Marvel: Odin Imprisoned Me with Hela

”So the exit was over there.”

Hearing the sound of something cutting through the air behind him, Orion Cross turned around, swatted away the spear thrust at him, ignored the ”primitive person,” and walked out of the cave.

”So it was night. No wonder it was so dark.”

Orion Cross withdrew from the spiritual realm and looked at the stars dotting the sky as he muttered to himself.

”There’s an intruder! Stop him!”

The guard whose weapon had been knocked away and who had been ignored by Orion Cross rushed out and shouted at the top of his lungs.

The surrounding guards heard the sound and looked over. Seeing Orion Cross standing at the edge of the high platform, they all raised their spears and bows.

”The router is over there.”

Using the divine power inside his body to sense the direction, Orion Cross stomped his foot, leaped up, and jumped dozens of meters away in one bound.

The guards only had time to shoot a few arrows at empty air.

”Not good. The intruder’s target is the queen!”

Seeing Orion Cross’s direction, the leading guard’s expression suddenly changed. He took out the horn at his waist and blew it directly.

The sound of the horn echoed across the entire forest and grassland. Countless people who were resting, patrolling, or eating all stopped what they were doing and picked up their weapons.

Meanwhile, Orion Cross, who was running and leaping, became faster and faster. In the end, he was completely invisible to the naked eye, leaving only a gust of wind behind.

The sound of the assembly horn also made the Amazon Queen, Hippolyta, realize something was wrong. She immediately walked out of her bedroom and stood atop the mountain peak, gazing into the distance.

Behind her, her daughter, who had only recently come of age, also tightened her grip on her weapon and followed closely.

”That is...”

Hippolyta vaguely saw a figure that seemed to be approaching them at extreme speed.

But after she discovered that figure, in the blink of an eye, she could no longer find him.

Boom!

The ground suddenly shook, and shattered stones flew in all directions. Hippolyta, who had still been searching for Orion Cross’s figure a second ago, lost her balance and fell to the ground.

”Intruder!”

Seeing her mother fall and the intruder right in front of her, the Amazon Princess drew her longsword and charged at Orion Cross.

”No! Be careful, Diana!”

Seeing her daughter charge toward that unknown enemy, Hippolyta cried out in worry.

The power Orion Cross had displayed made her heart tremble with fear. It even made her recall a certain dream.

”Hah!”

The Amazon Princess raised her longsword and slashed hard toward the figure in the dust.

Clang!

A crisp metallic collision rang out.

Her sword broke.

The Amazon Princess only felt her hand lighten, and her body leaned forward under inertia.

But long years of combat training had already made her familiar with all kinds of fighting methods.

The Amazon Princess directly followed the momentum and pounced toward Orion Cross. Her hands locked around his neck, her legs wrapped around his body, and one foot stepped against Orion Cross’s joint, intending to use grappling techniques to make Orion Cross fall.

However, Orion Cross did not budge.

The smoke dispersed. The Amazon Princess had used all her strength to lock Orion Cross’s entire body, but when she saw Orion Cross’s appearance clearly, she suddenly became distracted.

”You’re a man?”

”Careful, Diana!”

Seeing her daughter lose focus in battle, Hippolyta’s expression changed dramatically, and she hurriedly shouted.

But nothing happened.

Orion Cross did not take the opportunity to break free, nor did he counterattack. He merely nodded.

”That’s right. So can you let go of me now? You have a pretty good figure.”

Orion Cross stared calmly into the Amazon Princess’s eyes, which were only a few centimeters from his own, and nodded.

”Fine!”

Diana released her hands and legs at the same time. After falling to the ground, she rolled backward, picked up the broken sword from the ground, and retreated.

”Mother, I don’t sense any malice from him.”

Diana ran to Hippolyta’s side with the broken sword in hand and helped her up.

”Diana, you are still too naive. True malice is never shown on the surface.”

Hippolyta helplessly shook her head at her innocent daughter, then raised her head and looked at Orion Cross.

”Outsider, who exactly are you? Why did you suddenly intrude upon Themyscira?”

”My queen!”

”Stay outside!”

The guards finally arrived. Seeing Orion Cross, they were preparing to step forward, but Hippolyta stopped them.

”As for me, I’m a traveler from another universe. As for why I entered Themyscira, naturally, it’s because my target is here.”

After casually answering, Orion Cross turned his gaze toward the Amazon Princess standing nearby. ”I didn’t expect the time to be this early, but that’s not bad either.”

”Your target is Diana?!”

Hearing Orion Cross state his purpose, Hippolyta instantly became alert. The hand behind her back quietly made a gesture to the guards.

”That’s right. Don’t you want to protect her?”

”One moment, you refuse to let her learn martial arts. The next, you want to train her into the strongest Amazon warrior.”

”Instead of being so conflicted, why not let her come with me?”

Orion Cross pointed at Diana and said this to Hippolyta.

Listening to Orion Cross’s words, shock flashed through the Amazon Queen’s pupils.

Why?

Why did the person before her know so clearly about things she had once done?

Could he have actually been hiding on Themyscira all this time, secretly observing them?

As for the possibility that Orion Cross was lying, Hippolyta did not even consider it.

It was precisely because she saw Orion Cross take the initiative to wrap the Lasso of Truth around his arm that she did not directly order an attack, instead choosing to first probe Orion Cross’s purpose.

”Answer three questions for me, and I will give you my reply.”

Hippolyta took a deep breath. The hand behind her back waved, and the guards who had originally been preparing to attack quietly withdrew from their offensive posture.

”Ask.”

Orion Cross said calmly.

”Have you been watching us on Themyscira all along?”

Hippolyta stared into Orion Cross’s eyes and asked the first, most important question.

”No. I said it before. I just arrived.”

”I understand.”

Hippolyta secretly let out a breath of relief. If they had not been monitored all these years, then only prophecy remained as a possibility.

”Second question. Are you Ares’s friend or enemy?”

Hippolyta asked the second important question. Her goal was to determine Orion Cross’s alignment.

Of course, if Orion Cross did not even know Ares, then there would be no need to ask the third question.

”Ares? Barely an enemy, I suppose.”

Orion Cross frowned slightly and spoke.

He had never even seen this world’s Ares. As for the Ares from his original world, he had been the first Olympian god Orion Cross chopped to death, so he could be considered an enemy.

”Good!”

After receiving the answer, Hippolyta let out another breath of relief. The way she looked at Orion Cross also became slightly more friendly.

”Final question. You said you can protect Diana. How will you prove it?”

”Prove it?”

Orion Cross glanced at Hippolyta, raised his right hand above his head, and grasped the void.

Boom!

A bolt of lightning appeared in Orion Cross’s hand.

”Do you recognize this?”

Orion Cross looked at the dazed Amazon Queen and asked indifferently.

”You are...”

Hippolyta murmured.

”No, I’m not. I haven’t slept with you either.”

Orion Cross saw what Hippolyta was thinking and immediately denied it.

”Huh?”

Diana looked at the two of them in confusion.
