My Players Are So Fierce

Chapter 3102 -1033: When You’re Near Death and Have a Bottle of Elixir of Immortality Nearby…_2

Who among the family understands this?

Being surrounded by a group of chaotic creatures that could transform and eat people at any moment feels damn upsetting. Compared to this, even the days of starvation in the Dark Mountain Range seem wonderfully splendid.

“Chieftain, the Throne Wolves have stopped responding… I suspect even our Throne Wolves might have already…”

A Jackal Barbarian with a missing ear runs over the muddy ground to deliver some distressing bad news to Gehrman·Bonebite.

But the King of Bone Biting can no longer be bothered by these things.

He could see with his own eyes several Half-body Man Airships slicing through the sky, and a crimson-painted Armed Airship dropping destructive iron rain onto the distant mountains, the tremors of the earth audible even through the mountains.

The civilized faction has begun their attack.

A new storm is rising all around, but this time it carried no impurity and instead mixed with intense jade flames of purification. This bizarre fiery tornado was sweeping through the hills ravaged by the pouring rain while those chaotic creatures around were already agitated and instinctively warned by danger, beginning to strike out in all directions.

“Now is the time! No more Throne Wolves, sons, follow your king!”

Gehrman·Bonebite squints his eyes and roars:

“I’ll guide you to break through, but don’t fall behind… you all understand the situation we’re in; if anyone falls behind, then don’t blame me for leaving you behind. If you’re lost, don’t panic, try to escape towards the ruins of the Brass Fortress.

I left an old and weak army there; if it comes to it…

Then surrender to the civilized faction!”

“Surrender?”

The surrounding Jackal People were dumbfounded.

They never imagined this shameful word could come from their chieftain’s mouth, Gehrman Chieftain, who claimed to be the most legitimate descendant of the King of Bone Biting, had never tolerated that word, yet now uttered it voluntarily.

“Yes, surrender.”

Gehrman·Bonebite had his own calculations. As he led his die-hard loyalists through the stinking mud to break out, he explained:

“Remember those scouts our warriors captured before they went mad? I interrogated them, and they said the Whip-tail Clan and the Broken Tooth Clan endorsed a guy called ‘Sage Wolf’ who reassembled our species in the Dark Mountains, and because they participated in the counterattack against the Master of Hunting, they were recognized by the civilized faction as neutral.

A Kingdom of Jackal People is about to be established in the Dark Mountains, sons, I too wish we could die on the battlefield as standard Jackal People heroes, but look at those monsters around us!

We’ve been played by the twilight!

Those heretics only want to use us as cannon fodder to divert the civilized faction’s attention so they can hide and continue their disgusting deeds, our current sacrificial battle brings neither honor nor courage, sacrificing ourselves for others’ conspiracies carries no dignity at all.

We’ve lost, but we still have one final path.

The Bonebite Clan hasn’t joined that Kingdom of Jackal People, my clansmen remain loyal to me, we still have our own territory, and if that Sage Wolf wants to annex our clan, he can’t just leave us to fend for ourselves.”

The surrounding Jackal People seem to understand.

They continuously praised their chieftain’s wisdom but failed to notice the coldness in Gehrman·Bonebite’s eyes.

His account was full of loopholes, nothing more than a ruse to fool the brainless barbarians. If there were a Priest here, it would be exposed, but given the current situation, it no longer mattered.

When he set out, he had already switched to the ordinary Barbarian Soldier’s armor and used mud to hide his conspicuous golden mane, blending in with his guards without being noticed.

If possible, the King of Bone Biting naturally hoped to bring these loyal warriors back to the ancestral land, but if misfortune struck…

He had to find a way to create a path for himself to survive, right?

“Howl!”

Just as Gehrman·Bonebite leads a group of trusted aides to the chaos outside the camp, a pack of Throne Wolves with bloodshot eyes suddenly leaps out from the stinking pit of corpses, led by none other than the crimson Throne Wolf raised by Gehrman himself. But now, where was the trace of rationality in the creature’s muddy eyes?

In the King of Bone Biting’s agonized gaze, his hunting companion’s scar-ridden skin was surging with bizarre substances, and from the torn skin, a filthy tentacle with sharp teeth emerged.

It had turned into a chaotic creature.

“Kill them!”

The King of Bone Biting’s roar went out of tune.

The Jackal People held deep affection for their Throne Wolves, and no matter how ruthless, they had a soft spot in their hearts.

From behind, they took the firearms forcedly crafted by Half-body craftsmen for them and pulled the trigger as the disgusting creatures charged at them, launching large-caliber explosive grenades onto the opponent, blasting a small part of the creature’s body with the instant explosion of Burning Gold shells on contact.

A whistling war hammer ripped through the smoke, hammering fiercely onto the twisted neck of the giant wolf with a skull-crushing posture, shoving a crude, massive bomb into the opponent’s mouth amid the tearing of its skin.

With a thunderous “boom,” the creature’s body exploded into fragments.

Gehrman·Bonebite took one last look at the Throne Wolf he raised, and in that instant, even this thug’s heart was filled with rage and a killing intent towards the twilight.

If fate granted him a path to survival today…

For the rest of his life, he would spare no effort to make those bastards pay!
