Seeing this Pokemon blocking its way, the few Toedscool opened their mouths, spitting out blobs of mud.

Mud Shot!

Ogerpon couldn’t dodge in time and was hit by the mud.

Looking at the dirt on its body, Ogerpon was very angry.

”Bonnie!”

It glanced back at Naoki.

Naoki nodded at it: ”It’s all yours.”

”Bonnie.”

Ogerpon was waiting for these words.

In the next moment, green light surged in its hand, creating a vine-covered club, and it swung the thorny club hard towards the bandit Toedscool.

The club slammed down, instantly hitting one Toedscool in the face, sending it flying backwards.

Then, Ogerpon rushed towards the other Toedscool.

However, witnessing this, the Toedscool were utterly shocked and fled in the opposite direction.

Heracross and Sawsbuck on the hillside were also startled.

Having driven away the food-thieving bandit Toedscool, Ogerpon finally put away the thorny club and happily returned to its spot to enjoy its lunch.

Naoki: ”...”

Ogerpon’s appearance and strength indeed don’t match at all!

It was really terrifying seeing it swing a big club with such a cute appearance.

But speaking of which, looking at the remaining wild Pokemon, Naoki suddenly remembered something.

If anyone is familiar with the terrain and environment around here, it must be the Pokemon originally living here.

Many hands make light work; should he hire these Pokemon to help find the remaining two stakes?

He decided to do it, and luckily he still had some Poffins and Pokeblocks in his backpack.

Naoki turned to look at those Pokemon and waved them over.

Seeing this, Sudowoodo was slightly surprised; was this human calling it over?

Sawsbuck was also a bit surprised and hesitated a bit, but the few Deerling beside it were happily bouncing over.

Heracross looked worriedly at the Pokemon that had just swung a club at people.

Would it get hit if it went over?

Yet, when it saw the human-friendly giving sweet food to the little Deerling, it couldn’t sit still.

”Heya!”

Heracross immediately rushed down.

Sawsbuck and Sudowoodo also followed closely behind.

Looking at the group of wild Pokemon, Naoki couldn’t help but sigh inwardly: the Power of Viridian, which significantly enhances Pokemon affinity, is really convenient!

”Eat up!” Naoki said with a smile.

Heracross ate the sweet Pokeblock with a blissful expression on its face.

Just as it thought, it’s even sweeter than honey!

”By the way, there’s something I want to ask you all.” Once the wild Pokemon finished their Pokeblocks, Naoki started speaking.

Hearing this, the Pokemon raised their heads, looking over with a bewildered expression.

”Heya?” Heracross asked.

Naoki took out his Rotom Phone, found the photo of the stake he had previously taken, and asked:

”Have any of you seen this thing around here?”

The Pokemon stared intently. Living in the jungle, Sawsbuck and Deerling looked puzzled.

Heracross shook its head, indicating it hadn’t seen it.

Sudowoodo, however, suddenly got an idea; it had seen this thing!

”Really?” Naoki assured: ”If anyone can help me find it, I’ll give them a big bag of Pokeblocks as a reward.”

Sudowoodo hadn’t expected this surprise, nodding repeatedly: ”Huso!”

Heracross’s eyes also lit up; it could help find it too!

Three minutes later, the group of Pokemon scattered, eager to help this human find the glowing stake in exchange for Poffins.

Meanwhile, Naoki followed Sudowoodo along the mountain path.

About ten minutes later, they arrived at a hidden cave.

The cave wasn’t deep, and at the end of the cavern, there was a stake emitting a blue glow.

Naoki went up and pulled it out; this leaves only the last one!

”I’ll keep my promise and give you a bag of Pokeblocks; let’s head back to the camp now!” Naoki said.

”Huso!” Sudowoodo danced joyfully; this human was quite nice!

When they returned to the camp, Heracross and Sawsbuck hadn’t come back yet.

Naoki kept his promise and gave Sudowoodo a bag of Pokeblocks.

Looking at Sudowoodo’s excited appearance, Naoki wasn’t sure what to say.

But speaking of which, Sudowoodo, despite its tree-like appearance, has a Rock type.

Not only that, but it’s also very afraid of water.

”Interesting,” Naoki thought.

Heracross and Sawsbuck were still searching for the stake, and Naoki didn’t plan to be idle either.

After giving Sudowoodo the Pokeblocks, he continued to set out with Koraidon to look for it.

Koraidon was flying above, recalling the stake in the cave earlier, and Naoki pondered for a moment before speaking to Koraidon:

”Lower the flying altitude; let’s take a closer look below, paying extra attention to nearby caves or valleys.”

”Agassi!”

Koraidon responded and immediately descended.

Naoki’s gaze carefully swept across the surface.

Grass, hollows, valleys, under the cliffs...

Time passed minute by minute, and after hours of thorough searching, Naoki finally discovered the last stake in a very inconspicuous small cave halfway up a mountain.
