Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 286: Act Against Two People

After waiting for several hours, Zhang Fei finally saw Chu Youqianʼs name in the southern river city, so he rushed to the city, where he saw her enter an inn.

After she got a room and ordered a few things, Chu Youqian rushed to the top floor to go to her room, but she didnʼt realize that Zhang Fei was following her using his invisibility, and he immediately snuck in as soon as she opened the door.

”Phew! The distance from my sect to this city is too far, and Iʼm exhausted after flying for so long.” Chu Youqian muttered to herself as she took off his sect uniform, leaving only a thin cloth covering her body.

Even though he saw such a sight, Zhang Fei had no interest in Chu Youqian, especially since everything about her was too ordinary.

Chu Youqian, who was still unaware of Zhang Feiʼs presence, sat on the chair beside the window before taking out a paper and brush, and she wrote a letter to Shen Haoran.

Zhang Fei immediately sneaked behind Chu Youqian and read her writing, which explained his relationship with Shen Yu, and she also asked Shen Haoran to help her suppress the Hai Twins. ʼWhat a foolish and naive woman! Did she really think that old man would help her do that? Even if she used her grandfatherʼs status, he would not fulfill her request and would instead take advantage of her.ʼ

After she finished writing it, Chu Youqian immediately folded the letter and sealed it with a wax seal, but she looked confused thinking about who could be ordered to deliver it to Shen Haoran.

Chu Youqian then sent a voice transmission to her acquaintances in the southern river city, but most of them were busy with their own affairs, so they rejected her. In the end, she contacted the last person she thought would not mind helping her, who immediately agreed to her request, so she asked the person to come meet her at the inn.

”Phew!” Chu Youqian let out a sigh of relief before moving to the bed and lying there, and she smiled evilly as she looked at the ceiling of her room. ”Hehe! After reading my letter, Iʼm sure Shen Haoran will confront Zhang Fei directly, and he will kill him immediately.

Besides, I hope he will be willing to help me suppress the Hai elders, so I can do something about Zhang Lin and seize her contract beast.”

Zhang Fei shook his head as he listened to Chu Youqianʼs words, especially since they did not know each other, so there was no enmity between them. Unfortunately, her arrogance and jealousy were too great, leading her to make the foolish decision to become his enemy, and he was determined not to spare her.

However, Zhang Fei did not immediately do anything to Chu Youqian, and he wanted to see who was willing to deliver the letter to Shen Haoran first.

*Knock... Knock...*

”Young miss, your food and drink are ready.”

Hearing that, Chu Youqian jumped out of bed and opened the door for the maidservant, who immediately brought in some dishes and a pot of tea, and she immediately left the room after that.

However, Chu Youqian refrained from eating the food immediately and instead went to the bathroom to clean herself, prompting Zhang Fei to devise a plan of action against her. ʼDo you have any good ideas, Mei?ʼ

[Master, I think there are some items that will make her suffer.]

ʼOh? What kind of items are those?ʼ

[Hehe, Iʼll buy them now, and youʼll definitely like the effects.]

{You got Ciyang Powder x1}

{5 red jewels have been deducted from your balance.}

{You got Tianhua Powder x1}

{5 red jewels have been deducted from your balance.} been deducted from your balance.}

ʼHmm?ʼ Zhang Fei raised his eyebrows for a moment before taking both items from the system inventory, and a strange smile appeared on his face after he read their descriptions. He then mixed the tianhua powder into the tea jug and sprinkled the ciyang powder on the bed. ʼThese two powders were actually useless for other purposes, but they were quite useful for making people like Chu Youqian suffer.ʼ

A few minutes later, Chu Youqian had finished her bath and immediately dressed, anticipating the arrival of an acquaintance. Unaware of Zhang Feiʼs actions, she waited for the person while enjoying her dishes and tea.

Not long after, the person finally came to the room, so Chu Youqian immediately opened the door, and Zhang Fei raised his eyebrows slightly after noticing the personʼs identity. ʼIsnʼt he Wei Luanʼs ex-fiance?ʼ

”Here.” Chu Youqian immediately gave the letter to Ying Xiao as soon as he entered. ”I donʼt want to go to that sect, so I want you to send this letter for me, and this will benefit both of us.”

