in the morning, tang rui had collected three skills.

he collected the grappling and shooting skills very quickly, and in less than an hour, he was done. his driving skills were the worst though.

gao yang plummed the off-road vehicle at full speed and ran for the entire morning before he finished collecting all the skills.

after collecting the skills, tang rui returned to the company. as soon as he entered, before he could finish his meal, lin chao came knocking on his door.

“what’s the matter?”

“yes, this is the information sent by the major research institutes.” lin chao placed a huge pile of application documents on tang rui’s desk. he picked it up and took a look.

good heavens.

the institute of optics of the chinese academy of sciences, the institute of condensed matter physics, the 606, 612, and 618 research institutes under the china aerospace industry corporation, and the north china weaponry research institute…

a total of twenty-seven research institutes sent in applications. what should he apply for? to apply for the research and supply of graphene materials?

money would definitely be given. it now depended on whether tang rui would agree to supply it. this, however, constituted the top research institution in the country.

those research institutions that did not have enough confidentiality and were not of a high enough level could not even submit their application reports.

as for a direct negotiation, that was out of the question. who would dare to come over now and say that it was for research, exchange, or sightseeing? was there no need to think about the consequences?

the higher-ups would directly pressure him to death. thus, no matter which research institute it was, they could only report honestly, depending on tang rui’s mood.

“if i give it to you, be happy about it. if i don’t, there’s nothing you can do.” tang rui wasn’t the kind of person who ate alone. he made materials to manufacture fighter jets, not to research other things.

therefore, these people from the research institute were also very sneaky. in their reports was the research topic after the graphene material was used was stated: new generation spacesuits. a new generation of anti-g suits. a new generation of optical materials. in any case, there wasn’t any topic that conflicted with tang rui’s side.

“all of them replied that we can sell the materials to them,” tang rui said to lin chao after putting down these applications.

“alright, i understand,” lin chao nodded and turned to leave.

tang rui started to eat lunch. in the afternoon, the employees continued to work.

the people in the materials laboratory were working hard on the high-temperature-resistant materials and graphene processing technology.

after tang rui went to the laboratory for a round, he returned to the off-road rv to sleep. his excuse to outsiders was that he was in seclusion.

he suddenly had an inspiration. in reality, he was going to learn skills. he placed the patch on his temple and chose the skill learning mode. in the next second, tang rui entered dreamland.

while he was sleeping, a piece of news rushed to the trending searches. the americans had sanctioned crimson.

frankly, ordinary people did not even know what kind of company crimson was.

but this time, they were punished by america instead. only then did everyone realize that something was wrong. what did this crimson do? why would they be punished?

the resourceful netizens checked, and only then did they realize that this company was amazing. the robot dog and the fire-fighting drone that had previously shone in the middle east were produced by this company.

if crimson was a state-owned enterprise, no one would think anything of it. but the problem was… the heavenly eye clearly stated that this was a privately owned company.

moreover, it was an arms company. good heavens. was there something wrong with this script? why did such a powerful private firearms company suddenly appear in its territory?

this time, crimson corp, was on fire. when tang rui woke up after learning the skills and walked out of the rv, he discovered that the company’s situation was a little off. everyone was in class. it was a secret class.

“president tang, there’s something i need to explain to you,” lin chao said solemnly when he saw tang rui.

“what’s going on?”

“our company has been punished by america.”

sanctioned? america must be out of her mind. what was the use of sanctioning him? their company did not produce civilian products, nor did they engage in international trade, and there were no projects that were stuck. this wave of actions was completely meaningless.

“so what if i’m being punished? it doesn’t affect anything,” tang rui said in puzzlement. it shouldn’t be as if he was facing a great enemy, right?

“it won’t affect the company, but the company’s current research and development system and confidentiality procedures have to be re-established,” lin chao said helplessly. after tang rui heard it, he curled his lips.

“alright, that’s the only way.” with the current number of employees in the company, there was originally no need for laboratory classification and project grouping. he had no choice but to do it now.

“oh right, commander liu is speeding up the construction. it is estimated that the company will be able to move there before the new year.”

“this is good news.”

tang rui returned to the office. the more he thought about it, the more unhappy he became.

he wanted to give the americans some trouble. let them worry about it too. it would save him the trouble of being bored all day long.

but what should he do? just like in the movies, using hacking skills to hack into the system of a certain organization and download the list of agents lurking outside?

stop fooling around.

that was a movie. in real life, confidential documents like this were internal systems and were physically isolated from the outside world. no matter how good your hacking skills were, you’d still be unable to do it.

he couldn’t just connect to the internet out of thin air. tang rui thought about it and realized that the only thing he could do now was to be in the northwest region of the world map.

whoever the enemy supported, he would oppose.

“brother lin, can you contact general andre, the one who traded with us previously?” tang rui found lin chao and asked.

“we can contact them through the military.”

“then help me contact him. tell him that i want to discuss an arms deal with russia.”

“alright, i understand.” lin chao went back to contact the higher-ups. tang rui also returned to his own laboratory and started fiddling with things.

communication with russia would be very smooth, and the higher-ups wouldn’t stop them.

the next day, general andre came to jinling again. it was also the conference center of the military region. it was still the same conference room.

“mr. tang, the fire drones produced by your company are really useful. our young men like them very much. of course, it would be even better if the price was not that expensive,” andre said enthusiastically.

during this period of time, the fire-fighting drones played a major role on the battlefield, giving russia a chance to catch its breath.

although there weren’t many international reports, at the national level, everyone was very clear about this. however, the media was controlled, so there weren’t many reports.

after all, the battle results given by both sides were like a joke. how many of your men i killed today… how many of my men i’d kill tomorrow… but in reality, it was just bragging.

“i have no choice. you get what you pay for. of course, good things are not cheap,” tang rui would not lower the price.

although he was there to make things difficult for america, this didn’t mean that russia would benefit from it.

“alright, i agree.” andre nodded.

although the fire-fighting drone was expensive, it was extremely effective. witnesses were cheap. however, that thing was like a monkey in the sky, useless. it was just for the sound.

“general andre, 1 don’t know if you know about the mechanical dog that our company sold to the middle east.”

“of course, if it weren’t for your company’s products, the middle eastern army would have been chased and beaten up by a group of beggars in straw sandals in the last battle.”

“then 1 wonder if you are interested in our mechanical dog?”

“of course, but in urban warfare, the use of mechanical dogs will be greatly reduced. moreover, our soldiers are not middle eastern soldiers.”

he just wanted to lower the price.

there was no need for urban warfare. what the hell are you guys fighting around the city?

if you said that the middle eastern army was trash, then your army wasn’t any better. russia was not the soviet union. the difference between the two was like heaven and earth.

if it were the soviets back then, they would have crushed the other party countless times.

“well, i’m sorry to have wasted your time.”

“no, no, no. actually, we also need a batch of such mechanical dogs to provide support and cover on the battlefield. we are not the middle east, so we can’t afford that kind of price.”

to put it bluntly, they just didn’t have the money. russia was really poor, though they were not crying about it.

“it is impossible to lower the price, but you can exchange it with technology.”

“what tech?”

“the complete set of technology for the blizzard space shuttle..”
