Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 1: Sacrifice to the Evil GodChapter 1: Sacrifice to the Evil God
The sixth cosmic era, the year 18,692, the third day of the third month, eight o’clock in the morning.

The fifth region of the known universe of the Interstellar Alliance, the Laniakea Level 1 Supercluster, the Virgo Level 2 Cluster, the Blue River Empire, the Kovadi Galaxy Star Disk Frontier, and the Pirate Paradise Artificial Paradise Island.

Infant and Child Development Center, Liu Wen, who had just received his graduation certificate and identity code, looked back at the place where he had stayed from birth to the age of eighteen.

The Paradise Island Infant and Child Cultivation Center, which is over a thousand meters high, covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters and has a complete artificial cultivation and teaching chain, is filled with emotion.

”I’m finally free!”

Liu Wen’s soul came from the Blue Planet. He accidentally combined with the ”collective will of the defeated human beings” and traveled to this universe. He stayed in this infant nursery where interstellar pirates breed their own offspring for eighteen years. If he had not had an identity code, he would have been worse than a slave when he went out, and he would have run away long ago.

Fortunately, when you turn 18, you can get an identity code and graduate. As for how to live in the future, that is not the business of the Infant and Child Care Center. This is the interstellar pirate base, not the administrative planet of the Blue River Empire.

The will of the defeated humans also gave him a surprise. Robbing aliens could yield a hundredfold reward. Could it be said that this was truly the will of the defeated?

Walking out of the gate and looking up at the virtual azure sky, you will see suspended driveways dividing the gaps between high-rise buildings again, and navigation lights flashing dazzling red lights to guide the route for the suspended cars.

Through the virtual blue sky, one can vaguely see a flying vehicle with a long ion tail flame flying away.

Liu Wen walked through the corridors with graffiti on both sides. Since this was an infant and toddler training center with free guards patrolling, it was relatively safe and no one would be so foolish as to come here and cause trouble for the center.

Walking out of the corridor and coming to the nearest street, there were people coming and going and various commercial neon lights flashing, but there was no garbage on the ground as imagined. Although this was a stolen goods trading base established by pirates and a paradise for the rich, basic order still existed. We couldn’t let some garbage affect the customers’ senses, and the automatic cleaning robot didn’t cost much money.

Looking at the various creatures on the streets, there are not only humans, but also various alien life forms. However, their appearance on these streets proves that they are just the bottom of this Paradise Island. It is unknown how many of them are slaves, criminals, pirates, etc.

Liu Wen, who was born on Paradise Island, was born with the brand of a pirate. Unless he could obtain citizenship of the Blue River Empire one day, his best way out would be to become an interstellar pirate.

”Beep, I received a call from Fat Blue. Do you want to answer it?”

”Fatty Blue? Answer it.” Liu Wen raised his left hand. A mobile terminal that even the poor people in the Blue River Empire looked down upon was trying hard to construct a virtual projection.

”Lao Liu, you’re out? Where are you now? I’ll be there soon.” The blue fat man started chattering as soon as the call was connected: ”I’m telling you, you came out at the perfect time. The Blood Wolf Bandits’ hunt is about to begin, and you can just make it in time to watch.”

”Is it the Blood Wolf Bandit’s turn to hunt this time?” When Liu Wen heard about hunting, his eyes immediately lit up and he sent his location over.

Fat Blue is one of several good brothers who grew up with him in the infant care center, but Fat Blue will graduate a few months earlier than him, while the others will take a few days to several months to graduate.

Not long after the location was sent, a flying and clanging magnetic levitation car fell from the sky, like a free fall.

It landed with a bang, and Liu Wen seemed to hear the groaning of the maglev car.

”Ah Xi, you are looking for death, right? Do you know how to drive?”

”Fuck you, how dare you drive such a crappy car? Damn the upper class!”

”Damn Blue Mori people, they have a broken car and they are showing off like this, ugh!”

……

Several pedestrians who were almost affected stepped aside cursing. Liu Wen even saw two people’s hands reaching into their clothes, wanting to take something but not daring to do so - it was particularly interesting.

”Old Liu, get in the car quickly. The hunt is about to begin. If you are late you will miss it.” A big blue head popped out from the cab and called out to Liu Wen.

After getting on the car, the maglev car swayed and rose into the air. Liu Wen looked at the cab with a twitching mouth. Even the dashboard had been removed and there was not even an energy meter. He was really afraid that this thing would suddenly fall down halfway.

”Hold on tight, speed ahead!” The blue fat man pushed the accelerator excitedly, and the rear of the car immediately emitted a several-meter-long ion tail flame. The powerful gravitational acceleration pressed Liu Wen firmly on the seat, and the oncoming strong wind deformed his face.

He watched the buildings on both sides rapidly receding. If his genes had not been optimized, his heart would have burst at this acceleration during his time on Blue Star.

A few minutes later, the suspended car slowed down and flew into a multi-story parking lot. After enjoying a free fall, Liu Wen climbed out of the passenger seat, leaned on the car body and gasped for breath.

