Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

54: Electromagnetic shock cannon? No, a small earthquake generator.“Comrade Xiao Zhang, can I have someone record this?”

“I want The Top Leader to see something like this.”

Academician Wang quickened his pace to Zhang Yuanhang’s side and said. Any weapon Zhang Yuanhang mentioned must be extraordinary.

It’s best to let China’s Top Leader know about this kind of thing.

“Of course, no problem!” Zhang Yuanhang nodded.

Academician Wang smiled and waved to his subordinates, “Go quickly and get a camera, a high-speed camera!”

“Yes!”

The guards protecting Academician Wang immediately hurried to get the high-speed camera. Fortunately, a high-speed camera was still kept at the military base from the last experiment on the Mecha’s Nuclear Reactor Device.

It didn’t take Everyone much time, and the high-speed camera was in position.

“Everyone, I’m about to start!”

Lin Yun saw that the high-speed camera was ready, so he controlled the Mecha to the wasteland of the firing range.

“Everyone, let’s move back a little, otherwise, it won’t be good if we get caught in the blast.” Zhang Yuanhang pulled Academician Wang back one or two miles.

“Quick, quick, let’s all follow Comrade Xiao Zhang back.”

Seeing that the inventor of the Mecha was so afraid that he retreated one or two miles away, Everyone also followed Zhang Yuanhang to the back, fearing to be left behind.

“Come on!!!”

Lin Yun pressed the switch of the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon, and the Mecha’s two hands quickly transformed into two claws, with a blue light appearing in the middle.

“This... is this really something that can appear in this era?”

Academician Wang and the others looked at the Mecha, feeling as if it had traveled from the future to the present.

Zhang Yuanhang’s eyes glowed as he looked at the Mecha, “I wonder how powerful the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon is?”

That’s right, as the inventor of the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon, Zhang Yuanhang had never used it before.

“Boom!!!”

The Mecha’s two hands directly plunged into the ground, and in the blink of an eye, the wasteland churned like boiling water.

This sudden change almost made the elderly Academician Wang lose his footing. Fortunately, Zhang Yuanhang noticed it and immediately grabbed Academician Wang, preventing him from falling to the ground.

Looking at the continuously ‘boiling’ wasteland, Everyone was stunned. This was just a miniature version of a super earthquake.

“Is this Mecha really something humans can build? The land within a kilometer radius has been affected by the Mecha.”

“Yes, look, the rocks beneath the wasteland have been shaken and churned out.”

...Academician Wu, Academician Sun, Academician Zhao, and the others swallowed their saliva.

“This Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon is simply a divine weapon for demolishing military structures and fighting urban warfare!”

Leader Jia drooled as he looked at the Mecha. This thing was practically tailor-made for urban warfare. With this in hand, urban warfare would no longer be the army’s nightmare.

Whatever it is, just fire a shot, and everything will be pulverized.

The enemies hiding inside would be annihilated without a trace.

“Indeed, this thing is perfectly suited for demolishing military structures and urban warfare.”

Academician Wang looked at the Mecha, wondering if he should have Zhang Yuanhang build a few more Mechas and deploy them on the Border with India.

Using this Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon to destroy the military structures that India had spent a lot of effort building in the disputed areas.

Moreover, the Mecha uses a Nuclear Reactor Device for power, so there’s no need to worry about problems caused by the low-oxygen environment at high altitudes.

Academician Wang felt that he could have a good discussion with China’s Top Leader tonight.

It’s not good to keep the Mecha hidden forever. After all, a groundbreaking superweapon like the Mecha needs to be shown to the public to serve as a deterrent, doesn’t it?

Just like the atomic bomb back then, if two weren’t used, who would fear the atomic bomb?

It must be brought out for people to witness, so that the Mecha can play its greatest role in peaceful times.

To deter all countries on Blue Star!!!

As for whether early exposure would lead to the leakage of Mecha technology, Academician Wang felt there was no need to worry at all.

Even after Zhang Yuanhang brought out the Mecha’s design blueprints, Academician Wu and the other three Academicians, along with their elite team, had studied it for so long and still hadn’t understood anything.

“Oh my goodness!”

Lin Yun turned off the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon, controlled the Mecha to stand up, and looked at the mess.

The boulders that were originally buried tens, or even dozens of meters deep, were shattered by the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon and then unearthed.

If this were used on tanks, their fate would probably be no better than these shattered rocks.

As for the tank crew, being able to find their remains would be considered good.

Lin Yun excitedly walked out of the Mecha’s cockpit, “Comrade Xiao Zhang, your Mecha is really too comfortable. It would be great if our army could be equipped with it sooner.”

“Then I want to see who can bully us.”

Lin Yun said, clenching his fist.

“That’s right, there are still occasional bloody skirmishes on the Border.”

“If this behemoth existed, those forces would probably have to carefully consider their actions before making a move.”

Leader Jia also slowly said.

“It will probably take some time to equip the Mecha.” Zhang Yuanhang shrugged. If he led the way, and with the elite team led by Academician Wu, they could quickly build a second Mecha.

But once Zhang Yuanhang’s help was gone, they would be completely lost, knowing nothing.

“Comrade Xiao Zhang, if our government fully supports you from behind, how long would you need to build a Mecha production line?”

Academician Wang asked, and Leader Jia and Lin Yun, the two soldiers, looked at Academician Wang with gleaming eyes.

Is the first Mecha unit on Blue Star about to appear in our China???

After a hundred years of hardship, is our China about to stand at the pinnacle of Blue Star once again!!!

Zhang Yuanhang lowered his head in thought.

Seeing Zhang Yuanhang thinking seriously, Academician Wu, Academician Sun, Academician Zhao, and the others felt deeply ashamed.

They were dragging the country down!!!

“Alas, it’s all our fault. If we could understand a bit about the Mecha’s structure, we could have helped a little.”

“Yes, then our army could be equipped with Mechas more quickly.”

“How could I be so stupid!”

...The researchers present all said with guilt. They wished they could keep up with Zhang Yuanhang’s pace.

“Everyone, don’t be like that. I see all your efforts.”

“This is not your fault. It’s just that the Mecha invented by Comrade Xiao Zhang is too powerful, and you don’t have the ability to understand his design blueprints.”

Academician Wang comforted Everyone, and just then, Zhang Yuanhang spoke.

“If all the configurations are the same as this one, I don’t know how long it would take.”

“But if we remove the Tarantula Unmanned Self-Propelled Mecha on the Mecha’s thighs and the Iron Eagle Stealth Unmanned Reconnaissance Drone on its waist, it would probably still take over a year.”

Zhang Yuanhang crossed his arms, stroked his chin, and slowly said.

“Tarantula Unmanned Self-Propelled Mecha?”

“Iron Eagle Stealth Unmanned Reconnaissance Drone???”

Everyone repeated these two phrases, and for a moment, Everyone’s minds were a bit confused. This Mecha in front of them still had other unrevealed functions!!!
