On the second day, Hong Dali was lying on his desk in the classroom and blissfully reading a novel on his cell phone.

Come to think of it, being a happy prodigal was pretty enjoyable—good students had to study hard and listen attentively to lectures. Should their transmigration go wrong, they would have to worry all day about fleeing from danger and training hard to fight. He had it good. He was enjoying the bliss and was living the life.

The most enjoyable thing was that the teacher did not even dare to discipline him. They had to be thankful that he didn’t cause any disaster for them.

“Kneel neatly! Hahaha, good, this segment is really nicely written. This is very satisfying, domineering! This is exactly what the effect should be!” Hong Dali read this book titled “God Slayer” and felt like he was in the skies. He immediately logged in to his super VIP account in Zhong Dian website. He then opened the bestow reward page and clicked on the bestow reward button for a good ten minutes.

I’m loaded anyway, I shall bestow the reward however much I deem fit!

Half an hour later, the entire Zhong Dian website was completely brewing with excitement.

Initially, there was a reader who chanced upon the refreshed web page, which was filled with the rewarded credits. This shocked the reader, and he screamed in the chat room for readers: “What the heck, there’s a nouveau riche offering huge rewards for the ‘God Slayer,’ everyone quickly come and take a look!”

And the second person saw this and commented in another chat room: “The heck! There’s a super nouveau riche on the web page. He’s already alliance-leader ranked. He’s been sending rewards for five minutes already and is still going strong!”

And the third person saw it and it became: “Everyone come and look, a God-level nouveau riche has attained the alliance-leader rank! Spending money like turning on the tap, really impressive! Everyone quickly come and look!”

Ten minutes later, the “God Slayer” review section wrote:

Reader 1: “This fellow is definitely a real nouveau riche. I have been reading novels for a few years, and this is the first time I’ve seen anything like this. What the heck, he’s still going on!”

Reader 2: “God-level nouveau riche, let’s be friends, shall we? Please provide for me, I can warm the bed for you!”

Reader 3: “Is this book really that well-written? So much credit rewards? This cannot do, I shall take a look.”

Reader 4: “This guy is probably a rich boss? This rhythm, it’s like he’s trying to create a hole in the sky!”

Reader 5: “Let me have a look at this book, is it really that good?”

Thirty minutes later, the “God Slayer” book review section:

Reader 3: “What the heck, this book is so thrilling. I have never noticed that in the past. No wonder someone actually spammed bestowing rewards!”

Reader 5: “I totally support this book, this is definitely a great book, period! Those who haven’t seen it will definitely regret it!”

Forty minutes later, Chenhui Building level 8, Zhong Dian website headquarters—

Secretary: “Director Yang, Young Master is spamming on bestowing rewards for ‘God Slayer,’ what should we do…”

Director Yang: “Go and find that spendthrift, let him handle this.”

Business service director’s office.

Secretary: “Director Zhang, Young Master is spamming on bestowing rewards for ‘God Slayer.’ Should we be doing anything?”

Zhang Wenyang, who earned the favor of Hong Dali due to his tendency of spending money like water, smiled and said, “Is there a need to ask? Draw 100,000 yuan from the finance department and recruit the Internet Water Army. Do it like this, and that!”

After leaving the business service director’s office, the secretary muttered, “Spends money like water indeed, spending 100,000 yuan on the Internet Water Army? What a retard.”

Regardless of what she thought, she had to do what she was told to do.

Thus, one and a half hours later, “God Slayer” book review section:

Internet Water Army Soldier 1: “This is definitely a great book. Brothers, come and support!

Internet Water Army Soldier 2: “Supported, continuing on doing it!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 3: “What’s the matter? Why are there so many bootlickers? This is definitely a hype, I shall go and verify it!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 4: “I’ll go and see what this is about too.”

Two and a half hours later, “God Slayer” book review section:

Internet Water Army Soldier 5: “Damn, this book is really thrilling to the core! How did I not notice this in the past?”

