Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1069: Dragon Armor

*Roar!* The Dragon Fist let out a roar.

Nathan took a few steps to the right while forming a barrier to protect himself, but it was actually used to measure the power of the Dragon Fist.

As he expected, the Dragon Fist didn’t shatter the barrier but disintegrated it. ”This is interesting.”

”Right? When Lilith taught Selena how to use blood, I was also there to take a note.”

Nathan remembered that Lilith used a similar technique that basically deformed anyone in a single line by using their blood. Instead of blood, Alavenya used sheer force and discharge techniques.

A smile appeared on his face. At first, he wanted all his women to be helping each other like ”10+10=20,” but it looked like his plan had gone beyond his own expectation, making it more like ”10x10=100.”

They learned from each other, absorbed their techniques, and made them their own. It wasn’t a matter of inspiration anymore. It was shared to create an even better version.

”Your father must have been surprised.” Nathan took out his pistol and shot a massive beam. The process was extremely fast, not allowing Alavenya to have enough time to respond.

But the latter seemed to have charged enough ena into her feet that she disappeared before impact.

Nathan followed her movements and shot at her in rapid succession, but the latter kept avoiding it while saying, ”Yes. My father couldn’t contain his surprise back then. He created this martial art to pursue his own path to the limit. At the same time, he’s proud of me because I can finally make my own version of this martial art that suits me the most.”

As she finished those words, Alavenya reappeared next to Nathan. The Dragon Claws had formed on her hand, about to tear him apart.

A magic circle appeared underneath her floor, but Alavenya had predicted Nathan would do such a thing and lifted up her leg. But it looked like she didn’t see through what kind of magic circle it was. After all, her speed slowed down drastically inside that Deceleration magic circle.

Nathan pointed his gun at her, but Alavenya’s Dragon Claws remained in front. Even with the Deceleration magic circle, she could block the bullet just fine.

Hence, Nathan spun his body and kicked her in the stomach and blew her away.

Alavenya spun once midair before landing smoothly on her feet, sliding on the ground to stop her momentum.

Since the Deceleration magic was effective against her, Nathan immediately activated another one, this time specifically targeting Alavenya. ”This magic is annoying for a physical fighter like me...”

”You’re welcome.” Nathan smiled as he sent the bullets from the Machine Gun Version. At the same time, he put back his pistol and used that hand to form a bullet cube. He split it into 256 parts before shooting it into the air.

Alavenya took a deep breath. Due to the Deceleration magic, she couldn’t focus only on her feet and arms anymore. Her ena spread throughout the entire body to resist the deceleration.

She first avoided all the incoming bullets from the Machine Gun Version. Still, the 256 bullets raining down on her would be making it impossible to avoid it.

Instead of escaping, she actually stomped the ground and used that power to leap forward.

One of the bullets from the Machine Gun Version hit her side, her flesh splattering on the ground. But her regeneration was already similar to a mature class alien. This kind of wound would be gone in just a few seconds.

Although it used a bit of her ena, it allowed her to bypass the Machine Gun Version. Nathan concentrated the machine gun bullets into a single line while controlling the 256 bullets to rain down on the ground next to her so that she couldn’t escape.

To his surprise, Alavenya smiled. She struck the ground and shattered the soil and kicked up the dust.

Instead of blocking, Alavenya threw another Dragon Fist with her other hand. The Dragon Fist destroyed all the bullets from the machine gun, forcing Nathan to leap away.

It was impossible for Nathan to block the Dragon Fist. Alavenya knew it, so she immediately scooped out a rock and kicked it at Nathan.

A barrier formed around Nathan, stopping the rock. He also planned to shoot his bullets into the crater as well since there was no way for Alavenya to block it, especially since there was no vision due to the dust cloud. As long as he spread the bullets enough, some should still hit Alavenya.

The bullets rained down on the crater, but Alavenya surprised him even more when she suddenly emerged from the dust cloud.

”Huh?” Nathan could see a visible difference. Her body was covered with some sort of vein-like lines, creating a certain pattern.

’What’s that? A tattoo? But that’s not a normal tattoo...’ Nathan squinted his eyes. Alavenya’s speed had doubled all of a sudden. If he looked into her energy, it was clear that all the ena was concentrated on those patterns.

There were five concentrated spots, which reflected the number of sources of patterns on her body. Both hands and feet were covered by those patterns. Last but not least, there was a long pattern that connected her chest and her head.

Those patterns circulated their concentrated ena with each other. As a result, Alavenya emanated a pressure that was vastly different from before.

’I have never seen anything like this before. What is it? What is its function? It looks like it’s giving her an explosive boost, and that circulation...’ Nathan raised both arms and created multiple shields as Alavenya punched him from the right side.

The punch shattered all the barriers with a force rivaling that of a Dragon Fist. It was his turn to get blown away, his body rolling on the ground multiple times before coming to a stop.

”What’s that?” Nathan gasped. ”That power and speed...”

Alavenya grinned. ”Do you think you’re the only one who has improved, Nathan? We all have improved too in the past three months.

”I told you before that I’m on my path to making my own version of the Dragon Martial Arts. And this is the first technique that is completely different from any form in my father’s martial arts.

”Holding my Second Drive and combining it with Dragon Fist, Dragon Soaring Steps, and Dragon Lung to create an armor like Selena’s Avatar Armor. If I have to name this one, it will be my Dragon Armor.”
