Marvel: Odin Imprisoned Me with Hela

”Thor, I knew you would come back.”

When Frigga saw Thor appear holding Mjolnir, joy appeared on her face. She released Loki and walked over to embrace Thor.

Seeing his mother’s actions, Loki clenched his fists.

”What is that smell on you? And why are you dressed like this?”

After hugging Thor, Frigga immediately took two steps back, frowning slightly as she covered her nose.

Thor’s current appearance was indeed strange. He wore a pair of plastic slippers, beach shorts on his lower body, and a tank top on his upper body. On top of that, because he had just been brutally beaten by Hulk, there were still holes in his shirt and pants.

”Uh, Mother, now isn’t the time to talk about this. I have to stop Loki!”

A trace of embarrassment flashed through Thor’s eyes as he spoke.

”Loki? He just killed Laufey and saved your father...”

Frigga looked at her two sons, somewhat confused.

”Yes, I am Asgard’s hero. Isn’t this what you always wanted to do?”

Seeing Thor look over, Loki smiled and spoke.

”Then, little brother, why don’t you tell Mother that you sent the Destroyer to Midgard and tried to kill me and my friends?”

Thor looked coldly at Loki and gripped his hammer.

”Loki?! You...”

Frigga looked at Loki, her eyes full of shock.

”Now, tell me your conspiracy. What exactly are you planning to do?”

Thor tightened his grip on Mjolnir and walked toward Loki step by step.

”I already told you. I’m doing what you always wanted to do.”

Loki smiled faintly and aimed Gungnir at Thor.

Boom!

Thor was blasted straight out of the castle, fell from high above, and crashed onto the Bifrost.

At the same time, Loki immediately rode toward the Bifrost’s transmission hall.

”Loki, stop!”

Thor flew over with his hammer raised and shouted loudly. He had remembered now what Loki meant by ”what you always wanted to do.” It was to destroy Jotunheim, the home of the Frost Giants.

Loki inserted Gungnir into the center of the transmission hall, directly activating the Bifrost’s attack mode. This was authority Heimdall’s sword did not possess. Only the king of Asgard had that right.

The Bifrost spun rapidly, aimed at Jotunheim, an icy-blue planet, and launched its attack. At the same time, Loki used the Casket of Ancient Winters to seal the entire control panel of the transmission hall.

”It’s too late! You can’t stop it! Today, I will destroy Jotunheim!”

Loki took back Gungnir and looked coldly at Thor, who was walking toward him.

”No! You can’t destroy an entire race!”

”Why not? Isn’t that exactly what you wanted to do back then?”

”I’ve changed.”

”So have I.”

The smile on Loki’s face instantly disappeared. He swept Gungnir with force, sending Thor flying. ”I never wanted the throne. I only wanted to stand as your equal! Now, I finally understand that mortal’s feelings. All of you were born standing high above others!”

”Loki, what nonsense are you talking about?! You’re my brother!”

Thor climbed up from the ground, looked at Loki, and roared loudly.

”Am I? Am I really? Am I? No. Am I?”

Loki asked and answered himself with a crazed expression, then revealed a smile. ”If Midgard weren’t the link between the Nine Realms, the target of this attack wouldn’t be Jotunheim. But that’s fine. There will be another chance...”

”You want to destroy Midgard?!”

Shock appeared in Thor’s eyes. ”Why?!”

”Why? You’re asking me why?”

Loki laughed from anger. ”That mortal is the nightmare of an entire generation of Asgardians. Sooner or later, he will come here for revenge! Even the Destroyer couldn’t kill him. When that time comes, who will we rely on? You, the God of Thunder who gets pinned to the ground and beaten by him?!”

”No. He won’t take revenge. He is my friend now.”

Thor took a deep breath and spoke.

”Oh? Friend? Ha! Bring him here first and see whether he makes a move or not! When that happens, you’ll be Asgard’s sinner!”

Loki glared fiercely at Thor and roared.

”Then I already am.”

Thor smiled faintly and pointed behind Loki.

”?!”

Loki suddenly turned around and discovered that Orion Cross had been sitting in the corner all along. He immediately raised Gungnir and shot a laser at Orion Cross.

Bang!

Orion Cross raised his arm wrapped in the chains of the Blades of Chaos. The laser bounced aside and blew open the wall of the transmission hall.

”I do not fear you. I—”

Boom!

Before Loki could finish speaking, the laser from earlier damaged the Bifrost hall’s energy stabilizing device. The entire hall violently exploded, and the massive shockwave sent all three of them flying out onto the Bifrost.

Thud!

Orion Cross stood steadily on the Bifrost, looking at the brothers who had crashed together on the other side, and covered his eyes.

”Cough! Cough!”

Thor suddenly coughed twice, spat out a mouthful of blood, and sprayed it all over Loki’s face.

”Thor, what are you doing? Haven’t you already regained your divine power?”

Seeing Thor spit blood, Loki was instantly stunned.

”The half hour... seems to be up.”

Thor tried to pick up the hammer that had fallen on Loki’s chest, only to find that, as expected, he could no longer lift it.

”What half hour?”

Loki struggled a few times with all his strength. ”Move the hammer, Thor!”

”I can’t anymore.”

Thor smiled bitterly and sat beside Loki.

”So you cheated. Father actually left you a backup plan...”

Loki immediately understood what Thor meant, and his heart became even more resentful. But right now, he could not move at all.

”Orion Cross, do you have a way to stop the Bifrost?”

Thor looked at the transmission hall in the distance, where energy was exploding violently, and placed his final hope on Orion Cross.

”I do, but why should I?”

Orion Cross walked beside Loki, crouched down, and looked at him. ”Looks like you haven’t closed your eyes recently. Are you afraid?”

”Undo the illusion you cast on me!”

Loki glared at Orion Cross and gritted his teeth.

”If Jotunheim is destroyed, the balance of the Nine Realms will be overturned.”

Thor looked at Orion Cross and spoke seriously.

”The balance is overturned, and then what? Maybe Asgard will be gone, while Earth remains perfectly fine.”

Orion Cross shrugged.

”Thor, look at him—”

”Shut up!”

Thor interrupted Loki, then returned his gaze to Orion Cross. ”I respect your decision. No matter what, you are still my friend, Thor declares it.”

”Fine.”

Orion Cross nodded, walked to the center of the Bifrost, took a deep breath, and punched the Bifrost.

The Bifrost shook violently, and several cracks split open across it.

Orion Cross’s normal state was the Vastayashai’rei form he called permanent Sage Mode. In addition, holding the Blades of Chaos was equivalent to possessing the powers of the Aspect, Hell, Heaven, and the Ascended at the same time.

This punch was enough to rival the punch he had once smashed into Zeus’s face.

”Stop! If you destroy the Bifrost, you won’t be able to go back!”

Seeing this, Loki immediately shouted anxiously.
