“boss, i’ve bought everything.”

“just put it on the ground.”

“alright.”

the logistics department placed the engine on the floor of the laboratory.

tang rui casually opened one.

the size of the engine was not bad, about the same as he had estimated.

“celia, scan the engine’s exterior and then model it.”

“alright.”

celia controlled the mechanical arm to scan the engine.

very quickly, a 3d model of the engine appeared on the computer.

tang rui dragged the model of the engine into the mechanical dog’s body, and then began to design the mechanical dog’s internal parts structure.

after leaving a space for the exhaust pipe and fuel tank, he began to install the generator, the main board, the optical equipment, the electronic equipment… wait, what about the cooling system?

did he need to add a water tank?

no, how could this be called a water tank? it was clearly a thermos flask.

the entire 10-liter water tank was separated from the hot and cold water.

if you were thirsty on the battlefield, you could just take a cup and drink.

not bad.

tang rui very quickly finished designing the internal structure of the mechanical dog. in addition to the previously designed limbs and external mounting module, a brand-new weapon was ready.

he really didn’t lie to prince sally.

wasn’t it done?

everything went smoothly.

after spending a whole day, tang rui was considered to have manufactured this mechanical dog.

however, it was just for show.

without the driver, everything was useless.

at night, they returned home.

he started writing the driver program.

in fact, the most important thing about mechanical dogs was not the hardware, but the software.

overall balance, movement coordination, image recognition, fuzzy analysis… these things related to programming were the most difficult.

the programs and algorithms written by tang rui himself also could not reach the point of being put into practical application.

but that was not important.

as long as he could write the simple program, he could use the system interface to strengthen the rest.

after spending five hours typing code, his fingers hurt.

he had only managed to come up with a simple program algorithm. who knew how many bugs there were in it?

anyway, as long as it worked.

it didn’t matter if it was a program running or if there were bugs.

the next day, tang rui came to the company, imported the program he wrote last night into the mechanical dog, and then started it.

two steps.

one step.

two steps.

bang!

the left foreleg tripped the right foreleg, and the mechanical dog fell to the ground.

“very good, as long as you can move.”

after tang rui let celia use the mechanical arm to help the mechanical dog up from the ground, he began to strengthen it.

a blue light flashed.

the mechanical dog in front of him had changed greatly.

the original mechanical dog could be said to be bear-like, industrial, and wild.

after the enhancements, the mechanical dog became americanized.

as expected, it still became the person it hated the most.

[item: all-terrain four-legged battlefield support robot dog)

[experience: 0/2500]

[enhancement: body, power, control, integrated electronic]

[origin points: 2231.28]

after tang rui finished looking at the data on the system panel, he put on the smart glasses and connected to the robotic dog.

he began to use his mind to control the mechanical dog’s actions.

he raised its left front leg.

swoosh.

the mechanical dog raised its left front leg.

at this moment, the robot dog’s three legs controlled the balance. the center of gravity adjustment device on the lower abdomen tilted to the right, but the platform on the back of the robot dog remained level.

jumping on the spot.

swoosh!

the mechanical dog’s joints sank and then jumped on the spot.

running in circles.

after the mechanical dog landed, it exerted strength on all four legs and ran forward.

when it ran, it adjusted its center of gravity and kept changing directions.

it stopped.

swoosh!

the mechanical dog that was running suddenly stopped.

its two forelimbs pressed down directly, and the nose of the plane was about to touch the ground.

it was very agile.

its reflexes were also lightning quick.

there was no problem with the balance system and the four-legged coordination system.

between the mounting platform on the back and the main body of the robot dog, there was a stable platform. if a machine gun was mounted on it, it would not be a problem at all.

the accuracy of the shooting would not be reduced because of the mechanical dog’s running.

in any case, it was more than enough to be used as a battlefield assault and fire support.

after a simple test, tang rui took out the blueprint of the mechanical dog and asked what the situation was like after the mechanical dog was strengthened.

“fiber-optic gyroscope.”

“high-precision sensor.”

“the equipment i originally used has been replaced. even the synchronous motor has been replaced with a servo-motor.”

tang rui looked at the accessories on the design drawing and unconsciously muttered.

let’s not talk about anything else now.

just the cost of one robot dog was more than the previous ten.

after all, they were all using good things.

especially that servo-motor—it felt better than the one from xiao ri’s house, its response speed was extremely fast.

upon looking at the design, tang rui had an idea. as for the algorithm program, he would study it at night.

“brother lin, make the arrangements. i want to test a single weapon.”

he left the laboratory and found lin chao.

now that he had new equipment, he definitely had to test it.

then, he would wait for the higher-ups to give their opinions. otherwise, this kind of thing could not be sold at all.

“is this the thing?”

lin chao looked at the mechanical dog beside tang rui and asked.

“yeah, isn’t he handsome?”

“i remember there’s a research institute in the northeast that’s doing this,” lin chao said, referring to the robot dog.

“it doesn’t affect me. i’m going to sell it to the middle east.”

“alright, 1’11 call the military now.”

lin chao was not too familiar with such matters.

he was mainly in charge of this matter before.

a phone call later…

the other side indicated that there was no problem and that they could go over at any time.

tang rui did not want to wait either and set off directly.

in no time, the suv arrived at the training base.

it was still the training base where the fire-fighting drones were tested. however, the soldiers in charge of the test were no longer company commander wang and the others.

“how do you want to test it?”

company commander sun, who was in charge of helping with the test, asked tang rui.

“this thing can be used for battlefield assault, attack, and support. today, well test out its battlefield assault ability.

“just treat it as if you are on the battlefield and guarding a position. 1 will control it to attack your position,” tang rui said simply.

“may 1 ask about its weapon configuration and what weapons we can use?” company commander sun continued to ask.

“its weapon is a gatling gun. as for you guys, as long as it’s not heavy firepower, you can use any individual equipment.”

“alright, i got it.”

after company commander sun finished speaking, he went to regroup the team and set up the drill site.

on tang rui’s side, he dismantled the gatling gun on the off-road rv and changed all the bullets in the drum into ammunition for the exercise.

a few minutes later, company commander sun told him through the walkie-talkie that they could start.

tang rui returned to the car.

he used the smart glasses to control the robotic dog and rushed towards the drill site.

beep beep beep…

in the next second, more than ten red dots appeared on the screen in front of tang rui.

they were all soldiers in the camp..
