Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

53: Eagle sauce wants to recruit Zhang Yuanhang, the second weapon of the mecha is the electromagnetic shock cannon!“Go call the new Director of Eagle Country Intelligence Agency for me; I have something to ask him.”

Trump planned to have spies lurking in Huaxia recruit Zhang Yuanhang. Once this genius scientist joined Eagle Country, Trump believed that Eagle Country’s strength would definitely achieve a leap in a new level.

“Alright, Boss!”

The secretary felt pity for Ike, the Director of Eagle Country Intelligence Agency, who had just taken office. The previous Director of Eagle Country Intelligence Agency had been called in by Trump several times like this.

And then he was dismissed and sent home.

If Ike couldn’t satisfy Trump, his ultimate fate was self-evident.

Ten minutes later.

Trump, who was drinking coffee at his desk, finally waited for Ike.

“Boss, I’m here.” Ike wiped the hot sweat from his forehead. After receiving the news that Trump wanted to see him overnight, Ike rushed over as fast as he could.

“Mm-hmm.”

“You should know about this genius scientist from Huaxia, right?”

Trump pointed to the three large characters ‘Zhang Yuanhang’ on the document and asked.

“Mm-hmm, I know. He’s a very terrifying person.”

Ike had specifically checked the intelligence agency’s information on Zhang Yuanhang on his way over.

“This kid’s scientific research ability is very strong. I think he shouldn’t be in Huaxia, but should come to the free and equal Eagle Country.”

“I want you to send people to recruit him, to bring him from hell to heaven.”

Trump said.

“Boss, according to the information our intelligence agency collected before, this Zhang Yuanhang is a relatively patriotic person.”

“Trying to make him betray Huaxia, betray his motherland, is probably impossible!”

Ike said with a troubled expression.

“If you can’t persuade him, can’t you just have your people directly capture him and bring him to our Eagle Country?”

“If you can’t capture him alive, then directly kill him. A scientist that our Eagle Country cannot have, Huaxia also cannot have.”

At this moment, Trump fully demonstrated the saying, “If you can’t have it, destroy it.”

“Boss, I understand.”

Ike was still thinking that taking a genius scientist from Huaxia was an impossible task, but compared to assassinating a genius scientist in Huaxia, there was at least some possibility.

“Go do it. It’s best to recruit Zhang Yuanhang. If he really doesn’t know what’s good for him, then kill him!”

Trump said.

“Don’t worry, Boss, I guarantee I’ll handle things perfectly.”

As for Trump’s later words, Ike didn’t even bother listening. Bringing someone back? How much simpler to just kill him.

So, the Eagle Country spies lurking in Huaxia received the mission to assassinate Zhang Yuanhang.

At the same time.

Zhang Yuanhang had already returned to the military base in Shancheng.

“Little Zhang, you’re finally back.”

“We missed you terribly.”

Academician Wu, Academician Sun, and Academician Zhao quickly came to Zhang Yuanhang’s side.

Although Zhang Yuanhang had given them the design blueprints for the mecha last time, they had tried to build the Laser Cannon they had been researching for a long time.

The result was that the Laser Cannon built by their group, with the full support of the country, was completely like a toy compared to the Laser Cannon built by Zhang Yuanhang alone.

It simply couldn’t compare.

Elder Wang also slowly walked over at this time, looking at Zhang Yuanhang with complex eyes.

At this moment, Elder Wang really wanted to open Zhang Yuanhang’s head to see how his brain was structured.

These Academicians, with design blueprints and full national support, actually couldn’t keep up with Zhang Yuanhang alone.

“Little Zhang, I want to ask you a question.” Academician Zhao said, holding Zhang Yuanhang’s hand.

“Academician Zhao, please speak.”

Zhang Yuanhang looked at Academician Zhao with a smile.

“I looked at the design blueprints for the mecha arms and found that there seems to be something hidden in the two arms of the mecha.”

“Could it be that two Laser Cannons are also hidden in the mecha’s arms?”

Academician Zhao asked, puzzled. In his opinion, the two Laser Cannons on the mecha’s shoulders already met the mecha’s combat requirements. Why install more Laser Cannons on the arms?

Why not replace them with something else?

“Ah! Little Zhang, you also installed Laser Cannons?!”

“Why didn’t I discover them when I was piloting the mecha?”

Lin Yun rubbed the back of his head. He had piloted the mecha several times, so why had he never discovered the existence of extra Laser Cannons on the mecha?

“No, no, I only installed two Laser Cannons on the mecha in total.” Zhang Yuanhang waved his hand, “The things on the arms are Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannons.”

“Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon???”

Everyone’s mouths slightly opened as they looked at Zhang Yuanhang. What was that thing?

“Little Zhang, what is this Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon you’re talking about?”

“What does it do?”

Elder Wang asked, puzzled.

“Little Zhang, why didn’t I see the switch for this Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon in the cockpit?”

Lin Yun asked, puzzled.

Elder Wang looked at Lin Yun disapprovingly. Didn’t he see that he was asking Zhang Yuanhang? What was this kid jumping out for?

Lin Yun also realized his mistake at this point and immediately turned into an ostrich, retreating to the back.

“Everyone, it’s not easy for me to explain to you. How about I let the mecha demonstrate it for Everyone?”

If Zhang Yuanhang were to explain, he would dry his mouth out and still not finish. It would be better to directly bring out the mecha and demonstrate it for Everyone to see.

“Alright!”

Elder Wang also saw that Zhang Yuanhang was reluctant to explain directly, and he understood that even if Zhang Yuanhang explained, he wouldn’t understand. So, he simply went with a live demonstration for Everyone to witness.

“Let’s go, let’s go.”

Everyone excitedly arrived at the hangar where the mecha was parked.

“I’ll go pilot the mecha. Little Zhang, unlock the switch for that Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon for me, and I’ll test it.”

Seeing that Zhang Yuanhang was about to go himself, Lin Yun quickly grabbed Zhang Yuanhang, then signaled Academician Zhao and the others to hold Zhang Yuanhang back.

“That’s right, Little Zhang, let Lin Yun go. That kid has thick skin.”

“Yes, yes, Little Zhang, Lin Yun has piloted it several times already. He’s more experienced than you.”

Zhang Yuanhang was held by Academician Zhao on his left and Academician Wu on his right.

Facing this situation, Zhang Yuanhang gave a helpless wry smile. He had built the mecha, but after all this time, he hadn’t piloted it many times.

“Alright, alright, where’s the tablet?”

Zhang Yuanhang asked where his tablet was.

“Here, here.”

Academician Sun jogged over with the tablet that could remotely control the mecha and handed it to Zhang Yuanhang.

Zhang Yuanhang unlocked the switch for the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon on the tablet. “Colonel Lin Yun, I’ve unlocked it.”

“Alright.”

Lin Yun nodded, then boarded the mecha.

“Let’s go, Everyone, let’s go to a wasteland to test it.”

Zhang Yuanhang originally wanted to test it at the firing range, but he thought that the power of the Electromagnetic Oscillation Cannon was not small. Once used, all houses, equipment, and people within a two-mile radius centered on the mecha would be destroyed.

“Behind the firing range there is a wasteland. We can all go there to test it.”

At this moment, Leader Jia, who had been silent, stepped forward and pointed in the direction of the wasteland, saying.

“Good!”

Zhang Yuanhang nodded, and Everyone followed Leader Jia to the wasteland.
