Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 190: Rewards for completing World Quest tasks!

”The fiance?” asked Idan.

”The fiancee?” asked Arabel.

They met eyes again, but this time there was not as much surprise as the last time.

Both of them already had a rough idea of where their System was going, and as they had expected, the System finally confirmed their guesses.

Their system still wasnʼt fully operational. To do this, they needed to become an official husband and wife.

While Idan and Arabel were thinking about this, the System continued its countdown.:

[Ding! The first task of the World Quest is to find a descendant of the Rain Clan and make him your champion! Completed successfully!]

[Ding! The reward for successfully completing the first task of the World Quest is a Small Spatial Crystal!]

A small swirl appeared in front of the pair, and then a rift, from which a small dark crystal flew out and hovered in the air. The crystal glowed with dark shades and looked very unusual, but beautiful.

Idan reached out, grabbed the crystal, and examined it carefully.

”Hmm... what is it for?” asked Idan, examining the crystal.

As the crystal appeared, Cocoʼs eyes followed it closely, and slowly saliva began to drip from her mouth. She swallowed hard, drawing the attention of Idan and Arabel. After seeing the fox cubʼs condition, the couple became a little worried.

It was obvious that the crystal had caught Cocoʼs attention, and she really wanted it.

However, Idan and Arabel both knew that the Systemʼs rewards were not simple things, and simply giving it to the fox cub without considering all the options would be foolish. Therefore, Idan put the crystal inside the vault.

It was only when the crystal disappeared that Cocoʼs behavior returned to normal. To get rid of the influence of the crystal, she immediately pulled out a candy from her stock from her backpack and began to eat greedily to erase the attractiveness of the crystal.

[Ding! The second task of the World Quest — ”Help your champion get the key and the clue leading to one of the five ”Thrones of the World Kings” — has been successfully completed!]

[Ding! The reward for successfully completing the second task of the World Quest is to choose between one scroll of the lottery with bloodline potions from the World of Junonia or 1000 System points!]

It was really interesting!

Idan and Arabel werenʼt sure what the reward for the first task was for, but the second one already made them more understanding.

1,000 System points is a lot of money for a couple, and it made Idan and Arabel think.

”System, is there a guarantee that we will definitely receive bloodline potions for each of us?” asked Idan to clarify the situation. ”And what rank will they be?”

This time, Idan was very interested in finding out what rank their new bloodline would be. Their first bloodline was already one rank above their current level, and in the future, they would have to obtain the blood essences of other, more powerful members of their race to raise it.

[Host, when choosing the first reward, each of you is guaranteed to have a potion. There are no win-win options in the lottery System. As for the rank, the potion does not have one, but it will always be one rank higher than the Hostʼs rank at the time of its acceptance.]

”Oh?” replied Idan, surprised by what he had heard.

This meant that if Idan and Arabel reached the ”Golden” rank and took a new potion, their new bloodline would become ”Platinum”. However, their first bloodline will remain ”Golden” until they find the blood essence and create the appropriate potion to raise its rank.

Arabel already had the essence of Valkyrieʼs blood, which she received from Lucinda thanks to Sierra. But Idan didnʼt have one yet. To get it, he needed to find representatives of the Alpha race.

”What do you think about the reward?” Idan asked Arabel to discuss what to choose.

”Letʼs look at the cost of the bloodline potion first!” suggested Arabel.

Idan agreed with her suggestion, opened the ”Trade” function, and began searching for a bloodline potion. He immediately found it and frowned at the price. Bloodline potions were only worth 150 system points. It was too weird.

”System, why are bloodline potions so cheap? Whatʼs the catch?” asked Arabel, also noticing the price of the potions.

If you look at the cost, the option with 1000 System Points seems more attractive to them than the lottery.

[Hosts, there are differences between the potions you buy in the ”Trade” function and those you receive as a reward for completing quests. It is these differences that determine the difference in their cost.]

[A potion purchased in the ”Trade” function has its limitations. Its rank remains fixed from the moment of purchase. For example, if you purchase a bloodline potion now, its rank will be ”Golden”. Even if you upgrade your rank to Golden, the potionʼs rank will remain the same. However, the cost of a new bloodline potion in the ”Trade” function will be adjusted according to your new rank.]

[Potions obtained as a reward for completing a quest do not have such rank restrictions. In addition, they do not require you to open and pay for a new bloodline slot in the ”Bloodline” function. In contrast, to use a potion purchased in the ”Trade” function, you first need to unlock a new slot for a new bloodline by paying System Points for it.]

The system readily explained the difference between the purchased potions and those that were received as a reward.

When Idan and Arabel found out about this, they chose the first option without hesitation.

”We choose the first option!” they said in unison.

[Ding! The selected option is a one—scroll lottery with bloodline potions from the World of Junonia!]

A lottery wheel appeared in front of the couple, divided into several closed sectors with rewards. Idan and Arabel couldnʼt see which bloodline was under which sector.

[Ding! Tap the red circle in the center to start the wheel, and tap again to stop it spinning!]

Idan and Arabel looked at the wheel with excitement and some anticipation.

Then they looked at each other.

”Good luck,” Arabel said to Idan.

”You too!” Idan replied, unable to contain his smile. ”Letʼs see who has better luck!”

Both pressed the red button at the same time, and the wheel instantly spun, gaining momentum.

Idan pressed the button first, and Arabel, noticing this, followed his movement with some delay.

Gradually, the rotation speed of both wheels began to slow down, and Idanʼs wheel stopped first.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host, youʼve won the Vampire Bloodline!]

”Eh? A Vampire?” wondered Idan, unable to believe his luck.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host, youʼve won the Dragon Bloodline!]

”Oh? The Dragon?” exclaimed Arabel, unable to hide her delight.
