Not Being a Trainer This Time

The golden light enveloped Chi-Yu’s body.

A moment later, the golden light dispersed, and at first glance, Chi-Yu seemed unchanged, but upon closer inspection, Naoki noticed that its flames had clearly become softer.

Completely devoid of the previous sense of threat!

Like Ting-Lu, after consuming the Reversing Cuisine, corresponding changes occurred on their bodies.

The feature of Ting-Lu was that the crack on the great cauldron on its head had been repaired.

As for Chi-Yu, it was the change in its flames.

So the question arises, what has Chi-Yu’s Power of Calamity transformed into?

Thinking of this, Naoki quickly asked aloud: ”Chi-Yu, do you feel any different changes compared to before?”

Chi-Yu was slightly stunned, and at this moment, it discovered that a strange piece of information appeared in its mind.

Through flames, bring auspiciousness and blessings to people and Pokemon, making the surrounding temperature warmer. The flames possessed the power of blessing, and when someone prays to the flames, it can bring them good luck...

What is the meaning of this?!

Chi-Yu’s eyes were filled with astonishment.

”How about it? Any changes?” Naoki curiously asked.

Chi-Yu explained its changes to Naoki.

After listening, Naoki also felt a bit surprised.

An alternative Fire God?

Staring at Chi-Yu and Ting-Lu in front of him, Naoki became increasingly curious about the powers Wo-Chien and Chien-Pao would have after the reversal.

If his guess was correct, Wo-Chien’s ability was likely the Power of Auspicious, reviving deadwood and nourishing plants.

As for Chien-Pao... that was a bit harder to guess.

Would it be banishing evil and punishing wrong, or protecting against wind and snow?

Unfortunately, if it were abilities related to bounty, all four of these Ruinous Pokemon could be appointed as subordinates to Calyrex.

”Alright, that’s it for today!” Naoki said to the two Pokemon, ”This ranch is my domain, you can safely stay here. Tomorrow, I’ll go searching for Chien-Pao and Wo-Chien. Then you four can reunite!”

Next, he planned to give Kubfu a tour of the ranch.

In addition, he would also try to communicate with Kyogre, asking it to use the Sea God’s abilities to help Kubfu comprehend the Hydro Vortex.

Kubfu was now with Cyclizar, and on the way to find them, Naoki contacted Raifort using his phone, telling her that Chi-Yu and Ting-Lu had both arrived at the ranch.

Hearing this news, Raifort’s voice was filled with excitement on the other end of the call.

”This is wonderful! At this rate, the four Treasures of Ruin can all be liberated soon!”

”Yes! At that time, I will take them to Mesagoza City.”

”I’ll be waiting for you all here.” Raifort said.

Meanwhile, in the room.

Flutter Mane, as usual, sneaked into the fridge, checking Naoki’s food storage.

Koraidon wobbled over: ”Ah-ga-sii!”

”Dream!”

Flutter Mane was startled, and upon turning around and realizing it was Koraidon, it sighed in relief.

Koraidon suddenly seeking it out left Flutter Mane quite puzzled.

”Dream?”

Koraidon explained: ”Ah-ga-sii?” (Do you know what to do to grow fur?)

Grow fur? Flutter Mane was slightly stunned.

Immediately, it thought of something.

That was the Oran Berry it had secretly hidden before.

That Oran Berry had been forgotten in the corner, and when it was remembered and checked, it was covered in green fuzz, turning into a Venonat.

Koraidon must be referring to this incident, right?

Flutter Mane realized and then shared its understanding with Koraidon.

It explained that an Oran Berry left alone for a long time would grow green fuzz, and if a Pokemon was left alone for a long time, it might grow fur too.

A light bulb lit up over Koraidon’s head.

”Ah-ga-sii!”
