Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 890: The Fire Spiritʼs Actions

”Would you two like to join me in seclusion?” Feng Qingmeng and Zhu Lingyao looked at Zhang Fei [5] in confusion, especially since his decision was too sudden. ”I will enter seclusion until my real body has finished undergoing the tests of the Earth Flame.”

ʼWhere are you going to enter seclusion? Are you going to another realm for that?ʼ Zhu Lingyao asked.

Zhang Fei [5] shook his head. ”I have a private place that only those closest to me can enter, and you two are part of them now.”

”What about the Dragon Clan?”

”Why do you have to think about them, Qingmeng?” Zhang Fei [5] then lifted the two women off the bed. ”Long Aotian will never be able to relieve the effects of my abilities, and they will continue to act like horny beasts until I withdraw them.”

”Wonʼt they die if that happens?”

”Haha.” Zhang Fei [5] laughed in response. ”Theyʼre dragons, remember? Their physique and stamina are far greater than other mythical beasts, so you donʼt need to worry about them. I only used a small portion of my ability on them, so the effect wonʼt be too strong. Theyʼll use pills if they experience fatigue or Qi depletion. The people from the main Dragon Clan will probably come soon. Therefore, I have to prepare a plan to deal with them, and Senior Xishui will help me monitor their movements.”

Before the two women could ask him, Zhang Fei [5] had already disappeared first, and he went to the Dragon Clan to prepare some things.

”Are you going to join him?”

Zhu Lingyao nodded at Feng Qingmeng. ʼEven though you are still unwilling to be his woman, you are no different from his woman now, so I think you should join us.ʼ

”Sigh.” Feng Qingmeng sighed softly. ”After his arrival, I didnʼt anticipate the drastic changes in my life, and now I find myself entangled with him.”

ʼHehe.ʼ Zhu Lingyao giggled. ʼI think someone will end up the same as us soon.ʼ

Feng Qingmeng momentarily raised an eyebrow. ”That kid has already expressed his desire to pursue a relationship with Huli Haohao, and he visited her several times in the past three days. However, she is different from us, and she feels unfulfilled in her life, especially after the events of that day. She might fall for him, but she probably wonʼt fall that fast.”

ʼI agree with you.ʼ Zhu Lingyao replied with a nod. ʼHowever, you forgot that he had his charm, and he even used it on you. Iʼm sure heʼs already used it on Huli Haohao, so Iʼm certain sheʼll fall for him sooner than you estimate.ʼ

”Letʼs see the results later.” Feng Qingmeng then contacted several people from the Blazing Phoenix Sect, informing them that she would be secluding herself elsewhere. ”What do you think he plans for the Dragon Clan next?”

Zhu Lingyao shook her head. ʼI canʼt guess his plans, but Iʼm sure itʼs not anything good, and they will suffer even more because of him.ʼ

Zhang Fei [5] was standing not far from the Dragon Clan, but he couldnʼt enter their residence because of the barrier. Despite the barrier, he could still act against them by using his plant generation and manipulation abilities.

Zhang Fei [5] left the Dragon Clan after finishing his task, but he did not return to the Phoenix Clan. Instead, he went to see the female golden fox, Huli Haohao, in her private residence.

Zhang Fei [5]ʼs arrival made Huli Haohao massage her forehead, especially since he was too stubborn even though she had rejected him over and over again. Moreover, he always used his enhanced demon charm on her, which messed up her feelings. ”I forgot to tell you something.”

”Whatʼs that?” Zhang Fei [5] sat beside her.

”Three days ago, Huli Xianniang asked me to capture you and bring you to her.” Zhang Fei [5] furrowed his brows after Huli Haohaoʼs reply. ”Iʼm not interested in her affairs or interests, so I rejected her order without asking her reasons.”

Zhang Fei [5] then asked. ”Why did you choose to be on my side? Wouldnʼt that bring you big trouble?”

”I didnʼt do it for you.” Huli Haohao denied it. ”I did it for myself, and Iʼm not afraid to face the risks.”

Zhang Fei [5] released a soft sigh. ”Is your life really that boring?”

”How could you guess like that?” Zhang Fei [5] pointed his finger at Huli Haohaoʼs chest and provided an explanation. ”Can you really read my thoughts from my soul?”

”I am a soul cultivator, and I have the best master in that field, remember?” Zhang Fei [5] grabbed Huli Haohaoʼs hands and held them. ”Honestly, I can understand your feelings, especially since I was in a similar situation in the past.”

”Hmm?” Zhang Fei [5] was too lazy to explain his past to Huli Haohao, so he shared some of his memories about Zhang He and Chen Xin, starting from when they framed him.

Curious about all of Zhang Fei [5]ʼs memories, Huli Haohao closed her eyes and watched them from the beginning. She was a bit surprised to see the old him before he became a cultivator and a demon, but she frowned when she watched and listened to how Zhang He and Chen Xin framed him. She was embarrassed watching him have sex with his ex-lover, and she watched everything until he fucked her in front of his brother before killing them.