The blue fat man jumped out as the car just landed and rushed into a shop with the word ”Hunting” on it.

”Fatty, do you want to kill me so that you can inherit my identity code?” Liu Wen spoke only when the blue fat man came back with a happy look on his face.

The blue fat man used his hand to hold his stomach, which could not be held by the tight clothes, and grabbed Liu Wen’s hand and ran to the store: ”Hurry up, the hunt will start in one minute.”

The two men ran into the store and stood on a transmission machine. The blue fat man stuffed two cards into the machine next to it. A white light flashed and when the two men appeared again, they were already on a void platform, surrounded by a bustling crowd.

”Ugh!” Liu Wen dry-retched and cursed in his heart the person who had used the first-generation short-distance transmission machine. The feeling of having time and space reversed and his five senses confused was really uncomfortable.

The blue fat man pulled Liu Wen to his seat as if nothing had happened and looked ahead with great interest.

After Liu Wen recovered, he looked around and found himself on a platform in the void. Looking around, he saw several similar platforms in the void, with shuttles of various sizes interspersed in between.

In the middle of these void platforms there was another platform, on which dozens of people wearing exoskeleton armor were evacuating. Upon closer inspection, a pattern was drawn by some unknown means on the platform with a diameter of several thousand meters.

”Look, the summoning circle has been carved. Fortunately we made it in time, otherwise we would have to wait until the next hunt.” The blue fat man patted his chest, which would make any normal woman feel ashamed, and said with emotion.

”Look, the Blood Wolf Bandits are coming.” Liu Wen was about to speak when he heard the fat blue man pointing in a direction.

Liu Wen looked in the direction and saw a three-kilometer-long warship with a bloody wolf head painted on it slowly flying towards him. The warship was triangular in shape, with two twin turrets on its back and abdomen.

”This is the third-generation Thor’s Hammer battlecruiser produced by the Blue River Empire’s Raytheon Company. I heard that in order to get this battleship, the Blood Wolf Pirates spent more than 5 billion Blue River Empire credit points to buy it from the Third Garrison Fleet.” The blue fat man said to Liu Wen while looking at the battleship with envy.

”Has the Blue River Empire become so corrupt? The military even sold its battlecruisers to pirates.” Liu Wen shook his head secretly. It doesn’t matter if it is corrupt. If you are not corrupt, there will be no value for Paradise Island to exist.

”here we go!”

From the Blood Wolf Pirates’ warship, psychics covered in flames flew out one after another and formed a simple siege formation around the void platform.

Then dozens of void fighters flew out from the battleship and dropped unknown equipment around the platform.

In the battleship’s command room, Blood Wolf, the leader of the Blood Wolf Bandits, was sitting in the command chair, watching his men busying around.

”Captain, we are ready. Can we start?” A military adviser of the Blood Wolf Bandits turned around and asked the Blood Wolf who was sitting high in the command chair.

”Let’s start once you’re ready. This time, we must make up for the losses from last time no matter what. Grey Rat, you’re so proud of yourself just because you caught the incarnation of the evil god of another dimension, as if you can’t catch anyone.” Blood Wolf sounded majestic at the beginning, but he kept muttering to himself afterwards, just like Xianglin Sao.

”Activate the summoning array. The summoning array is activated.

Start the restriction force field. The restriction force field activation is complete.

Start the safety shield. The safety shield startup is complete.

Activate the mind barrier. The mind barrier is activated. Prepare to activate the space interference. It is ready.

Prepare to activate interception field, ready.

Prepare to activate the positron cannon. The positron cannon has been fully charged and can be fired at any time.

Prepare to activate the capture cage, the capture cage is ready.”

As orders were passed down from the command room, the patterns carved on the void platform began to emit a scarlet light and continued to grow.

”The summoning array is functioning normally.”

”The dimensional space has been opened.”

”Contacted with dimensional signals, discovered dimensional life signals.”

”Dimensional life has been successfully connected and dimensional energy is being transmitted.”

”The space barrier has been breached, and dimensional life has arrived on the battlefield.”

”Space interference activated.”

”Interception force field activated.”

”Positron cannon fire!”

Several turrets of the Blood Wolf Pirate warship opened fire at the same time. A stream of hot plasma was ejected from the muzzle with a diameter of ten meters, which instantly cut through the void and hit a vague figure that just appeared on the void platform. Strong void lightning burst out when the hot plasma came into contact with the figure, and the invisible energy fluctuations created ripples in the void.

”Whoa! Fire, kill it, kill it!”

”Blood Wolf Bandit, if you’re a man, go and kill it!”

……

Liu Wen and the blue fat man stared at the location of the void platform without blinking, wanting to know whether the clone of the dimensional evil god was still alive after being hit by eight positron cannons.

When the energy subsided a little, the psychics flying around the void platform rushed up immediately, and psychic slashes fell like raindrops.

