Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 105 Turned the Tables!Russia Defense Department.

Inside the Director’s office, many high-ranking officials of Russia were currently seated.

In front of them lay a document!

It contained a detailed record of the specific circumstances of the battle between the Desert Coalition and Daishin.

In particular, the Desert Coalition’s final achievement of using the Mecha Suit to destroy over fifty Daishin fighters was learned by the Russian intelligence department, which had been closely monitoring the battle.

Looking at this information, the Russian high-ranking officials were all greatly shocked!

”Ten Mecha Suits challenged fifty-three third-generation fighters with zero combat losses! They even found the time to destroy the Fifth-generation fighters at the Daishin Air Force Base. The combat capability of this Mecha Suit is truly impressive!”

”It’s more than just impressive. Although Daishin sent third-generation fighters into battle, their pilots were all elite. Even against fourth-generation fighters, they would have had a fighting chance. Plus, there were over fifty of them, yet they were still completely wiped out by the Mecha Suits! It is truly terrifying!”

”Therefore, whether in actual combat or the strength displayed during the exercises in the Dragon Kingdom against real Fifth-generation fighters, this Mecha Suit has fully demonstrated its own powerful combat capabilities!”

”I never expected the Dragon Kingdom’s level of technology to have reached such a terrifying stage! In this case, what are we to do?”

The expressions of the Russian high-ranking officials could not help but become serious!

They never imagined that while everyone was slowly developing in their respective fields of weapons research, the Dragon Kingdom would suddenly experience a major technological explosion!

The weapons they developed left everyone else far behind!

Some experts even believed that they had been surpassed by the Dragon Kingdom by an entire generation this time!

General Kalaf spoke up at this moment: ”The new era is now beckoning to us!”

”Since we are behind others, we must have self-awareness and, at the same time, seize the opportunity to board the ship of the new era!”

He looked at everyone, especially Vladimir, the Director of the Defense Department, who was sitting in the main seat: ”I stand by my original proposal; two Mecha Suits are too few for us!”

”The Oil Country has purchased ten. No matter what, we must purchase two more!”

”That would make four Mecha Suits: two to guard the east, one to guard the west, and one to guard the north!”

At this moment, someone curiously asked: ”Do we not need to guard the south?”

”The south is the Dragon Kingdom. Do you think there is any need to guard it?” General Kalaf explained helplessly.

Everyone suddenly realized!

It was fine to talk about it before, but at present, there is indeed no need to guard it!

It wouldn’t even be necessary to place a single Mecha Suit there just for show!

Otherwise, if the Dragon Kingdom found out, they might think it was a provocation and send dozens of their own to face off against us, and that would not be fun at all!

At this moment, Vladimir spoke up!

He originally thought that purchasing Mecha Suits was a waste of money, but now, seeing how the Oil Country, a militarily weak nation, could brutally crush a country like Daishin, which had some military strength, thanks to the Mecha Suits, he knew that the times had truly changed!

They must arm themselves with Mecha Suits!

”I think General Kalaf is right!”

”Complacency now is equivalent to slow suicide; we must keep up with the trend of the times!”

”Mecha Suit, I propose that we purchase two more!”

Everyone looked at each other, and finally, they all nodded, agreeing with General Kalaf’s proposal!

But the price...

Just thinking about the price of as high as 20 billion made Vladimir’s head ache!

For Russia, which could currently be described as destitute, 20 billion for one, and 40 billion for two!

This was definitely not a small amount!

Other high-ranking officials also said one after another: ”Our domestic economic situation is bad right now. Where are we going to get 40 billion Dragon Kingdom currency?”

”I remember that the Dragon Kingdom requires cash, right? It seems we cannot buy them on credit from them either!”

”Then what do we do? We must buy the Mecha Suits, at all costs! Otherwise, how are we to guard our country’s vast territory?”

Vladimir pondered for a moment, then suddenly said something to a subordinate, who subsequently returned with a document.

This was a warship agreement order!

The buyer was none other than the Dragon Kingdom.

Some time ago, the Dragon Kingdom had an intention to order two types of destroyers from Russia!

Because there was still some gap between the Dragon Kingdom’s shipbuilding technology and Russia’s, they wanted to manufacture more powerful warships through Russia!

However, this order had not yet officially taken effect; it was a draft order!

The others were thoughtful about Vladimir’s act of bringing out the order at this time.

General Kalaf seemed to have guessed it, but still wanted to hear Vladimir’s intent, so he asked: ”Mr. Director, what do you mean by this?”

Vladimir smiled and said: ”This order is worth 10 billion!”

”The Dragon Kingdom previously expressed a very strong intention to purchase. I think we can use this order to offset 10 billion!”

”What do you think!”

10 billion is not a small amount!

Everyone nodded in agreement immediately.

They felt it was completely feasible!

However, this would have to be discussed with the Dragon Kingdom!

Vladimir felt that the Dragon Kingdom had no reason to refuse!

He even felt that he could take the opportunity to squeeze the Dragon Kingdom!

In any case, the other party had a strong intention to purchase, and he could easily find a reason to add another 1–2 billion to the 10 billion order!

Thinking of this, Vladimir could not help but chuckle.

Subsequently, in front of everyone, he dialed the phone number to the Dragon Kingdom!

He told the other party about his idea of using the agreement to offset the cash for the Mecha Suits.

The Dragon Kingdom person in charge who had proposed the purchase intention was none other than General Zhao Yong, Commander-in-Chief of the Southern Sea Area Navy!

Upon hearing the other party’s request, General Zhao Yong smiled calmly: ”You mean that previous intention agreement!”

”My apologies, but we are no longer planning to purchase it!”

Vladimir was just about to unleash the bad intentions he had been harboring, but upon hearing his words, he was completely dumbfounded!

”What???”

”You are not buying it???”

”Weren’t you very eager to buy it at the time?”

General Zhao Yong smiled calmly: ”Times change!”

”Anyway, we haven’t signed a formal agreement, so there shouldn’t be any penalty for breach of contract, right?”

”Besides, you were very troubled back then, so this just saves you the trouble!”

”Mr. Director, am I right?”

Vladimir just wanted to say it wasn’t a trouble, but then he felt that he would appear very humble doing so!

In the end, he held it back and didn’t say it.

The reason he had acted so troubled back then was mainly to take advantage of it to raise the price!

He didn’t expect it to become the other party’s excuse to turn the tables on him!

However, at this moment, General Zhao Yong thought for a moment and suddenly said: ”If your side does not want to settle with cash, I do have an idea!”

Vladimir was stunned for a moment, then quickly asked: ”What idea???”

General Zhao Yong smiled calmly: ”Use your country’s... shipyards to trade!”
