Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 352 Let’s Nuclear Peace with the US!Su Chen widened his eyes, feeling a sense of worry in his heart!

Through this series of meticulous observations, he had gained a complete understanding of the characteristics of this meat-like monster!

It could expand its size infinitely by devouring living organisms; the larger it became, the stronger its devouring ability grew!

Simple cutting could not cause any substantial damage to it; even if it were chopped into pieces, it would eventually gather and regenerate, remaining completely unharmed.

Su Chen was very clear that once this kind of monster entered the real world, it would definitely stir up a storm, causing immeasurable turmoil and disaster.

Moreover, with its terrifying proliferation and devouring ability, once it spread, human civilization would likely be destroyed in an instant!

Although this was only a simulation experiment conducted within the Spirit Realm, as the creator of the Spirit Realm, Su Chen knew better than anyone that the Spirit Realm, built on a real-world physics engine, produced experimental results that were highly consistent with reality, and its authenticity was beyond doubt.

He knew deeply that this matter was of great importance and must not be taken lightly. The most urgent task was to find every possible way to nip the monster in the bud, never giving it any chance to wreak havoc!

He immediately ordered the Artificial Intelligence:

”Continue to monitor the research trends of this company. If there are any unusual movements, report them immediately!”

Subsequently, he hurriedly left the nutrient pod, grabbed the phone on the table, and dialed the number for the Dragon Country Security Bureau.

The moment the call connected, he tried hard to calm his rapid breathing, trying to make his voice sound as steady as possible: ”Hello, this is the Security Bureau. May I ask what the purpose of your call is?”

”I am Su Chen. Please connect me to your Bureau Chief; I have an urgent matter to discuss with him!”

Su Chen said straightforwardly.

”I’m sorry, we cannot... Wait, what did you say your name was?”

The operator was just about to refuse Su Chen’s request to speak directly to her superior according to protocol, as such cases of bypassing the chain of command were extremely rare. However, suddenly, she seemed to recall something crucial, shuddered, and her voice involuntarily rose a few octaves.

”My name is Su Chen!”

Su Chen repeated, his tone firm and unquestionable.

The operator’s mind instantly recalled the words the Bureau Chief had repeatedly emphasized:

”Once you receive a call from Su Chen, you must notify me immediately, without fail!”

Now that she heard someone claiming to be Su Chen calling, how could she dare to be the least bit negligent? She immediately said:

”Please wait a moment; I will connect you to our Bureau Chief right away.”

Soon, Bureau Chief Lu Qiancheng’s steady and powerful voice sounded through the receiver:

”Are you Mr. Su Chen?”

”To prevent any confusion with names, please identify yourself.”

”I am a student at the National Defense University, Su Chen!”

Su Chen nodded and said.

”Thank you for your cooperation.”

Lu Qiancheng smiled slightly, turned his head to signal everyone in the room to leave, and remained alone to answer Su Chen’s call, ”I heard you were looking for me? What is the matter?”

Su Chen took a deep breath, trying hard to calm himself down!

Then, he told Lu Qiancheng the whole story from beginning to end.

At first, Lu Qiancheng was full of confusion, listening without understanding, but as Su Chen’s account deepened, his expression became increasingly solemn. In the end, he was visibly shocked, his eyes widened, and he asked in disbelief:

”What? What you said... is it all true?”

”This concerns the survival of humanity; I wouldn’t dare to joke about this!”

Su Chen said decisively:

”I still need to notify Elder Qin; I’m hanging up now!”

After speaking, a busy tone sounded on the phone.

On the other end of the line, Lu Qiancheng froze for two seconds before decisively putting down the phone, striding out of the room, and shouting to his subordinates:

”Call all senior officials of the Security Bureau, meeting now!”

The voice carried an unquestionable authority and urgency; clearly, he had deeply realized the seriousness of the situation.

After hanging up the phone, Su Chen did not dare to delay for a moment and quickly contacted Elder Qin, Elder Zhao, Old Liu, and the others. Upon hearing that Su Chen had an urgent matter to inform them about, although they didn’t know what it was, out of trust in Su Chen, they all put down what they were doing and rushed to Su Chen’s Laboratory without stopping.

”Little Chen, is the new Genetic Enhancement Serum ready?”

Elder Zhao asked impatiently as soon as he entered the door, a smile of anticipation on his face:

”I heard from them that your serum is very powerful; it turned The Gorilla into a superman. Let me see it for myself!”

