Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 366 Let’s check the situation in the Dragon KingdomInside The Pentagon.

A tense atmosphere permeated every corner.

The battle against the monsters was still ongoing; the sounds of explosions and gunfire drifting in from outside were like ceaseless thunder, constantly battering people’s eardrums.

Among them were the earth-shattering sounds caused by high-powered weapons. The power of such weapons was extraordinary, but once they had to be used, it meant the situation was nearing a loss of control!

However, because Eagle Country had a sparse population and vast territory, possessed a large number of advanced weapons, and had reacted relatively promptly when the monsters first appeared, at least for the time being, the area where The Pentagon was located was not at risk of falling.

But that was only temporary. Everyone knew in their hearts that the outcome of this battle was still full of unknowns, and danger could descend at any moment.

At this moment, a group of Eagle Country’s top officials were gathered in one place, intensively formulating defensive strategies.

Everyone’s face was filled with gravity and seriousness; after all, this concerned the fate of the entire nation, and there was absolutely no room for carelessness.

At this time, President Biden stood in the command room of The Pentagon, quietly looking outside through the window.

What met his eyes was a scene of devastation. Flames of war were everywhere, and smoke, like a thick fog, permeated every corner, obscuring the view and making one feel as if they were in a chaotic world.

The incessant explosions were heart-stopping, each one sounding like it was hammering against people’s fragile nerves.

At this moment, his heart was a complex mix of emotions, and he thought to himself:

”With such powerful strength, we in Eagle Country are finding it this difficult to cope; what will be the fate of other countries?”

Just then, the Secretary of State slowly walked to his side and said in a somewhat heavy tone:

”Mr. President, the satellite facilities have been repaired. Would you like to check on the current global situation?”

President Biden turned his head to look at him without speaking, then quickly walked to the satellite map. In his heart, he really wanted to know just how bad the situation outside had become.

After seeing the images presented by the satellite map, he realized that, just as he had thought, this monster disaster had not only affected Eagle Country; the entire Blue Planet seemed to have been dragged into an endless abyss, all suffering from this terrible catastrophe.

Some small countries, with weak military strength, simply did not have enough power to deal with these suddenly appearing monsters, which led to their extremely miserable fate, being eroded by the monster tide at a speed almost visible to the naked eye!

Ending up with their nations destroyed!

After these countries were completely occupied by the monsters, they turned into nests for the monsters!

The scene was quite terrifying.

Scenes of severed limbs and bloody messes were visible everywhere, making one feel nauseous after just one look, unable to help wanting to vomit.

At this time, the satellite map focused on the White Elephant Peninsula.

The White Elephant Country, once a force to be reckoned with, had now also been completely destroyed!

The vast country was now densely packed with those hideous and terrifying monsters, shuttling and wandering among the ruins of the cities, as if this had become their paradise.

Then, the image froze in front of a high-rise building. At first glance, the building looked strange, as if it were slowly moving. Everyone felt very surprised and stared at the screen intently, wanting to see what was going on.

However, as the image gradually zoomed in, the high-rise finally revealed its true appearance!

At this sight, everyone gasped in shock!

This was no high-rise building; it was clearly a gigantic monster hundreds of meters tall!

Its massive body blotted out the sky and sun. Just looking at it made one’s scalp tingle and filled one with endless fear.

At this moment, someone couldn’t help exclaiming:

”My God, that monster, which was once the size of a human, can actually become so tall by absorbing humans. I’m afraid our conventional weapons cannot cause any damage to it!”

Another person hurriedly chimed in:

”I’m afraid only Nuclear Weapons can cause damage to it!”

However, someone immediately retorted:

”No! The Particle Laser Cannon on Dragon Country’s Individual Mecha can!”

”Of course, their Electromagnetic Naval Gun would also definitely be able to destroy such a big guy, but we don’t have such advanced weapons.”

Someone looked at the screen and said with a worried face:

”White Elephant has really given us a difficult problem. A whole peninsula of monsters—how are we supposed to deal with this!”

At this, someone said dismissively:

”We don’t need to be afraid. We are not even on the same continent. If anyone is unlucky, it must be the countries around it, such as Dragon Country!”

As soon as Dragon Country was mentioned, everyone started talking at once.

”Dragon Country!!!! Right, what is the situation in Dragon Country now?”

”Their situation should be about the same as White Elephant’s. These monsters possess powerful devouring and mutation abilities. Dragon Country has a large population; a populous nation will provide these monsters with massive amounts of nutrients, allowing them to become even stronger. Dragon Country simply cannot hold out!”

President Biden was also very curious about the situation in Dragon Country at this time; after all, in the past, Dragon Country had always been a strong competitor for Eagle Country.

Through engaging in fire with these monsters for so long, they had gained a lot of understanding of the monsters’ abilities. Based on what they knew, Dragon Country was indeed incapable of dealing with these monsters and had likely already suffered the same fate as White Elephant.

But strangely, in the past, upon learning that Dragon Country might have been destroyed just like White Elephant, President Biden should have been overjoyed and wished for Dragon Country to suffer such a fate!

But now, upon learning that Dragon Country might have been destroyed, he suddenly felt a bit worried. This feeling surprised even himself, yet he could not ignore this worry in his heart.

Therefore, he hurriedly ordered his subordinates, saying:

”Quick, check on the situation in Dragon Country!”

The subordinates immediately took action, starting to operate the satellite equipment and adjusting the image.

And just as the satellite image changed, suddenly, everyone discovered a terrifying scene. The monsters inside the already destroyed White Elephant Country did not stop their slaughter just because they had occupied White Elephant. They seemed to have received some kind of instruction and began to advance towards the border of Dragon Country!

That vast army of monsters, like a tide, could not be seen to the end at a glance. Those densely packed figures made one’s scalp tingle just by looking at them, and goosebumps rose all over one’s body.

The Secretary of State, seeing this, widened his eyes and said with a trembling voice:

”Dragon Country is definitely finished!”
