Journey to Planar World

The two women were none other than Tiona Hiryute and Aiz Wallenstein.

”Hey, Charlie, what a coincidence we meet in the Dungeon.” Tiona held Aiz’s hand and walked closer.

Aiz puffed her cheeks slightly at the sight of the beautiful woman standing next to Charlie, but as she approached, the unease in her heart was replaced by surprise.

Unaware of Aiz’s change, Tiona’s eyes were captivated by Aishia’s beautiful proportions.

”Whoa, you have such a beautiful figure. Your skin is youthful and beautiful like a baby... I’m so envious, I wish I had skin like yours.”

”Thank you for the compliment.” Aishia replied flatly.

”Isn’t the Loki Familia on an expedition? Why are you on the 21st Floor?”

”We set up a temporary camp here. Besides, the more people there are, the slower we move.”

”I see.”

Listening to Tiona’s explanation, Charlie understood why they could meet even though the Loki Familia started their expedition a day earlier than him.

Unlike him and Aishia, who had high mobility because they were only two, there were over 30 adventurers from the Loki Familia participating in this expedition, so it was no wonder their mobility was somewhat slow.

”Aiz, what’s wrong with you? Why are you just silent? Charlie is right in front of you, you know? Isn’t there anything you want to talk to him about?”

Finally, Tiona noticed Aiz’s strange behavior.

”...”

Aiz’s expressionless face, like a doll’s, stared at Aishia, who was also expressionless.

The atmosphere felt awkward between them.

”Spirit... You are a Spirit, aren’t you?” Aiz couldn’t hold back her doubts and voiced her inner thoughts.

Her mother was the Wind Spirit Aria. She felt a sense of familiarity from Aishia, somewhat similar to her mother.

Aiz was a Half-Spirit, a child born from the love of a Spirit and a Human. So it wasn’t difficult for her to recognize a Spirit even in human form.

”That’s right, I am Charlie’s contracted Spirit. I can sense that you have an aura similar to mine but slightly different... You are a Half-Spirit...” Aishia confirmed and also guessed Aiz’s race.

”Contracted Spirit...”

Turning to Charlie, there was a complicated light in Aiz’s eyes.

’Just like my father. Charlie is the hero of this era.’

If she wasn’t entirely convinced even after seeing Charlie’s status, after seeing him make a contract with a Spirit, Aiz no longer doubted he was a hero like her father.

”Eh, wait a minute, I don’t understand this conversation... This girl is a Spirit? And Aiz is a Half-Spirit? Too much information, give me a moment to process all of this.”

The person most shocked to hear the brief conversation between Aishia and Aiz was undoubtedly Tiona.

Tiona crouched down, holding her head.

”Sorry, Aiz, it seems Aishia revealed something about you that shouldn’t be known to others.”

Just by looking at Tiona’s reaction, Charlie guessed Aiz was keeping her background as a Half-Spirit a secret.

”It’s okay, I was planning on telling everyone about this someday.” Aiz shook her head.

”AHHH, there’s no use thinking too much. Aiz is still Aiz, nothing has changed. Which person doesn’t have secrets? Instead of that, Charlie, are you a hero like the ones in the legends?”

Before Aiz could persuade her, Tiona recovered on her own. Her interest was in Charlie after learning that this man had contracted a Spirit like the heroes of the past.

”I’m not a hero, you’ve got the wrong person.” Charlie denied firmly.

”Don’t lie, this Spirit is concrete evidence that you are a hero! Arganout, Fulland, Cadmus, Albert, and other heroes, every hero has a Spirit accompanying them!”

”...”

As Tiona mentioned her father’s name, a flicker of sadness appeared in Aiz’s eyes. It reminded her that she wanted to become stronger to fight the One Eyed Black Dragon who had killed her father and mother.

”It’s not me.”

”You are a hero!”

”No.”

”It’s you.”

”No.”

”Why are you so insistent on denying it! Even though the Spirit beside you is concrete proof that you are a hero!”

”For the last time, I’m not a hero.”

Seeing that Charlie refused to admit it, Tiona stopped arguing with him.

”If there’s nothing else, let’s part ways. We still need to find a place to set up camp. Let’s go, Aishia.”

”Um.”

Holding hands very naturally, Charlie and Aishia turned and left.

”I...”

Aiz opened her mouth to say something but didn’t know what to say.

”Hey, how about coming to our camp? With so many people, you don’t have to worry about safety. Besides, this is the first time I’ve seen a Spirit in person, there’s a lot I want to know and talk to her about.”

Tiona deliberately used this excuse so Aiz could be with Charlie longer.

The Amazoness race is known to be open-minded about relationships between men and women, as can be seen from their very open clothing styles that showcase their curves and tanned skin.

It’s a lie to say Tiona wasn’t interested in Charlie. In fact, like other Amazoness women, she wanted to get his seed and give birth to his baby.

However, Tiona chose to give up on a love that hadn’t even begun. This was the first time she saw Aiz like a man, so she didn’t want to ruin their friendship just because of a man.

Therefore, she became a matchmaker for Aiz and Charlie.

”This... This isn’t good, is it? Don’t forget, I’m a member of the Hera Familia, while you’re from the Loki Familia. Tiona, the relationship between these two Familias isn’t close, it’s actually hostile because of the incident 15 years ago. It wouldn’t be right for me to stay at the Loki Familia’s camp.”

Charlie felt something was wrong with the Amazoness girl’s circuit in front of him.

”Do you hate us because we’re from the Loki Familia?”

Aiz nervously awaited Charlie’s answer when Tiona asked this question. She wanted to get closer to him and get to know him, so she didn’t know what to do if the other party hated her because of the conflict between the two Familias in the past.

”I’m not someone who is shallow-minded and would hate others because of a past conflict that didn’t involve me at all. On the contrary, my coming to your camp would only ruin the atmosphere for everyone, right?” Charlie replied with a faint smile.

”Don’t worry, except for Bete, Finn and the others wouldn’t mind. Actually, Riveria really wants to meet you after she heard that Aiz is very attentive to you.”

”Really, did Riveria say that, Tiona?”

This was the first time she heard this, Aiz was a little panicked like a girlfriend bringing her boyfriend home to meet her mother.

”It’s not just Riveria, Finn and Gareth want to meet Charlie personally. After all, a Level 1 adventurer can fight evenly against Bete, that can’t be ignored.” Tiona reassured, patting her flat chest like an airport runway.

”What do you think, Aishia?”

”All decisions are up to Charlie, I’ll follow you wherever you go.”

Having anticipated Aishia’s answer, Charlie thought about Tiona’s invitation carefully.

’This is a good opportunity to see a Level 6 adventurer. I want to know how strong they are.’

Usually, First-Class Adventurers are members of large Familias and they are important figures in their respective Familias. Generally, it’s difficult to see them in public.

Just like the protagonist Bell Cranel who can vaguely determine the strength of an adventurer just by looking at them, Charlie can also do the same by looking at the Essence/Mana inside the other party’s body.

For him, information is very important. He needs to know the difference in the amount of Essence/Mana for each level of adventurer so he doesn’t get tricked by an enemy disguised as a Low-Class Adventurer in the future.

”Alright, I agree.” Charlie gave his answer.

”Yay, let me show you the way.” Tiona cheered happily, raising her hand.

Next to her, Aiz showed a relieved expression on her face.

After that, Charlie and Aishia followed Tiona and Aiz to the location where the Loki Familia set up camp.