But Su Chen had a serious expression, his brows tightly locked. That solemn look made everyone instantly realize that something had likely gone wrong. Elder Zhao’s original smile instantly froze; he put away his grin and asked with concern:

”Little Chen, has something happened? Tell us, don’t carry it alone. No matter what it is, us old guys will definitely support you!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi and Elder Qin also nodded one after another, their expressions firm, their eyes filled with concern and worry.

Su Chen knew that this matter was too bizarre and terrifying; relying only on verbal explanation would make it difficult for everyone to truly feel the severity of the situation, so he said:

”Please follow me.”

After speaking, he led the way and walked towards a small conference room.

Everyone looked at each other, full of suspicion, but still followed without hesitation.

When they arrived at the conference room, they saw a huge screen placed in front of them.

After everyone sat down, Su Chen raised his hand and tapped the remote control, playing the video he had captured in the Spirit Realm earlier.

At first, they didn’t take it too seriously, just finding it interesting, subconsciously assuming it was Su Chen preparing to showcase the test results of the Genetic Enhancement Serum again!

And this time, the test subject had been changed to a Lab Mouse.

”Last time, that Gorilla was truly invincible after injecting the Genetic Enhancement Serum, just like a superman. I wonder what this Lab Mouse will turn into; maybe it can take down an elephant!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi said with great interest, his eyes shining with curiosity.

Hearing this, Elder Zhao also became increasingly expectant. Their gazes were fixed on the screen, as if afraid to miss any exciting moment.

At this moment, the Lab Mouse was also injected with the serum.

Commander Liu Chengzhi, like an experienced commentator, said with great enthusiasm:

”In about five minutes, there will be an effect.”

Elder Qin smiled and teased:

”General Liu, you remember it really clearly.”

Commander Liu Chengzhi grinned:

”Such a good thing, of course I remember it clearly.”

Elder Zhao was also increasingly looking forward to the performance of the Lab Mouse!

But just at this moment, a strange scene occurred!

The place where the Lab Mouse had just been injected began to swell rapidly, and in the blink of an eye, it turned into a piece of flesh that was constantly wriggling and growing crazily!

The Lab Mouse’s shrill scream rang out instantly, piercing the originally relaxed atmosphere in the conference room.

Subsequently, the piece of flesh grew larger and larger, like a surging tide, ruthlessly devouring the Lab Mouse. In just a moment, the Lab Mouse was completely submerged, turning into a pool of foul-smelling, constantly wriggling flesh!

”What... What is going on?”

The three people who were originally full of expectation were instantly stunned, their faces turning as pale as paper, especially Commander Liu Chengzhi and Elder Qin; this was completely different from the scene they had imagined!

Elder Zhao looked at Su Chen with suspicion, asking with a trembling voice:

”Did the experiment fail? This doesn’t feel like enhancement at all!”

Su Chen did not answer, just solemnly signaled them to continue watching.

Subsequently, another Lab Mouse was thrown in.

With the appearance of the Lab Mouse, the piece of flesh seemed to have gone mad, a strange red light emanating from its body, and it devoured the Lab Mouse at an extremely fast speed. In the blink of an eye, it had devoured it completely, turning into an even larger piece of flesh!

”This... This thing is not right!”

They widened their eyes, instantly realizing that this thing could become powerful by devouring!

But at this moment, they had not yet truly felt the horror of this piece of flesh.

Immediately after, came the final cutting demonstration.

Seeing that after the piece of flesh was cut into many pieces by a sharp blade, it did not lose its vitality, but continued to wriggle, as if every piece of flesh possessed tenacious vitality—unkillable and indestructible!

Until the video ended, the three of them stared blankly at Su Chen, unable to speak for a long time.

After a while, Elder Qin spoke with difficulty:

”No! No!”

”This won’t do, Little Chen. This research is too terrifying; it cannot continue!”

”If that monster gets out, the consequences will be endless!”

Su Chen looked at them, his tone calm but filled with unquestionable determination:

”This is not research I am conducting!”

”This is what the Americans are doing!”

”I found out about it through monitoring the Spirit Realm!”

As soon as these words were spoken, the three of them were stunned, looking at each other, their eyes full of shock and anger.

”The Americans! It was them!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi slammed the table, looked at Elder Qin, and said loudly:

”Elder Qin, for the sake of human civilization, let’s nuke the Americans!”
