And Naoki wasn’t idling; he continued surveying the mountain carefully, riding on Koraidon.

The locations of the pegs were not obvious; many were hidden in inconspicuous places, and if not careful, they might be missed.

Koraidon flew in the sky, and the residing Pokémon were attracted by the sight, raising their heads to look up.

After spending about half an hour, Naoki and Koraidon circled the mountain a few times before finally discovering the second peg.

When they returned to the starting point, the three Pokémon dispatched by Naoki had already flown back.

”How is it? Any discoveries?” Naoki asked.

”Pawmo!” Pawmo nodded repeatedly, having found one amidst the grass by a small river.

”Roar...” Dragonite nodded as well, having found one at the mountain top.

”Mane.” Flutter Mane found two at once.

Seeing this, Naoki was delighted; it was really effective!

Led by the three Pokémon, he went and pulled out the pegs they discovered.

Including the two he found earlier, a total of six pegs had been pulled out, with just two left.

Upon returning to the Groundblight Shrine side, Naoki was startled to find only one of the four chains remaining.

As long as the last two pegs are pulled, the seal on the Groundblight Shrine can be released.

Next, Naoki continued searching nearby with the Pokémon.

Time ticked away second by second, gradually reaching noon. Unfortunately, they still hadn’t found the location of the last two pegs.

Helplessly, Naoki had to halt the operation, returning to the front of the Groundblight Shrine, taking out the ingredients he brought over in the morning, and began preparing lunch.

During which, Raifort opened video communication to inquire about Naoki’s progress.

Raifort: ”How’s it going?”

Naoki shook his head: ”Searched the whole morning, but still can’t locate the last two pegs. I plan to fill my stomach before continuing the search.”

”The last two... indeed not that easy! If the principal hadn’t sent people to keep an eye on me, I would have gone over to help investigate.” Raifort sighed.

Naoki: ”...Do you have classes in the afternoon?”

Raifort nodded, answering truthfully: ”Yes, two classes.”

Naoki speechless: ”Then never mind, you stay in school for classes.”

”Only can be this way.”

After ending the call, Naoki released Cyclizar and Ogerpon, letting them play there.

Meanwhile, he heated the pan with oil, placing the meat patties in the skillet to grill, golden oil sizzling, trailing an enticing aroma.

Next, Naoki sliced the tomatoes, and once the meat was cooked, he used them to create a few special sandwiches.

Once everything was ready, Naoki turned around, taking out Poffins and Pokeblocks from his backpack onto a plate.

Sandwiches, Pokeblocks, Poffins, and Berry Milk.

Thus completing a lunch set.

”Come over to eat!”

Naoki called out, and the Pokémon playing on the grass immediately ran over.

They picked up the sandwiches, happily devouring them.

Just at this moment, as Ogerpon was about to start eating, it suddenly looked towards the distance: ”Poni?”

”Hm? What is it?”

Following its gaze, Naoki saw a Pokémon resembling a shrub tree with five yellow spots on its abdomen standing and watching from afar.

Is that... Sudowoodo?

At this moment, the Sudowoodo was drooling, eyes fixed on the Poffins and Pokeblocks Naoki placed in the basket.

Is it a wild Pokémon attracted by the food aroma?

Suddenly noticing itself discovered by the human and the Pokémon, Sudowoodo showed a flustered expression, immediately standing still, covering its face with its hands, pretending to be a tree.

Naoki: ”...”

”Gaho!”

”Pawmo?”

At this moment, Cyclizar and Pawmo also looked up, gazing in two other directions.

Turning his head, Naoki saw several other wild Pokémon attracted by the food aroma coming over.

A mature Sawsbuck led several Deerling, standing and watching from the grass.

Even attracting a wild Heracross.

And several wild Toedscool resembling jellyfish that could use tentacles to run on the ground.

Whoa! Attracted so many Pokémon at once!

Naoki was quite surprised; he wasn’t carrying any particularly enticing Pokeblocks?

Seeing no reaction from the human, Sudowoodo watched Naoki’s situation discreetly through its fingers.

The Sawsbuck calmly looked at the human, while the Deerlings behind it hopped agilely on the grass, seemingly curious about the human and the fragrant food.

Heracross focused on the sweet-smelling food, the aroma seemed sweeter than the nectar it had tasted.

Really wants to eat...

Heracross drooled.

Meanwhile, Toedscool couldn’t contain its desire, racing over, intending to snatch food directly from the human and Pokémon!

Seeing their movement, Naoki exclaimed in wonder.

Local Pokémon seem a bit unfriendly, huh?

Facing the bandit-like Toedscool, Ogerpon swiftly stood up.
