I Get A Random New Occupation Every Week

Chapter 783 - 783 Acting for the Wrong Person

783 Acting for the Wrong Person

“Even if the deal didn’t work out, we still have to have ethics. Why are you guys doing this?” Lin Yi sighed.

“I’m just telling the truth. I don’t want any more of my brothers and sisters to be fooled.”

With that said, Zhang Yanchun looked at all the workers who had come to report and said loudly,

“Everyone, let me tell you the truth. I was originally a technical backbone of Tonghua Electronics, but the treatment of this factory is indeed not good. The leaders here are also very limited. Moreover, later on, they even refused to give me my salary. To be honest, you still owe me a month’s salary. Tell me, is there a future in such a factory?”

!!
“I can testify that what Old Zhang said is true.” Wang Fu said.

“I used to be another backbone of Tonghua Electronics. I came to Huike because they would not pay me my salary. I hope that everyone won’t listen to them and will protect their own interests.”

Hearing this, the workers who came to apply for the job looked even more determined. The way they looked at Wang Ran was also very unnatural.

“These people are too despicable. They’re all evil capitalists.”

“The recruitment advertisement is really good. I didn’t expect it to be like this in reality.”

“Fortunately, I got lucky today. Otherwise, I would have fallen into their trap.”

Seeing everyone slandering Lin Yi one after another, Wang Ran couldn’t stand it anymore.

However, just as she was about to speak, Lin Yi stopped her.

“Alright, since nobody wants to work for me, I won’t force you. Our recruitment today will end here.” Lin Yi still said kindly.

“Brothers and sisters, it’s your choice where you want to work. If you’re willing to come with me, follow me to the factory now. If you don’t have such thoughts, feel free to do as you please.”

With that, Lin Yi brought Wang Ran and the other employees back to the factory.

As expected, no one followed them.

Although there was only a difference of 100 yuan between their salary and benefits, they still chose the latter.

The door slowly closed, and those who had previously seen the recruitment notice all stayed outside.

Wang Ran and the other employees did not expect such a scene.

They thought that they themselves were just not capable enough to solve such a problem.

However, now, even Teacher Lin was here. With his ability and knowledge, it would definitely not be difficult for him to resolve such a matter.

Despite this, the result was not what they had expected.

“Teacher Lin, what should we do now? If we can’t recruit anyone, the factory won’t be able to start work.”

“Don’t worry, there will be a way out when the time comes. If not, we’ll simply undo the wheels.” Lin Yi said optimistically.

“A situation like this is similar to when you’re looking for something at home. You might not be able to find it no matter how hard you look, but when you stop looking, it jumps out on its own.”

Wang Ran didn’t quite understand. These two things couldn’t be lumped together, right?

“Are we just going to wait like this?” Wang Ran asked quietly.

“Let’s go to the factory to take a look around. I reckon that this matter won’t take long to reach its conclusion. Regardless, don’t be anxious. Don’t worry.”

“Got it, Teacher Lin. I’ll show you around.”

Soon, Wang Ran and the others pushed the matter surrounding recruitment to the back of their minds.

Since Teacher Lin said that there was no problem, there was no need to worry too much about it.

When they arrived at the workshop, they found that it was still relatively quiet inside. The machines were all quietly placed there.

“Teacher Lin, Tonghua Electronics has a total of six production lines, but because the equipment is not the most advanced, it takes about 12 minutes to assemble a phone. If we have 200 people, we can produce about 10,000 phones a day,” Wang Ran said.

“Compared to the big factories in the country, this production is nothing. However, since we’ve not yet entered the mobile phone business, this production should be barely enough.”

Lin Yi pursed his lips. Wang Ran’s thinking was too simple.

The production of 10,000 units a day was not much.

Therefore, they had to start production soon. No matter what, they had to produce 500,000 units. Otherwise, they would not be able to stimulate the market.

“The staff problem will be resolved soon. Keep an eye on the factory for the next few days. Don’t worry about the rest.”

“Got it, Teacher Lin. Just leave it to me. I guarantee that I will complete this mission well.”

Wang Ran was very excited. This showed Lin Yi’s affirmation of her ability.

“Let’s go. After we’re done here, we’ll go to the cafeteria and dormitory.”

“Teacher Lin, follow me.”

…

At the same time, Wang Yaxin’s Rolls-Royce and Sun Yongming’s Bentley arrived at the industrial park.

They did not return to the factory immediately. Instead, they stood in front of Sun Baoguo and Wu Guangfa and took the initiative to extend their hands.

“Masters, what happened yesterday was a misunderstanding. Don’t hold it against us.”

After saying that, the two of them even took out the wine and whiskey that they had prepared in advance. They each gave two servings as a form of apology.

As the saying went, one shouldn’t slap a smiling person. Since the other party had taken the initiative to give him a gift, this matter was over.

“Bosses, you’re too polite. We were also too impulsive yesterday. As the saying goes, ‘No discord, no concord’. Let’s allow the unhappy things to pass.”

“Yes, yes, yes. This matter is over.” Wang Yaxin smiled and said.

“Masters, we have other things to do, so we won’t talk to you anymore. I’ll treat you to a meal when I have time. Let’s have a good gathering.”

Everyone knew that this was official talk, but they all agreed tacitly.

After exchanging a few pleasantries, the two of them got into the car and drove back to their respective factories.

Seeing Wang Yaxin’s Rolls-Royce, Zhao Xin and Zhang Yanchun, who had just returned to the factory, greeted him with smiles.

After getting out of the car, Wang Yaxin frowned when he saw the new faces gathered in the factory.

“What’s wrong with these people? Why are there so many people all of a sudden?”

Seeing Wang Yaxin ask about this, Zhao Xin slapped his thigh happily.

I was just worried that you wouldn’t notice it, but I didn’t expect you to ask about it so quickly.

“It’s like this. Didn’t we have a small problem yesterday? Tonghua Electronics didn’t give up and sent out a recruitment notice overnight. They wanted to hire people to start work while you were gone, but I saw through their scheme,” Zhao Xin said excitedly.

“When they were busy recruiting today, Engineer Zhang and I went over directly and roped in all the workers who applied to work for them. We made sure that none of them were recruited. It’s impossible for them to start work now.”

“I can testify to this,” Zhang Yanchun said.

“After Manager Zhao received the news, he brought me over immediately. In short, he didn’t give them any chance. Don’t worry, Boss Wang. When you weren’t around, we handled this matter very well.”

Smack!

Wang Yaxin casually slapped Zhao Xin and Zhang Yanchun’s faces and cursed hysterically,

“You incompetent fool, when did I ask you to do this?!”
