Chapter 580 - 580 A Soft-Hearted Boy Inside

580 A Soft-Hearted Boy Inside

“Eh…”

Ji Qingyan pushed away Lin Yi’s face in disdain. “Be gentle. You’re going to ruin my foundation.”

“It’s late at night. If it gets ruined, so be it. Kiss me.”

“You can kiss me, but you have to promise me one thing.”

!!
“What is it?”

“In the future, even if you can’t are extremely busy after something unpleasant happens, you have to borrow a phone to call me.”

“Then why don’t you call me?”

“No, you have to call me first.” Ji Qingyan said, “I’ll call you after you finish calling me.”

“Fine.”

“Good. I’ll let you kiss me then.”

Muah!

Just as Lin Yi got up to kiss Ji Qingyan, Wang Tianlong led his men to the entrance of the store. To his surprise, the boss was flirting with a girl.

Instantly, he and his subordinates stopped in their tracks.

“Manager Wang, what should we do now? Are we still going in?” The lobby manager asked.

“What’s the point of going in? Let’s stay outside first. We’ll go in after President Lin is done flirting.”

“I agree with this plan.”

At this point, Wang Tianlong and the others quietly returned to the car, waiting for Lin Yi to finish picking up the girls.

The two people in the room were completely unaware of what was happening outside.

“Wuwuwu…”

Ji Qingyan pushed Lin Yi away. “It was only supposed to be a casual kiss. Why did you kiss me for so long?”

“I haven’t kissed you in a long time. I have to make sure I get enough.”

“You’re just greedy.” Ji Qingyan wiped her mouth. “Your saliva is all over me. It’s disgusting.”

“It’s on my lips too. I didn’t say anything about you being disgusting, but you start complaining for no reason.”

“That’s not true. Don’t spout nonsense.”

“Why isn’t Manager Wang here yet? Why don’t we clean up first?”

Although it was physical labor, Ji Qingyan did not tire of it.

She felt that this kind of life was quite good.

In the future, when she and Lin Yi were old, they would find a place to open a small shop. They would cook in it and collect small sums of money. When there were no customers, they would clean the shop together.

If possible, it would be even better if they could also raise a big golden retriever.

Lin Yi looked outside and saw that it was getting dark. What was Wang Tianlong doing?

“Leave the physical work to Wang Tianlong and the others. Let me bring you around places.”

“Mm.” Ji Qingyan nodded and turned on the wall lamp by the door.

Before turning on the lights, the atmosphere in the room was normal, but after turning on the lights, it became a little strange.

The pink light filled the store, causing the atmosphere in the room to become ambiguous.

Ji Qingyan was stunned. She could not accept this amorous color.

Was it because Lin Yi had seen too much suffering in the hospital, so he had lost his head? After resigning, did he completely let himself go?

There was a pink tricycle outside, and now there was this kind of stylish light.

It turned out that Lin Yi was a little pink princess in his heart.

In reality, Lin Yi was also confused.

‘I can tolerate you giving me a f*cking pink tricycle, but what’s with the lights?

‘Is this a restaurant or a brothel?

‘It is too f*cking confusing!’

“Well, actually, liking pink isn’t a big deal. As long as you still like women, it means that you are still normal ,” Ji Qingyan comforted.

“No, don’t jump to conclusions. Let me explain.”

“It’s not that big a deal. You don’t need to explain anything.” Ji Qingyan was afraid of provoking Lin Yi, so she acted as if nothing had happened. “You should’ve said earlier that you like pink. I’ll wear this color more in the future.”

Lin Yi was dumbfounded and felt like he was going to go into shock.

Damn it, system, you’re really a dog.

“Alright, alright. It’s not a big deal. Everyone has their own secrets.”

“Just like me. I’m already an adult, but I still have a lot of cartoon underwear. It’s the same thing.”

Same thing my *ss!

I’m a man!

Men shouldn’t like these things!

“Let’s go take a look at the kitchen.”

Ji Qingyan held Lin Yi’s arm, but it was obvious that she was suppressing her laughter.

She had thought that he was an indomitable and fearless man.

He did not expect that he was just a soft-hearted boy inside. She could not be too willful with him in the future.

Boys had to be pampered sometimes.

The two of them went to the kitchen and found that the environment inside was not bad. There were all kinds of pots and pans prepared.

Even the bathroom was very clean. There was no unpleasant smell coming from inside it.

“I think all we need to do now is to clean up the place. After that, we’ll have to take care of the decorations.”

“The shop isn’t big. Let’s work smart and keep the workload to a minimum. In terms of decoration, other than creating a high-end feeling, we can also place some limited edition dolls and plushies. This will be perfect. Yuanyuan has lots of these things. You can ask her for them.”

“Wait, why did you try to sneak in such a strange idea?” Lin Yi said.

“Why would we need dolls and plushies? This is a restaurant, not a kindergarten.”

“Don’t you like these things?”

“This is our own shop, so we have to decorate it according to our preferences.”

“Back then, when you picked me up on your motorcycle, I thought boys liked action figures and stuff like that, but you surprised me.”

Piack!

Lin Yi slapped Ji Qingyan’s butt.

“Don’t bring it up again” Lin Yi said, “This is my shop, but the lights have nothing to do with me.”

“Yes, yes. It had nothing to do with you. I understand.”

Lin Yi, “…”

“Let me call Wang Tianlong again. Why isn’t he here yet?”

He took out his phone and dialed Wang Tianlong’s number.

“Where are you? Why aren’t you here yet?”

“President Lin, I arrived a long time ago. We saw you and President Ji kissing just now, so we didn’t dare to go in.”

She was speechless.

Someone actually saw it?

“Come in now, we’re both done.”

“Okay.”

A few minutes later, Wang Tianlong walked in with more than ten people.

“Hello, President Lin. Hello, President Ji.”

Ji Qingyan nodded awkwardly and stood beside Lin Yi.

“This is my new store. We’ve already thought of a specific design. Let me explain it to you now.”

“Alright, please go ahead, President Lin.”

Over the next half an hour, Lin Yi told Wang Tianlong his general idea.

The latter quickly understood Lin Yi’s intentions.

Although the shop was a little small, he wanted to spend a lot of money to renovate it.

This was so that it would give off a high-end and classy feeling.

“President Lin, the purpose of our renovation must be to show off. We want to let the customers who come here to eat be able to brag about it after. Is that what you mean?”