”What do you mean by both of us? Wonʼt this only benefit you?” As he asked, Ying Xiao frowned, eager to unfold the letter.

However, Chu Youqian immediately stopped Ying Xiao and told him directly, ”Do you have any idea who told Wei Luan about your affair with You Han? That person is Zhang Fei, a disciple from the Yin-Yang Pavilion, and you donʼt need to doubt my words, especially since this news is already known to all the disciples of my sect.

Since he ruined your engagement with her, you must want to take revenge on him, right?”

”Thatʼs for sure!” Ying Xiao replied with a small shout. ”I have been looking forward to my marriage with Wei Luan for so long, but that bastard ruined everything, so I must take revenge against him.”

Chu Youqian smiled faintly and pressed her index finger against Ying Xiaoʼs chest. ”Actually, I have no problem with Zhang Fei, but I feel angry because Chu Xing belittled me by saying that he is better than me. Aside from that, his little sister has a beautiful contract beast, and I want to have it for myself. Unfortunately, he is very close to the Hai elders, as well as the Liu clanʼs son-in-law.

Thatʼs why we canʼt attack him openly, and we need Shen Tianyuʼs help to do something about him.”

”Shen Tianyu?” Ying Xiao frowned upon hearing the name. ”What does that lustful bastard have to do with Zhang Fei? Have you forgotten that he wonʼt do anything without reciprocation?”

”Naturally, I know that, but I have a piece of information that will make Shen Tianyu furious, and he will definitely be willing to help us.” Ying Xiao looked at her in confusion, so Chu Youqian directly told him the truth. ”Zhang Fei has snatched Shen Yu from his hands, and I heard that theyʼve been spending a lot of time together. Do you think he wonʼt be furious if he hears this news?”

Ying Xiao was taken aback upon hearing that, especially since their wedding was only a few days away, but Shen Yu suddenly turned to another man. ”Youʼre right; Shen Tianyu will undoubtedly be furious if he learns about Shen Yuʼs affair, and he will certainly attack Zhang Fei directly. Moreover, his cultivation has almost reached the Earth Realm, so he should be able to kill that bastard.”

”Thatʼs right.” Chu Youqian responded with a nod. ”However, something seems to have happened to Shen Tianyu, and I still canʼt contact him until this moment, so I want you to send this letter to Shen Haoran. After all, that old man has always doted on his son and would do anything for him, so I am sure that he will kill Zhang Fei immediately after hearing about this news.

That way, we donʼt have to bother dealing with him ourselves; we only need to wait for the news of his death.”

Hearing that, Ying Xiaoʼs expression changed slightly. ”Tch! That bastard caused me to lose Wei Luan, and my father even beat me up after Wei Jiang revealed my affair with You Han. Therefore, I would be thrilled if that bastard met his demise at the hands of Shen Haoran.”

”Haha.” Chu Youqian laughed softly upon hearing that. ”In that case, you can go to the Yin-Yang Pavilion now and give the letter to Shen Haoran, and Iʼm sure he wonʼt mind pressuring the Hai elders in exchange for this information, so both of us will benefit from this matter. You can take revenge on him, and no one will stop me from snatching that beautiful beast from Zhang Linʼs hands.”

After hearing that, Ying Xiao nodded repeatedly. ”All right, Iʼll go to the sect right now and meet Shen Haoran in person.”

After Ying Xiao left the room, Zhang Fei decided to follow him. On the other hand, Chu Youqian immediately finished her food and drink, took off her dress, lay down on the bed, and closed her eyes with a triumphant smile. ”Haha! That bastard will die, and Zhang Linʼs beast will soon be mine.”

Sometime later, Ying Xiao had already arrived at the outer perimeter of the Yin-Yang Pavilion, and he wanted to rush there to meet Shen Haoran.

Zhang Fei, who had been following him, immediately landed in front of him. Wasting no time, he used a bit of strength to punch the unprepared Ying Xiao in the chest, causing him to fall to the ground and roll backwards a few times.

