Marvel: Odin Imprisoned Me with Hela

The Warriors Four of Asgard exchanged glances, placed their hands over their chests, and knelt on one knee before Loki. ”My king, we ask that you revoke Thor’s banishment.”

”The first order I give after inheriting the throne cannot go against the former king’s final instruction.”

Loki smiled and refused them, but his grip on Gungnir tightened even more.

When Sif, one of the Warriors Four, heard Loki’s refusal, she immediately clenched her fists and stood up.

”Don’t be impulsive, Sif!”

Fandral and Hogun, kneeling on either side, hurriedly grabbed Sif while smiling at Loki. ”We respect the new king’s decision.”

”We still have duties to attend to, so we will take our leave first.”

After exchanging a few looks, they rose and prepared to leave. Sif kept staring at Loki without saying a word, her eyes filled with distrust and anger. In the end, she followed the other three warriors and turned to leave.

Loki watched the four of them go with cold eyes, then turned and walked toward the Rainbow Bridge.

”I have one more question. Did you ever sleep with Aphrodite?”

In the lounge, Darcy was still leaning over the back of the sofa, excitedly asking Orion Cross questions.

Meanwhile, Dr. Selvig and Jane Foster were seriously recording everything Orion Cross had just said. Whether they were majoring in astronomy or theology, this was important information for completing the system.

”Your questions are getting more and more outrageous. I refuse to answer.”

Orion Cross rolled his eyes speechlessly.

”Huh? Don’t tell me you don’t like blond beauties? No wonder you don’t seem interested in Jane! Then what about me? I’m a black-haired Jewish girl!”

Darcy, in her excited state, fired off witty remarks one after another and threw out several more questions at once.

”I’m not a pile driver. Why would I be interested in everyone...”

Orion Cross rubbed his forehead with a headache and looked at Jane Foster and Dr. Selvig. ”You two, hurry up and subdue this demon.”

Dr. Selvig put down his notebook and pen, looked at Darcy Lewis seriously, and said, ”Darcy, mind your words and actions. This is a rigorous academic discussion.”

”Yes!”

Darcy instantly became serious and nodded. Then she turned to Orion Cross and continued asking with a solemn expression, ”What I now want to ask is whether there is reproductive isolation between physically unique races such as gods and ordinary humans.”

”Darcy, that’s enough.”

Jane Foster had just finished recording when she raised her head and heard her friend say something like that. She immediately looked helpless and felt deeply embarrassed.

However, unexpectedly, Orion Cross actually answered.

”Generally speaking, there isn’t. But there are a few points to keep in mind.

”First, if one side cannot perfectly control their power and emotions, it is very easy for lives to be lost... I mean actual lives. Being directly torn apart or crushed into powder is both possible.

”Second, if the man is an ordinary person while the woman happens to be an existence with a body of steel like Superwoman, then one needs to consider the consequences of an egg striking a rock, as well as whether one can break through a steel membrane.”

Everyone was listening to Orion Cross in stunned silence when the door suddenly opened. Coulson glanced at the strange atmosphere in the room and carefully said, ”Um, sorry to interrupt, but a few Renaissance-looking people came outside and said they wanted to find Thor.”

”Where are they?”

Orion Cross stopped the original topic, looked at Coulson, and asked.

”In Thor’s lounge. They seem to be comforting him,” Coulson said.

”Looks like you learned your lesson this time.”

Orion Cross smiled, walked over, and patted Coulson on the shoulder. ”That’s right. This is how it should be. Use your brain more and your guns less, especially for ordinary people like you.”

Based on Coulson’s and S.H.I.E.L.D.’s original style, if the Warriors Four of Asgard had barged in, they would definitely have sounded the alarm and gone all out to intercept and capture them. But now, Coulson had chosen to receive them amicably and slowly probe the situation.

”Ordinary people...”

He was a senior agent, yet in Orion Cross’s mouth, he was only an ”ordinary person.” Coulson’s face drooped, feeling deeply pained, but he had no way to refute it.

”Let’s go take a look.”

Orion Cross patted Coulson’s shoulder, pushed open the lounge door, and walked out.

”So, a few more gods came?”

Darcy Lewis looked at Coulson, whose face was full of worry, and asked.

”They should be.”

Coulson nodded dazedly.

”Then what are we waiting for? Let’s go see!”

Darcy grabbed Jane Foster and chased after Orion Cross, who had gone out.

In the next lounge where Thor was, seeing that his friends had actually come to Midgard to find him, Thor, who had been in low spirits, finally smiled.

”I’m very happy to see you all again, but you shouldn’t have come.”

Thor sat on the sofa, raised a large mug of beer, clinked it with Volstagg’s, and drained it in one go.

”We came to bring you back.”

Fandral of the Warriors Four glanced at his companion, who was guzzling beer, and stated the purpose of their group.

”I’m grateful to you, but you know I can’t go back.”

Thor put down the mug, and the smile on his face gradually disappeared. ”Odin banished me. You shouldn’t violate his order. And I’ve lost my divine power and cannot lift the hammer. Even if I return, I can no longer be a warrior.”

”Thor, Odin has fallen into sleep. Loki has become the new king. He said it was the will of the God-King and the God-Queen.”

Hogun of the Warriors Four walked in front of Thor and looked into his eyes. ”But all of this is only his side of the story. We know him.”

”Yes, Thor. You must return and stop Loki. He must be plotting something.”

Sif also nodded in agreement.

”Loki became the new king?”

Thor froze slightly, then smiled. ”That isn’t necessarily a bad thing. He’s smart enough not to recklessly go looking for trouble with Jotunheim like I did.”

”Then you may be disappointed.”

A voice rang out from the doorway.

”Who?”

Sif immediately turned around and vigilantly drew her sword.

”No! Sif, don’t be impulsive!”

Volstagg, who had been enjoying his fine beer, choked when he saw Orion Cross appear. He hurriedly threw away his mug and pressed down the hand Sif had raised with her sword.

”You know each other?”

Sif glanced at the expressions of the Warriors Three and asked in confusion.

Logically speaking, ever since she had joined them to become the Warriors Four, the five of them, including Thor, had known everything about each other. Why did it feel like she had suddenly been isolated?

Seeing Sif’s surprised look, Thor began to explain. ”Sif, you were still in Vanaheim undergoing trials and learning martial skills back then, so you don’t know. Actually...”

”I heard you’re bald. Is that true?”

Before Thor could finish speaking, Orion Cross’s voice suddenly came from behind Sif.

”Bald... head?!”

Sif’s expression gradually darkened, and she clenched her fists.
