Ning An's Wild Wish System

”This is no longer the feudal era, kneeling to a teacher is not a sign of respect but out of sheer helplessness.”

”Yeah, look at that expression on the kid’s face, it’s obvious he’s being forced.”

”Even a fool can tell it’s forced, who would willingly kneel to someone else?”

”Well, that might not always be true; if someone gave me ten thousand bucks for a kneel, I could keep at it until they went bankrupt, haha.”

”...”

As more and more people commented, more and more were searching for the gossip.

Unsurprisingly, this broadcast shot to the top of the trending lists on major platforms once again.

The hotter it got, the more fiery it became; this siphon effect brought more and more people into Ning An’s live stream, to the point where the streaming platform’s servers began to crash.

Faced with this situation, the streaming platform worked overtime to troubleshoot the issues.

They definitely didn’t want to risk the wrath of these gossip-mongers.

Seeing the perfect opportunity, Li Yang pulled a recorder from his pocket and turned the volume up to maximum.

”This is outrageous! Outrageous! You think you can judge me with a few so-called just claims?”

”I’m telling you, as long as I’m in leadership at the academy, I’ve got a hundred ways to ruin you!”

”I might not be able to cancel your provisional party member status, but I haven’t been surviving these years for nothing, don’t even think about advancing to a full member!”

”I can’t do anything to expel you from school, but issuing you a few demerits is easy as pie!”

”I’ll put them in your record, and what can you do about it, huh?”

”If you’re unhappy about it, feel free to make a fuss, protest however you like, jump off a building or whatever, but you think the school will cover it up?”

”...”

To fully accommodate the ongoing broadcast, the recorder was purposefully set to 0.5x speed, and the volume was turned to the max.

Before the recording even ended, the place was already in an uproar, with everybody whispering to each other.

”This is it, it’s all over.”

”Vice Director Wang, what’s going on? How could you let such a thing get out, it’s over.”

”No saving it, it’s completely over.”

”...”

The reaction in the live stream chat was even more intense.

”How could such a beast even be allowed to teach? If I were a student under her, my family wouldn’t even know when my funeral ritual was.”

”A grand director with unparalleled power, right? Justice can’t judge you, huh? Well, we commoners will have to give it a try.”

”Lived all these years and finally met a leader who tells it like it is. She can clarify the extent of her own power; she’s a great leader already, what more do you want?”

”Brothers, I’ve posted all available complaint contacts in the comments, let’s make sure these phones ring non-stop for a day!”

”...”

Seeing the situation increasingly unfavorable to herself, Vice Director Wang’s claw-like hands kept scratching at me, looking terribly panicked: ”I didn’t mean it that way, get out of here!”

”Those words were just out of anger, meant to scare you a bit so you’d improve yourself, hoping you’d become someone who contributes to the country and society. It was just a teaching method, not meant to be taken seriously...”

Li Yang wasn’t listening to her rambling at all; his task was to hold onto her leg stubbornly, look up defiantly, and make tears continuously flow.

Soon, more and more people gathered at Vice Director Wang’s office door.

There was even some shoving to take the center position for better pictures.

”Li Yang, the teacher apologizes. It’s the teacher’s fault.”

”Would you please leave? If you encounter any difficulties in the future, you can come directly to the teacher. The teacher will definitely help you, okay?”

As more gathered at the door and more cameras pointed their way, Vice Director Wang became more flustered, her tone turning from initial anger to pleading.

Hearing this, Li Yang turned his head and raised his voice a few decibels: ”What, teacher, what did you say, not enough?”

”Teacher, I really was wrong; I truly see my own lack of social graces now. If you don’t punish me, I’ll discuss with my parents, stop my mom’s treatment, sell the house, whatever you want, as long as you let me go, waaah...”

These few words cut to the heart, silently lethal.

If it weren’t for the screen barrier, people in the live stream chat would’ve already vented their anger.

”Damn! Teachers nowadays really aren’t like before. Who lets just anyone become a teacher now?”

”I just tried calling Z City’s Education Bureau, and it’s showing busy. You guys are too fast; leave some for us stragglers.”

”Are you dumb? The Z City Education Bureau only oversees local primary and secondary schools. Z City University of Technology is under the provincial education bureau; you should be calling them.”

”Wow! Bro, you really know your stuff! I just finished calling Z City’s number, and they told me the same thing.”

”Haha, you guys just lack experience. I once pissed off a teacher who insisted on giving me a failing grade, so I went to the local education bureau and found out then.”

”...”

It was no surprise that in just a few minutes, the entire internet was abuzz with this news, and so were campus circles.

Even students fully engrossed in the library were alerted by high school peers.

”Sweet, I remember you’re at Z City University of Technology, right? Are you at the scene of that drama right now?”