”Argh! Damn it!” As he activated his cultivation, Ying Xiao cursed, and he immediately jumped up, looking around the area. Since he was still in an invisible state, he couldnʼt see Zhang Fei. ”Coward! Come out and face me like a man!”

”Are you really a man?” As he appeared before him, Zhang Fei asked, causing Ying Xiao to frown and raise his guard. ”You donʼt have to be confused about me, because I am the person you and Chu Youqian are targeting.”

”So you are Zhang Fei, huh?” Seeing him nod, Ying Xiao immediately took out two small spears and pointed them at him. ”I didnʼt expect that you had been spying on me and Chu Youqian, but itʼs good that you appear in front of me now. This way, I can take revenge on you for ruining my marriage with Wei Luan, and I will kill you with my own hands.”

”Hahaha.” Zhang Fei laughed softly at Ying Xiaoʼs words, and he smiled faintly before speaking to provoke him. ”You know what? You are such a foolish man, and you donʼt understand that Wei Luan is much more valuable, yet you waste her for that slut, You Han. Although her body is nothing special, she is a beautiful and gentle woman, and I enjoyed our time together.

Her soft lips and breasts—I enjoyed kissing and squeezing them so much—and her moans are also melodious to my ears. Aside from that, the way she sucked my dick was truly satisfying, and she also enjoyed it a lot when I released my cum inside her mouth. In addition, her-”

”Bastard! Wei Luan is mine! You ruined everything!” Instantly, Ying Xiaoʼs anger became uncontrollable, and he dashed towards Zhang Fei as he stabbed his small spears at him repeatedly.

Unfortunately, Ying Xiaoʼs speed was far below that of Zhang Fei, who had trained to level three of the gravity feature, which made gravity eight times heavier, so none of his attacks could hit his body. ʼShit! Whatʼs going on? My cultivation is several minor stages above his, but I canʼt land a single attack on him!ʼ

Zhang Fei casually dodged every single one of Ying Xiaoʼs attacks, especially since all his attacks looked like slow motion in his eyes, and he continued to do so for some time, causing his enemy to look frustrated.

Zhang Fei then grabbed the two small spears before unleashing a swift knee strike onto his enemyʼs abdomen, which hit his target squarely, causing Ying Xiao to bend forward as his mouth vomited. ”Cough... Cough...”

”Is this all you can do?” Zhang Fei then pulled Ying Xiaoʼs hair and threw him towards a large tree nearby, where his body immediately collided with the tree.

*Bam*

”Guah!” Zhang Fei threw two small spears towards Yang Xiao before he fell to the ground. Both spears pierced his shoulders before becoming stuck in a large tree behind him, causing him to release a painful loud scream. ”Argh!”

Yang Xiao tried to grab the two small spears, but his body was stung by excruciating pain as soon as he moved both his hands, and blood profusely flowed down from his shoulders.

Zhang Fei quickly moved in front of Ying Xiao, grabbed his head, and spoke while maintaining a sharp gaze on his opponent. ”Honestly, I never considered harming you, as we had never had any issues before. I only revealed your affair to Wei Luan because You Han had been insulting me.

Regrettably, you failed to recognize your own errors and sought revenge against me, even conspiring with Chu Youqian to kill me. Once you made that decision, you became my enemy, and I will never show mercy to any of my enemies.”

”No... No... Please... Donʼt kill me!”

”Itʼs too late.” Zhang Fei immediately used his life-force absorption ability on his enemy, which made Ying Xiao groan in pain as he struggled to free himself.

Unfortunately, Ying Xiaoʼs struggles were useless, especially since Zhang Fei kept absorbing his life force and vitality, which caused his body to rapidly become weak and wither.

In a matter of moments, Ying Xiaoʼs body had completely dried up, resembling a long-dead corpse. Zhang Fei promptly removed the two small spears and stored them in the system inventory, given their high earth grade.

After that, Zhang Fei burned Ying Xiaoʼs corpse to ashes, and he immediately returned to the Chu Clan using his warp portal.
