Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 386: The Wolf King

Ursula, Virgil, and Angela looked at Zhang Xiaolong strangely after he asked Arbeola about the three succubi duchesses, making them think that he wanted to get all three.

”Why are you guys looking at me like that? Those three are leading Lust City alongside Yhrer, so Iʼm curious about them.” Zhang Xiaolong asked them with a shake of his head. ”Iʼll be spending a few days in that city, and theyʼre really strong. Furthermore, they are lust demons, just like me, and my abilities wonʼt work on them, so I need to prepare something to avoid them.”

”They are indeed strong, and one of them is really dangerous. Those three arenʼt ordinary succubi, and neither is Yhrer.

They are lust demon lords, which is a level higher than ordinary ones, and they are one step away from becoming transcendent lust demons.” Zhang Xiaolong and the three female demons immediately looked at Arbeola, especially since they didnʼt know that succubi and incubi could evolve.

”The first is Ilsath, who possesses exceptional speed due to her supernatural dexterity and speed, making her the fastest of the three. However, she is the most indifferent among them. The second is Orith, who has very strong endurance thanks to her supernatural stamina, and she can have sex with male demons for several days in a row, but she is the kindest among them.

The third is Thish, but she is the cruelest among them, and her strength is the highest thanks to her supernatural strength and durability. She killed many demons, especially those who refused to submit and serve her, so be careful of her.”

”Does that mean I will also be able to evolve into a lust demon lord like them?”

”Yes.” Arbeola nodded at Zhang Xiaolong. ”Once your demon rank reaches the duke rank, then you will also evolve into lust demon lord, and your incubus power will be enhanced several times. As for the transcendent lust demon, you must first reach the emperor rank before being able to evolve into one.”

After hearing that, Zhang Xiaolong nodded in understanding. ”The transcendent lust demon is still far beyond my reach, so I wonʼt think about it for now. As for the lust demon lord, my demon rank will increase to marquis rank soon, so itʼs not too far away for me, and I will try hard to reach the duke rank as fast as possible.”

”Hahaha.” Arbeola laughed upon hearing that. ”My advice is that you should try to approach Orith first, especially since she is very kind, and she will never treat you badly. You have to work hard to satisfy her, and if you can do that, she will help you to the fullest.

Unfortunately, no demon has ever been able to do it before, especially since her stamina is extremely high, and they get exhausted before she is satisfied. Anyway, they are now in Demon Emperor City, so you can stay in Lust City and wait for them to return. You donʼt need to worry about Ilsath, but you must exercise caution with Thish.”

”I personally wouldnʼt be that crazy to approach such a mad demon as Thish.” Zhang Xiaolong replied with a wry smile. ”As for Orith, I think Iʼve found a way to approach her, and I just need to wait for her to come back. Anyway, weʼll continue our training, Old Demon.

I donʼt have much time to continue staying in this realm, especially since Iʼm still having a lot of problems in the Sky Jade Realm, and I have to go back there to solve them.”

”Wait a minute, kid.” Arbeola immediately stopped them. ”I just got information from the trees in some other areas, and they saw three fox beasts roam this realm. Moreover, they seem to be looking for something, and I think that they came here specifically to look for you, especially since you are a beast like them.”

Zhang Xiaolong immediately opened the map to search for the whereabouts of the three heavenly foxes, and he found Tian Jiyuan around the dead forest. As for the other two, he found them near the Black River, and Tian Gongzhu was a little bit far from the Black Moon City. ”You are right, old demon.

They did come to this realm to look for me, and they are very strong, especially the male fox, who is their leader. In fact, they came from a realm in the upper realms, and they discovered my existence in the Sky Jade Realm after I sent one of those heretics to their realm.

Iʼm not exactly sure why they were searching for me, but I know that they, especially their two ancestors, donʼt have good intentions towards me. Therefore, I fled to this realm to avoid them.”

