I Get A Random New Occupation Every Week

Chapter 782 - 782 Youʼre Flattering Me

782 You’re Flattering Me

At the entrance of Tonghua Electronics Factory, there was a large group of people of all shapes and sizes.

Most of them were men, but there were also many women.

They were dressed very normally and bore the aura of simple and ordinary people.

Meanwhile, Wang Ran was standing at the entrance and arguing with the two groups.

!!
Lin Yi looked at the other two groups and saw some familiar faces.

One was Zhang Yanchun, who had run from Tonghua Electronics to Asia New Technologies.

The other was Wang Fu, who had run to Huike Electronics.

“Little girl, what are you talking about? Aren’t you going to let us recruit workers normally?”

The person who spoke was standing beside Wang Yanchun. He was wearing a suit and was in his thirties. He gave off a refined feeling.

The man’s name was Zhao Xin, and he was the HR manager of Asia New Technologies.

He had always been in charge of recruitment in the factory.

“That’s right. You look quite quiet, but I didn’t expect you to be a shrew. You’re not reasonable at all.”

The person who spoke was standing beside Wang Fu. His name was Liu Ruidong, and he was dressed similarly to Zhao Xin. He was the HR manager of Huike Electronics.

“What do you mean I’m unreasonable? We posted a recruitment notice, and they came to apply for a job, but you guys used a high salary to snatch them away after. You guys are too immoral,” Wang Ran argued.

During this process, Lin Yi saw Wang Ran’s growth.

Back in school, she was a little girl who stuttered and did not even dare to look straight at the other party.

However, now, she could even stand in public and argue with others.

The speed of her growth was visible to the naked eye.

However, why were these two idiots still looking for trouble?

Could it be that Wang Yaxin and Sun Yongming had not been released yet?

“Our two factories have expanded their production lines and have sufficient resources. Can’t we spend a high salary to hire workers?”

“This is malicious competition!”

Zhao Xin shrugged. “Whatever you say. It doesn’t matter to me. In any case, we’re here to recruit people. Besides, the road doesn’t belong to your family. It’s not illegal for us to be here.”

“Brothers, look at this factory. It’s already dead. There’s no one inside. If you come here to work, they probably won’t even be able to pay your salaries.” Liu Ruidong said loudly.

“It’s different in our two factories. They’re both well-known companies in the country. Not only are they rich with funds, but they also provide food and accommodation. Most importantly, our salaries offered are higher than what is offered here. Didn’t everyone come to Zhonghai to earn more money? I don’t need to say much about what the best option is.”

Hearing Liu Ruidong’s words, the workers who came to apply for the job nodded secretly.

Although they came here because they saw the recruitment notice from Tonghua Electronics, at this moment, other companies were paying more. Thus, they would work for the highest bidder. They would go to whoever gave them more money. This was in line with their own interests.

“You said you’ll provide food and accommodation, and you’ll pay us an additional 100 yuan, right?” A dark-skinned man said.

“That’s for sure. We’re such a big company. We don’t lack this bit of money at all. We’ll naturally do this.”

“Alright, we’ll join you.”

With someone taking the lead, the others responded one after another. They went to the staff from the two factories to sign up.

As for Wang Ran’s side, it was soon left empty. In a few minutes, there was no one left.

Seeing that there was no one on her side, Wang Ran stomped her feet anxiously.

Teacher Lin had given him such an important mission but she had messed it up.

If he knew about this, he would definitely be disappointed.

Seeing this, Lin Yi smiled.

It seemed that Wang Ran still had a long way to go on her path of growth.

Thinking of this, Lin Yi rolled up the window and drove to Tonghua Electronics.

Wang Ran panicked when she saw Lin Yi’s car.

She wanted to solve this problem with her own ability, but if Teacher Lin came, she would definitely be exposed.

Seeing Lin Yi coming over, Wang Ran went forward to welcome him, her expression nervous and uneasy.

“Teacher Lin, you’re here.”

Lin Yi patted Wang Ran’s shoulder. “Your performance was not bad. At least you’ve improved. Take your time for the rest of the journey. Don’t be anxious.”

“But I didn’t complete the job you gave me.”

“It doesn’t matter. You’re still young. As long as you understand what’s going on, I won’t hope for anything else.”

Seeing that Lin Yi had no intention of blaming her, Wang Ran’s mood improved a little, but she still blamed herself.

This meant that she was still lacking.

Seeing Lin Yi, Zhao Xin and Liu Ruidong sized him up a few times.

“Manager Zhao, this person is the boss of Tonghua Electronics. We’ve met before. He wanted to poach me back with a high salary, but I didn’t agree.”

Zhang Yanchun was indeed a wily old fox. By reporting the matter, he did his new boss a favor.

“So the boss is here.”

Seeing Lin Yi, Zhao Xin and Liu Ruidong weren’t afraid at all.

There was no reason to be afraid of a factory that was about to be destroyed.

The reason why Zhao Xin dared to be so bold was because they only treated Lin Yi as an ordinary boss and didn’t think that he was very powerful.

Lin Yi looked at Zhao Xin and Liu Ruidong with a smile. “You’re blatantly snatching my people away. You’re not giving her any respect at all.”

“Can respect put food on the table?” Zhao Xin said.

“Your benefits are not good, and you can’t even pay that high a salary. You must be dreaming if you still think you can keep your workers like this.”

“Aren’t you guys targeting our people on purpose? We’re all in the same industrial park. It’s good to make money in harmony. Why do you have to make things so unpleasant?” Lin Yi smiled.

“Hmph, you still have the cheek to tell me that harmony makes money?” Zhao Xin snorted coldly.

“Yesterday, you were the one who dug out the path and reported our boss and employees. We can’t extend any courtesy to someone like you who plays such dirty tricks!”

Liu Ruidong lit a cigarette and looked at Lin Yi arrogantly.

“I’ll say this today. As long as our two factories are still around, don’t even think about recruiting anyone.”

Zhao Xin glanced at Liu Ruidong with a smile on his face.

This was exactly what he wanted.

With his boss’s connections, he would be released very soon. What he did was equivalent to avenging him.

When the time came, he might even get a promotion and a raise if he claimed credit for this.

Just the thought of it was exciting.

“Is there no room for negotiation?” Lin Yi smiled and looked at Zhang Yanchun and Wang Fu. “The two of you used to be the backbone of Tonghua Electronics. Now, I plan to rebuild the factory and hire you back with a high salary. Is there any possibility of you changing your minds? As long as you agree, we can sign the contract now.”

“You’re dreaming. No matter how much money you give me, I won’t go back.” Zhang Yanchun said.

“Tonghua Electronics is a factory with no future. Working here is a waste of my life. I won’t go back even if you beat me to death.”