Huli Haohao opened her eyes. ”Iʼve never met someone as cruel as you. You fucked your former lover in front of her husband, who was also your big brother, and you killed them afterwards. Unlike you, I didnʼt have that much courage, and I accepted the bitter reality that my sister stole my fiancé from me. From then on, I moved to this realm to take care of my clan here, and I never returned to the main clan again.”

”At first, I didnʼt have the courage to do such a thing either, but I changed after I became who I am now.” Huli Haohao was not surprised when Zhang Fei [5] transformed into his lust demon lord form. ”I used my humanity towards good people, but I used my cruelty towards my enemies. They framed me and betrayed me, and they tried to kill me, so I killed them to protect myself. You may not dare to act as cruelly as I did, but you must stand up for yourself, especially against those who try to ruin your happiness.”

Huli Haohao nodded in understanding before sighing. ”If only I could act like you, I wouldnʼt be in a situation like this.”

”Itʼs never too late to change, right?” Zhang Fei [5] asked with a smile. ”This life is too beautiful to miss; we have to be strong and stop mourning our past. If you can do that, Iʼm sure you will find a new happiness, and it will probably be much better than what you wanted in the past.”

”Haha.” Huli Haohao laughed softly. ”Donʼt tell me youʼre going to give me that happiness.”

”Why not?” Zhang Fei [5] then caressed her cheek. ”Iʼm handsome, and youʼre beautiful, so weʼre suitable to be lovers, right?”

”Narcissistic!” Huli Haohaoʼs eyes widened because Zhang Fei [5] suddenly kissed her, causing her heart to flutter as the effect of his enhanced demon touch lingered within her. ʼSigh! This kidʼs skin is as thick as a wall, and his shamelessness is unmatched.ʼ

Zhang Fei [5] separated their lips. ”After this, I will enter seclusion, and I hope you will consider my intentions toward you while I am away.”

”How long will you be in seclusion?”

”A month or so.”

Huli Haohao nodded. ”You can focus on your seclusion, and I will think about your intentions.”

”Iʼll go now.” Zhang Fei [5] disappeared after giving her a gentle kiss.

Huli Haohao then walked to the side of the window, stood there, rubbed her lips, and thought about Zhang Fei [5]ʼs words. ”Sigh! I could never do that.”

After he returned to the Phoenix Clan and left some messages for Feng Xishui and Feng Yongheng, Zhang Fei [5] brought Feng Qingmeng and Zhu Lingyao into the training space.

”The Soul Emperor?”

ʼThe Soul Emperor?ʼ

Both women screamed softly as soon as they saw Hun Di, who was training with the others. However, they were confused to see they were having such difficulty getting up from the floor, as if they were being pressed down by a heavy weight.

Zhang Fei [5] immediately explained to the two women about the pavilion and the two mansions, especially about the people who lived in them. Naturally, he wouldnʼt let them live in the portable mansion, and he asked them to live in the pavilion. Thereafter, he explained to them about his training space, which shocked, amazed, and excited them. ”Go ahead and join them. After you two complete your training, you guys will be stronger than the members of your two main clans.”

Feng Qingmeng and Zhu Lingyao exchanged glances for a moment, and the two immediately joined Hun Di and the others, but they instantly fell to the floor like them.

”All four of my clones have entered seclusion with their respective partners, and since this clone doesnʼt have any partners, I will focus on my blacksmithing.” Zhang Fei [5] then went to the forging area, and he started to forge earth-grade equipment.

Inside the lava, Zhang Fei continued to feel excruciating pain from within his body, even though his regenerative healing factor continued to work.

The little boy continued to watch Zhang Fei seriously, and he could see that the process was not as he had expected. He took another small portion of the Earth Flame and injected it into his body, causing him to suffer more.

”Arghh! Fuck!” Zhang Fei cursed loudly as he endured the intensifying pain.

ʼHehehe! If you want my flame, you have to suffer first.ʼ The small boy then looked up to the peak as he sensed something from above. ʼThereʼs someone with a fragment of the Sky Fire up there. Her quality is not bad because she can get it, but she does not have the qualifications to obtain my flame or the true Sky Flame.ʼ

The small boy suddenly had an idea, and he immediately floated up to go to the surface.

Hundreds of fire cultivators had gathered around the crater area. However, they were furious and frustrated, especially since they couldnʼt enter it because of the flame barrier blocking them. No matter how hard they tried to destroy it, the flame barrier remained intact, even after they combined their strength.

The five cultivators from the Sovereign Heaven Realm were also furious about it, especially the three men. They spent a long time traveling from their realm to the Scorching Earth Realm to find the Earth Flame, but they couldnʼt enter the volcano.