Reader 6: “Really? I’ll go and have a look!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 6: “This is a top class God-level book, period!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 7: “What the heck, everyone look, that super nouveau riche is back at it again. Now he has already awarded 6.5 million fan points. That means he has spent 65,000 yuan!”

Reader 7: “Nouveau riche, this is definitely a super nouveau riche! This cannot do, I have to go and have a look at the book. Why is this book so unheard of in the past? I just don’t believe that such an impressive nouveau riche would reward it if the book were trash!”

Four hours later, “God Slayer” book review section:

Reader 8: “I’m convinced. This book is freaking thrilling. Definitely, something I haven’t seen before! The enemy is totally overwhelmed by the main character!”

At the same time, Hong Dali, who had just woken up from a nap after lunch, had a good stretch and yawned. He muttered, “Ah, these days have been a blast. Now let’s have a look at other books.”

Ten minutes later, the Zhong Dian website once again had an upsurge:

Reader 1: “Damn, that God-level nouveau riche is back at it again, this time it’s ‘The Undying’! He’s spamming on bestowing rewards for the alliance-leader rank again! The ‘God Slayer’ that he rewarded just now was precisely an underrated gem, everyone quickly come and take a look!”

Reader 2: “I’ve read the ‘God Slayer,’ and I was thrilled to the skies! Let’s see how this ‘The Undying’ will fare. If it’s as thrilling as the ‘God Slayer,’ the issue of the lack of good books to read will then be solved!”

Twenty minutes later, the Internet Water Army arrived:

Internet Water Army Soldier 1: “God-level nouveau riche, please provide for me!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 2: “Seems like we have another thrilling book. Everyone follow the God-level nouveau riche! We go wherever he goes!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 3: “Yes, yes, yes. This book can hold a candle to the ‘God Slayer.’ The God-level nouveau riche is really sharp-eyed. Every book he finds is a gem! What a thrill!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 4: “Hahahaha, everyone please follow closely, report at once when you take notice!”

Reader 3: “Good book, what an absolutely good book! Had the God-level nouveau riche not taken action, I’d probably have never noticed this!”

Reader 4: “Indeed, that would’ve been such a pity. This book is really pretty well-written. You will get addicted to it once you start reading it!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 5: “Damn, look, that God-level nouveau riche already has 5 million fan points for this book! Impressive!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 6: “What are you guys looking for, look at the God-level nouveau riche’s bookshelf! Just these two books are already so wonderful. The rest of the books on his shelf must be as good!”

Internet Water Army Soldier 7: “Yes! What a smart dude you are! Everyone, quickly go and access the God-level nouveau riche’s bookshelf! All the books inside are definitely good!”

Meanwhile, in the classroom. Hong Dali said, “Ah, this story is so thrilling. The rest of the story hasn’t been updated yet though. Forget it, I’ll go and sleep now. Seems like I still have to wait for a few more days for the author to upload more chapters.”

Zhong Dian website HQ.

The secretary stood in front of the general manager with a forehead full of perspiration and said, “Director Yang, according to the tabulations, the website traffic has risen by…”

Director Yang impatiently asked, “Risen by how much? Why are you stuttering?”

“It has risen by…” The secretary gulped and continued, “It has risen by an entire 20%, and it is still growing exponentially. I reckon by the end of today, traffic can rise to 220,000 per day.”

“What the heck!” Director Yang uncontrollably blurted a classic expletive. “I must be freaking dreaming!”

He slapped himself twice and realized it hurt. He hurriedly said, “Have you found the source of the traffic? How much of this traffic is from the Internet Water Army?”

“This… this is…” the secretary said in a difficult tone. “The traffic rise was computed after accounting for the removal of the Internet Water Army’s IP addresses. The traffic is concentrated on the Young Master’s favorite books. And those who have seen them all gave pretty good reviews.”

“Get on with those recommendations!” Director Yang decided on the spot. “Remove all those badly performing books and put these up straight away! Quick!”
