Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 131: Send them some weapon blueprints and let them build as many as they can!Another black shadow attacked the warship formation!

It clearly didn’t hit any of the warships!

But the resulting shockwave, like autumn winds sweeping away fallen leaves, completely destroyed all the remaining Japan warships!

They had originally thought the opponent would destroy the remaining warships one by one!

After all, according to their intelligence, this fleet formation had lost all contact, and barring any surprises, it should have been completely destroyed!

President Biden also wanted to take this opportunity to carefully observe what those black shadows actually were!

If you can’t see one clearly, surely you can see at least one out of a dozen?

However, what they didn’t expect was...

The attacker only launched one more wave of attacks, and then destroyed all the remaining warships!

A single round of attacks annihilated more warships than an entire fleet; in modern warfare, apart from using Nuclear Weapons, it’s hard to imagine what weapon could achieve this!

Secretary of State Jack and President Biden looked at each other, both feeling an extreme headache at this moment!

Although they had captured one black shadow attacking the Japan fleet, that was the only information they had obtained!

They didn’t even know where these black shadows were coming from!

They investigated hundreds of nautical miles nearby and didn’t find any traces of warships!

The methods seemed extremely similar to when the fighter formation was destroyed last time!

The previous incident still had no leads, and now another incident where the attacker couldn’t be found had occurred!

The two of them felt a chill run down their spines!

Secretary of State Jack looked at President Biden: ”Mr. President, do you think this matter could have something to do with the Dragon Kingdom?”

President Biden shook his head; he wasn’t sure either!

But none of this mattered anymore!

”Regardless of whether it has anything to do with them, these accidents happened because of them!”

”We must take action!”

As he spoke, he looked at Secretary of State Jack and issued an order to him:

”We must now come up with new ways to deal with the Dragon Kingdom!”

”I authorize you to use every means except force to suppress them!”

He sighed helplessly: ”The Dragon Kingdom is increasingly slipping out of our control!”

”We must get serious with them!”

After receiving the order, Secretary of State Jack immediately headed to the CIA to find the Director of Intelligence!

The Intelligence Agency had a lot of intelligence regarding the Dragon Kingdom!

It was the most likely place to find a way to suppress the Dragon Kingdom!

Seeing the Secretary of State arrive, Smith was a bit puzzled, but after learning his purpose, he immediately took out a blueprint!

Secretary of State Jack’s gaze fell upon it!

He hurriedly took it into his hands, his eyes scanning it repeatedly, feeling increasingly shocked!

About a few seconds passed.

He pointed at the blueprint in his hand and looked at Smith in shock.

”What is the situation with this blueprint?”

”Have we already cracked the technology on it?”

This was a blueprint titled ”Super Large-scale Nuclear Fusion Power Grid Construction Project”!

Although it was just a blueprint, it was about ”Nuclear Fusion”!

Nuclear Fusion is an extremely cutting-edge research project in the current scientific community!

Once a breakthrough is achieved, it would have significant meaning for the country, for the world, and for all of humanity.

This was also why Secretary of State Jack was shocked!

He repeated the question from just a moment ago: ”What is the situation with this Nuclear Fusion blueprint?”

”Could it be that we have already achieved a breakthrough in Nuclear Fusion Technology?”

”Why am I unaware of such major news?”

Smith was taken aback for a moment, then burst into laughter with a ”pfft” sound!

Then, the more he thought about it, the funnier it became, and he even started clutching his stomach and laughing!

He laughed until he was doubled over!

His laughter left Secretary of State Jack even more confused!

”What are you laughing at?” he asked, very puzzled.

Smith tried hard to control his emotions:

”Excuse me, Mr. Secretary of State!”

”I don’t mean to mock you!”

”It’s just that seeing you get fooled makes me think our plan is really great!”

Secretary of State Jack was stunned; he no longer had the patience to listen to Smith’s endless rambling without getting to the point!

He frowned: ”What exactly is going on?”

Smith cleared his throat: ”Heh heh! Actually, this blueprint is not our research achievement!”

”It is a plan of ours called Strategic Deception!”

Secretary of State Jack found a seat and listened carefully to Smith’s explanation of the Strategic Deception plan!

The more he listened, the more interesting he found it!

So-called Strategic Deception is about misleading opponents by creating false information, plans, and actions, causing them to make wrong decisions.

For example, by using false intelligence, we can make the Dragon Kingdom invest a large amount of resources into some major projects, thereby draining their strength.

”Doesn’t the Dragon Kingdom love studying the blueprints we release?”

”Then let them study to their heart’s content!”

”This Nuclear Fusion project construction blueprint involves Nuclear Fusion Technology, and currently no country has achieved a research breakthrough in Nuclear Fusion. If the Dragon Kingdom wants to study this blueprint, they must first achieve a breakthrough in Nuclear Fusion Technology, which will inevitably consume a massive amount of manpower and resources!”

”And this is just the simplest part. Even if they research and develop Nuclear Fusion Technology, they still have to build the Power Grid!”

”It will only consume more resources!”

”And only after they have gathered all the conditions will they discover that this blueprint is impossible to realize!”

”By then, they will realize they were tricked by us, but it will be too late!”

Speaking of this, Smith couldn’t help but laugh out loud again!

It seemed as though he could already see the disappointed and even desperate faces of the Dragon Kingdom in the future!

Just thinking about it made him incredibly excited!

Secretary of State Jack also felt this plan was feasible!

But there was one point: ”Will the Dragon Kingdom believe it?”

”What if their experts see through that this blueprint is fake at a glance?”

Smith waved his hand: ”Don’t worry about that. First of all, this is not a detailed blueprint, but rather something similar to a concept blueprint!”

”Telling others that I might have built it, rather than how I built it!”

”Secondly, all the data and information on it have been meticulously designed by our scientific research personnel!”

”It applies various theories as a foundation; it won’t go wrong!”

Secretary of State Jack nodded; he had been fooled just now, so perhaps the Dragon Kingdom would fall for it too!

He himself felt that this blueprint was professional enough!

However, at this moment, Secretary of State Jack thought of a concept blueprint from when they previously implemented Strategic Deception: the First-generation Mecha!

Back then, they also said there was no manufacturing method or technology, but the Dragon Kingdom still managed to build it!

They wouldn’t be able to build this one too, would they!

He told Smith about his concerns!

The latter said dismissively: ”You can rest assured about that too!”

”The fact that the Dragon Kingdom was able to build the mecha was purely a coincidence!”

”Such a coincidence happening once is already a miracle, and a miracle is absolutely impossible to happen again!”

”After all, to put it bluntly, this blueprint is just something that exists in theory; there is absolutely no possibility of it being replicated!”

”Everything is just to drain the Dragon Kingdom’s resources!”

After hearing his words, most of Secretary of State Jack’s previous frustration disappeared!

He felt more and more that this plan was reliable!

”Well done, Smith!”

”Your plan is quite good. Being able to come up with such a plan means you have made up for your past mistakes!”

”Also, I have another suggestion...”

Smith: ”Please, go ahead...”

Secretary of State Jack’s mouth curled up, revealing a sly smile:

”Since we are going to implement Strategic Deception, we cannot limit it to just one point!”

”Besides these super-large projects, I suggest that we also implement Strategic Deception against the Dragon Kingdom in the military industry!”

”Don’t they like building fancy weapons?”

”Then let’s send some weapon blueprints over to them and let them build away!”
