of the child in my stomach!”

”Oh, that really is the case!”

”No wonder no one wants to marry her! Carrying another man’s child and still causing a scene here! Her brain must have been kicked by a donkey!”

”Uncle, I really love Shanshan! I will take good care of her in the future, please let me marry her!” the young warrior pleaded sincerely.

Niu Xiuling gathered enough strength to get up from the ground, moved forward two steps, and slapped Liu Shanshan across the face, ”You want to kill your mother, don’t you? We’ve been causing a scene here for half a day, and you say the child isn’t An Ping’s! If it’s not, then it isn’t. Why did you go for that B-ultrasound,? Hardly anyone in the village goes for that thing when pregnant. Now, look what happened? They caught something to use against us, and almost killed me!”

”Shut your mouth! From now on, you have no say,” Niu Da scolded.

”I’m sorry, mom and dad,” Niu Shanshan said as she knelt on the ground with a thud, ”Please let me marry him. The child in my womb is already moving; it’s a living little life now. I can’t abort it!”