”Haha.” Arbeola laughed before saying it to Zhang Xiaolong. ”I like you, kid. Thatʼs why Iʼll help you do something about them, especially their leader. Those trees canʼt beat him, but they can do something else to him and trap him in this realm for a long time.”

”Are you thinking of asking them to lure him into the heart of the dead forest?” Arbeola nodded at Zhang Xiaolong. ”The bewildering formation may be powerful, but that guy has the ability to traverse realms like mine, so Iʼm not sure it can stop him. Still, you can ask them to do that, and I hope heʼll be trapped there long enough, so heʼll turn into a demon beast.”

After that, Arbeola immediately contacted the trees in the dead forest to direct Tian Jiyuan to the location of the bewildering formation, and he also asked the trees in the black river and the black moon city to do something about Tian Wangzhi and Tian Gongzhu. ”Itʼs done; I just have to wait for news from them.”

”Thanks, Old Demon.” However, Zhang Xiaolong immediately asked Arbeola, especially since he was curious about his intentions. ”Why did you choose to help me? We are intruders in this realm, and you might get a lot of things if you hand us over to the other demons, just like the humans I sent to this realm some time ago.”

”Oh? Are you really the one who sent those humans to this realm?” Zhang Xiaolong confirmed Arbeolaʼs question with a nod. ”Honestly, I was surprised when I found out that so many humans suddenly appeared in this realm; it turned out that you were the one who sent them here. Unfortunately, only five of them are left now, and the others have been killed by the demons.

Moreover, one of those women is in Yhrerʼs possession, and she must have suffered a terrible fate there. The other two women are much luckier because Cain bought them from the slave market, and they live in his mansion now. As for the two young men, one is in the hands of the three succubi duchesses, and the other is in the hands of the wolf king, the ruler of Black Moon City.”

Zhang Xiaolong was not surprised by that, especially since he already knew the fate of those four people, but he did not expect that Yin Tong was in the hands of the demon wolf race. ”They are my enemies, and the woman in Yhrerʼs possession even tried to kill me several times, so I sent her and her son to this realm. Anyway, who is the wolf king? Is he strong?”

”Alder is the alpha of those demon wolves, but he differs from his subordinates, who are black wolves.

His true form is a giant white wolf, and his demon rank is at the King rank, so he is stronger than me or the four lust demons.” Zhang Xiaolong and the female demons were shocked to hear Arbeolaʼs explanation, especially since the King or Queen rank was only one level below the Emperor or Empress rank.

”To answer your previous question, I helped you because your three identities are very interesting to me, and I also feel lonely in this forest. Moreover, I already told you that Iʼm too old, so I donʼt have that kind of ambition, and I just want to live quietly in this forest.”

Arbeolaʼs last sentence made them laugh, and Zhang Xiaolong immediately spoke to him again. ”We will continue our training now, and I will go to Lust City after we finish. If you are so lonely, I will leave them here so they can accompany you to talk.”

”Thatʼs good.” Arbeola was satisfied with Zhang Xiaolongʼs decision. ”You donʼt need to worry about them as long as they stay here, especially since no demons or demon beasts dare approach this place while I am here.”

Although they still did not trust Arbeola, the female demons preferred to stay in the forest rather than go to Lust City, particularly since they were fully aware of their strength and did not want to cause trouble by going there.

After that, Zhang Xiaolong took them back to their previous training area, where they began to fight demons and demon beasts.

On the other hand, Arbeola continued to communicate with the trees in the other three areas, especially those in the dead forest, and he did so to ensure that they successfully led Tian Jiyuan into the heart of the forest.

Tian Jiyuan was still flying around the dead forest from the air to look for Zhang Xiaolong, and he used his light element to protect himself. Naturally, he couldnʼt find him there, especially since their location was too far away.

Suddenly, Tian Jiyuan saw Zhang Xiaolong running quickly towards the heart of the dead forest, and he immediately chased after him, not realizing that he was just an illusion created by one of the demon trees that lived in the forest.