The dimensional evil god is no pushover either. Although he discovered something was wrong as soon as he arrived, his retreat was cut off and he could not escape. Therefore, after enduring the attack from the positron cannon, the evil god’s clone, who was extremely angry, rushed out despite the rain of psychic attacks and began to engage in close combat with the Blood Wolf Bandits’ psychics.

”Wow! Didn’t the Blood Wolf Bandits calculate the advance time well? They are still so strong after being hit by the positron cannon. If things go wrong, we may lose manpower here.” The blue fat man had a gloating expression on his face.

”That shouldn’t be the case. The restriction field is still in operation. The evil god can’t hurt the Blood Wolf Bandits unless he can break out of the restricted area.” A Como man nearby retorted.

Liu Wen looked at the lively battle in the field. The Dimensional Evil God was being played around by a group of Blood Wolf Thieves’ psychics, and his energy had been consumed to an extremely low threshold.

Soon, in less than two minutes, the dimensional evil god was trapped in a force field cage under the siege of a group of psychics. One device after another was placed on it, combined into an iron can, and then sent into the Blood Wolf Pirates’ warship by a shuttle.

In just a few minutes, a clone of the dimensional evil god was captured.

Later, it will be sent to extract psychic energy and dimensional energy, and then the remaining residue will become bait for summoning the dimensional evil god next time.

After walking out of the store, the blue fat man returned to the hovercraft and was still recalling the hunting process he had just watched.

”Old Liu, I wonder when we will be able to hunt. If we can hunt down a dimensional evil god clone, we will be rich!”

Liu Wen rolled his eyes: ”Just dream on.”

It can be said that the dimensional evil god is full of treasures. Of course, it has to be a clone. If the real body comes, the entire Paradise Island will be in trouble.

Dimensional energy is very valuable, and one unit of dimensional energy can be as high as one million Blue River Empire credit points. For the dimensional evil god clone that was just captured, although 90% of its energy was dispersed, the remaining units are still around 50,000 units.

High-dimensional psychic energy is also a good thing. The pure psychic energy after purification can help the sixth-level psychic to sprint to the seventh-level psychic master and step into the ranks of immortality. If one follows the Shinto system, then a demigod is only one step away from becoming a god. Taking the orthodox path, one can also dominate an interstellar civilization below level six.

The blue fat man automatically filtered out the previous words and asked, ”Old Liu, are you still going to set up a pirate group as you said before?”

Liu Wen said very seriously: ”We must do it. This is our only way out.”

By merging one’s soul with the will of the defeated human race, one can gain a hundredfold by robbing alien races. What else can one do except form a pirate group?
”But we don’t have money to buy gunboats. Even the lousiest pirate gunboat costs millions of credit points.” The blue fat man spread his hands.

Liu Wen chuckled: ”How’s the investigation going for me asking you to do?”

The blue fat man hesitated and asked, ”Why do we really want to do that? We might get killed if we’re not careful.”

”Don’t be afraid, I have a plan.” Liu Wen assured confidently.

The blue fat man held his stomach, looked at Liu Wen suspiciously, and then said: ”Although the Vulture Pirates were hit by the patrol fleet when they robbed the interstellar cruise ship and their entire main force was wiped out, they still have a group of people and several gunboats in their old nest space station.”

”I heard that several pirate groups are targeting their space station. I don’t think we can get in on it.”

”Who said my target is their space station? Is that something we weaklings can think about?” Liu Wen was speechless. This blue fat man was too imaginative. If they wanted to rob the space station, I’m afraid any two people from the other side could take care of them.

”Then what do you want to rob?” The blue fat man looked at Liu Wen in confusion. If he didn’t want to rob the space station, there were still pirate gunboats to rob.

”Robber their store on Paradise Island. This is the only place those pirate groups are too lazy to deal with. As for other small pirate groups, just ignore them. Whoever robs it will own it.” Liu Wen took great pains to find a goal to make a fortune. Currently, the only one that can allow him to obtain start-up funds in a short period of time is the alien Vulture Pirate Group, whose main force was destroyed.

Robbery can yield a hundredfold rewards, although this has not been verified yet, but whether it is true or not, you have to do it in order to survive on Paradise Island. Otherwise, how can you just be a waiter and serve those dignitaries from the empire?

”Then I know where we should go. Let’s go back and get some equipment.” The blue fat man seemed to suddenly think of something, started the hovercraft and ran away.

”Do you still have money?” Liu Wen asked the blue fat man in confusion. He was planning to go to the underground city and collect some security fees from those aliens to save some money.

”There’s still a little bit. It shouldn’t be a problem to prepare a magnetic storm rifle for each of us.” The blue fat man raised his eyes at Liu Wen with a proud look on his face.

”Fatty Blue, you wouldn’t have been brushing with steel wool during these few months, right? By the way, who has such a heavy taste?” Liu Wen was full of curiosity.

The blue fat man was upset: ”Bullshit, I am taking the mechanical engineer certificate exam, even though it’s only an entry-level one, but you see, I assembled this car myself.”

When Liu Wen heard this, he immediately wanted the blue fat man to stop the car so that he could get out and walk home!
