My Players Are So Fierce

Chapter 3106 -1034: You’re So Bad Even Felix Would Shake His Head_3

—————–

“Power… ah, endless power!”

In the battleground below, the players’ relentless barrage in the first few minutes cut Gehrman Bonebite’s health down to 40%. On our side, thanks to the defenders’ competent performance and coordination, aside from summoned creatures suffering, there were basically no casualties.

However, it seemed like a change in phase.

Even though the BOSS’s health was dwindling, there was no sign of it getting scared; instead, as its life faded, the surging power within Gehrman burst forth in a more vigorous manner.

Black flames spewed from its nostrils, ears, and mouth. Even beneath its eyes, shadows brewed, and every strike with the bonebite warhammer was increasingly forceful. Stick Brother moved forward to take a hit, managed to defend against the attack, yet bizarre energy backlash wiped two-thirds of his health.

“Fall back! I’ll handle it!”

Orchid shouted, clad in the Hunting Crown exoskeleton, taking on the defense burden alone.

The players saw it clearly now, this BOSS was designed such that the less health it has, the stronger its attacks get. With 40% health, it could nearly kill the shield tank, and when it reaches the execute threshold, it could easily kill any player.

That’s when we must adopt the “kiting” tactic.

“Quick! DPS hit hard, we’re about to enter the plot!”

The raging giant shark surged forward, swung its axe, executing a move that took out a segment of the BOSS’s health, and shouted to nearby players to hit quickly.

Niu Niu, clutching the great sword, asked confusedly:

“How do you know we’re entering the plot soon? Have you fought this BOSS before? Can’t be, right?”

“Are you blind? Look at the sky! Sir Murphy and that strange machine woman NPC are already waiting up there. Isn’t this waiting for the second phase plot to start? What else could it be?”

The giant shark cursed, and the crowd looked up.

Holy crap.

Indeed, Sir Murphy was cruising high in the air, holding a thunderous giant warhammer, with a cool mechanical woman wrapped in flames beside him.

Ha, so this is how the support NPCs wait to enter the plot?

Damn, we’re getting beaten up painfully here, and you’re just watching from the side? Sir Murphy, why are you just watching? Come down and use your invincible necessary evil to take out this bastard, will you?

“Holy crap! It’s aggroed!”

Just then, Head Lion Beast, preparing to strike with his katana, sensed something was off and was ready to retreat. He saw the BOSS, furiously pounding on Orchid, suddenly turn its head, staring at him with hollow eyes, followed by a lightning-fast attack + wild clawing, instantly sending Head Lion Beast flying, then chasing Fure Immortal and the Grey Wolf Army warriors around to attack.

Fure Immortal shouted while running:

“What is the shield tank doing? Taunt it back quickly!”

“Taunt your sister, does this game have a forced taunt? Is this your werewolf players’ understanding of the game!?”

Stick Brother threw the heavy shield on his back and rushed in holding a flail, shouting:

“BOSS has entered execute phase, now it ignores aggro, everyone scatter, melee go in for chip damage, ranged hit hard! Activate all survival skills!”

[Ding! World BOSS ‘Gehrman Chaos Vanguard’ will enter berserk mode in 1 minute!]

At this moment, a combat notification rang ominously, causing all players involved in the strategy to panic.

The BOSS’s health had just passed 20%, and there was only 1 minute left!

Damn, there must be someone slacking off! If we wipe, a strict inspection is necessary.

But this notification gave the players confidence. You see, the BOSS’s name is “Chaos Vanguard”, which definitely means a transformation wave later, when it’s all about the plot, Sir Murphy and the cool robot came for this.

So, just take down the last bit of health to achieve victory!

“Slash at the neck, what are you all doing! Isn’t it time to figure out how to trigger the insta-kill attack? With attacks like these, how long will it take?”

Even the always composed Brother Cat got anxious, shouting as he swung his shattered Sun Sword, finally making everyone realize.

Damn, dungeon mentality has become a fixed mindset, almost forgetting the world here has “insta-kill attacks”.

As long as the head is chopped off, 20% health can be cleared instantly.

“No more dodging! Face it head-on! Not enough time!”

The giant shark showed its manly side, surging forward.

He lasted for five seconds with lock health, then Old Lee and Old Yang followed suit. Seeing the berserk time approaching, Fure Immortal and Moonlit Crazy Wolf, who were fleeing, gritted their teeth, steeled their hearts, turned back to pounce on the BOSS, Fure Immortal getting knocked away by a claw. But in the next instant, more than four weapons simultaneously pierced into Gehrman’s already tattered body.

The most lethal strike came from Moonlit Crazy Wolf, driving the blade through Gehrman’s chin straight into the brain.

“You… traitor to the werewolf people!”

Gehrman cursed, and Moonlit Crazy Wolf, fueled by unknown anger, retorted loudly:

“You’re the traitor! Clinging to barbarism and ignorance, unwilling to let go, seeing only your ambition while ignoring what the werewolf truly need. The future promised by Wise Wolf is bright.

You!

Are just an invader doomed to be etched on the pillar of shame!”

“Boom”

As the life belonging to Gehrman Bonebite faded, a dark storm erupted within its shell, instantly causing players’ San value to plummet. Just as some were about to go mad, they heard the fiery explosion and meteor descent from the sky.

In a dazzling strike animation, Penny, in the form of a supernova, charged into the battlefield amidst players’ cheers.

With a fiery advance tearing the dark storm apart, she executed a stylish 360° spinning kick with a coolness level reaching 999, knocking back the blackened Gehrman’s hurled warhammer. In the plasma flame burning battle suit, she pushed forward, each move full of a cool aura of strength, and as the lightning-ridden bombardment continued, Murphy transformed into a bloody shadow and entered the battlefield.

Under the Omega Program’s cover, he executed a standard skull-cracking blow, slamming the Claw Splitter onto Gehrman’s head, bending the neck to a 90° angle.

Yet, the latter hadn’t fallen, its twisted wolf face only showing a stiff expression that couldn’t be considered menacing.

“I also have werewolf friends…”

Murphy stared at the face layered with chaos, speaking in a coarse language unfit for his elegant demeanor:

“Compared to them… you’re just like dog crap!”