Yuan Tianxie had already informed their master about it, but she forced them to wait there until Zhang Fei came out, and she ordered them to capture him and bring him to her.

Meanwhile, the two women from the realm sat side by side right by the crater, but Yuan Tianhua was confused by her friendʼs attitude, especially since Yuan Tianling kept worrying about Zhang Fei, even though they had only met a few times. ʼWhy does Tianling keep acting like this? Did she fall in love with that fox kid at first sight?ʼ

ʼAre you okay in there, Little Fox? Why havenʼt you come out from under there yet?ʼ Yuan Tianling pondered to herself while rubbing her hands together.

While the fire cultivators were preoccupied with their thoughts, the small boy had already arrived under the barrier. He looked at Yuan Tianling before sending many lava beasts out of the volcano, causing chaos among the fire cultivators.

When they started fighting with the lava beasts, the small boy took the opportunity to throw a fire rope at Yuan Tianling, and he immediately pulled him into the lava.

”Ahhh! Brothers! Tianhua! Help me!”

”Tianling!” The other four immediately jumped into the volcano to save Yuan Tianling, but the flame barrier bounced them back up. They immediately unleashed their full strength to destroy it, but they faced a fairly strong counterattack.

They quickly avoided it and moved away from the crater. Yuan Tiankong immediately asked. ”What should we do now, Tianxie?”

”What if we ask our master to come to this realm?” Yuan Tianjie also asked Yuan Tianxie.

Yuan Tianhua glanced towards the crater before nodding. ”Iʼm sure our master has a solution to destroy the fire barrier, so we should contact him now. If we delay too long, Tianling might die there.”

”Phew.” Yuan Tianxie exhaled heavily and contacted their master directly, but her answer disappointed him. ”Our master wonʼt come here, and he asked us to find a way to save Tianling by ourselves.”

Yuan Tianjie, Yuan Tiankong, and Yuan Tianhua frowned at that. They also tried to contact their master, but they got the same answer.

Since their master was unwilling to come, the four of them immediately contacted their parents. They also contacted Yuan Tianlingʼs parents, and they could breathe a sigh of relief after their parents agreed to come to the realm. ”For now, we can only wait for them to arrive, but they wonʼt be here for another month, so I hope Tianling can survive until they arrive.”

.

.

Meanwhile, the little boy pulled the completely naked Yuan Tianling into the lava. ”Hey! Who are you? Why did you bring me here?”

”Arenʼt you worried about that kid?” Yuan Tianling raised an eyebrow at the little boy. ”I am the spirit of the Earth Flame, and he is undergoing my tests. Although you will not get my flame, I can help you improve your fire element and fire elemental law.”

”Does that mean you have chosen him as the owner of the Earth Flame?” Yuan Tianling asked with a frown.

”Not yet.” The small boy shook his head. ”He was the suitable candidate to obtain my flame, but his body was not ready to accept it; thus, I gave him the most difficult test by destroying and reshaping his internal body.”

”What!?” Yuan Tianling shouted in shock. ”Wouldnʼt he die if you did that to him?”

The small boy sighed softly. ”That kidʼs strength and abilities are beyond your imagination, and you will understand his superiority over those foolish people when we get there.”

”Letʼs go! Take me to his side now!”

Sometime later, they had arrived at Zhang Feiʼs side, but Yuan Tianlingʼs face turned confused because he was completely naked, and his dick was fully exposed in front of her eyes. Moreover, she herself was naked, so he could see her body without hindrance.

Zhang Fei, who was still in pain, frowned after seeing Yuan Tianling. ”Argh! Why did you bring her here?”

”This woman has a fragment of the Sky Fire, so I want to help her develop herself.”

Zhang Fei himself already knew about it from Mei, but he didnʼt expect the spirit of the Earth Flame would bring her to him.

The small boy then pushed Yuan Tianling to Zhang Fei. ”You guys should hug each other, and I will help you both at the same time.”

”Hiss!” Zhang Fei had no problem with that, but Yuan Tianling felt embarrassed about it.

The small boy shook his head and bound the two of them using his flame, making their bodies stick together. ʼUgh! This small spirit acts as he pleases!ʼ

ʼI know you want to get the Sky Flame, and I will help you get its aura from her. Once you meet the true Sky Flame, it will not reject you.ʼ Zhang Fei was overjoyed to hear that, and he immediately hugged Yuan Tianling, making her heart pound. ”I will start now.”

Both of them suddenly felt a rapid flow of fire elements entering their bodies, but Zhang Fei sensed an additional force flowing into him that originated from Yuan Tianling.

Seeing Zhang Feiʼs pained expression, Yuan Tianlingʼs heart softened. She hugged him back, resting her head on his shoulder. ”You have to be strong, Little Fox. I will accompany you until you succeed in obtaining the Earth Flame.”