However, when they arrived at the heart of the dead forest, Zhang Xiaolong suddenly vanished from his sight, prompting Tian Jiyuan to stop and scan the surrounding area with his senses, but he was unable to locate him anywhere. ”Damn it! How can that guy move so fast with his low cultivation?”

Tian Jiyuan then decided to go to the heart of the dead forest, but he immediately felt a little strange, especially since the demon trees and demon beasts there did not even try to attack him. ”Could it be that they are afraid of my light element? Haha! Iʼm really lucky to have been born with a strong light element, so I donʼt need to worry about them.”

Unfortunately, Tian Jiyuan was overconfident with himself, so he didnʼt realize that he had fallen into the demonsʼ trap, and he was unaware that the area was covered by the bewildering formation.

Seeing that Tian Jiyuan had entered the area, the demon trees in the dead forest immediately informed Arbeola about it, and he told Zhang Xiaolong about their success.

However, Zhang Xiaolong still doubted that the bewildering formation could trap Tian Jiyuan for too long, and he would probably return to the Sky Jade Realm immediately once he realized his situation.

Tian Gongzhu, who was observing Black Moon City from the air, was shocked when several flying demon beasts, similar to crows and eagles, suddenly swarmed her. ʼCrap! How could they sense my presence? I have suppressed my aura as much as possible, so they should not be able to detect my presence.ʼ

*Swoosh... Swoosh...*

Several flying demon beasts immediately flew towards Tian Gongzhu, and they tried to attack him using their sharp beaks and claws. However, she quickly pulled out a white whip, channeled her light qi into it, and whipped it towards the flying demon beasts.

Unfortunately, the flying demon beasts had high speed, and their movements were very agile, so they managed to dodge Tian Gongzhuʼs attack.

Since there were quite a lot of them, Tian Gongzhu decided to take out an artifact from her storage ring, causing three light shields to appear around her in case they attacked her in a swarm. She also swung her four tails towards them before several crescent-shaped lights Qi rushed towards them, which hit several of them and killed them instantly.

”Argh!” Tian Gongzhu screamed in pain as a root that rose from the ground hit her back, leaving a deep wound there, and blood was also flowing out of the wound. She immediately cut off the root while shouting furiously. ”Bastard! How dare lowly demons like you hurt me?! I will eradicate you all once and for all.”

Tian Gongzhu then released all her strength, and her light qi spread around her, forcing the flying demon beasts to retreat and run away from her, especially since her light element was too terrifying for them.

Unfortunately, Tian Gongzhu had made a blunder in doing that because her actions were detected by the demon wolves in the Black Moon City, and many of them rushed to the battle area at high speed.

In a few moments, the demon wolves had arrived at that location, and they stared at Tian Gongzhu with vicious gazes, even saliva dripping from their muzzles.

ʼShit!ʼ Tian Gongzhu cursed in her heart as soon as she saw the demon wolves, especially since there were quite a few of them. She immediately contacted Tian Jiyuan and Tian Wangzhi to save her.

However, Tian Gongzhu suddenly shivered after she felt a strong aura come from behind, and a white wolf demihuman was already standing behind her. Before she could react, her vision had already become blurry, and she quickly lost consciousness.

The white wolf demihuman immediately supported Tian Gongzhu before ordering his subordinates. ”Go back! I wonʼt let you eat her! Anyone who dares touch her will face punishment from me. Do you all understand?”

The demon wolves looked disappointed after hearing that, but none of them dared to disobey him, especially since he was their king, Alder, the white wolf demon.

After his order, they immediately returned to the Black Moon City, but Alder continued to watch Tian Gongzhuʼs face closely. ”Many humans suddenly appeared in this realm some time ago, and now this female beast has also appeared here. Moreover, she could not have come alone, and I am sure that there are several partners accompanying her here.”
