”Yima!”

”Miu!”

Mew and Teddiursa happily flew over to Naoki from afar.

Naoki smiled as he patted their heads, then looked at the four people in front of him.

Mew and Teddiursa turned around and looked towards Ash and the others along with Naoki.

At this moment, Ash and his friends were completely captivated by the scenery in the ranch.

Because there were so many Pokemon here they had never seen before!

A few days ago, they were still traveling around the Hoenn Region to collect Gym Badges.

Upon hearing the news of the approaching millennium comet, they went to the Pokemon Amusement Park to witness the spectacle that only occurs once every thousand years.

However, instead of encountering the millennium comet, they met three Pokemon calling themselves the Heroic Expedition Team.

At that time, Butler had just handed over the Sleeping Cocoon to them, and this group of Pokemon arrived.

After a battle, they learned all the truth from that Teddiursa about Butler’s evil plan and decided to help them.

When everything was over, Mew told them it had a way to change Jirachi’s unfortunate fate of sleeping for a thousand years, so they came along, crossed the sea, and arrived in this distant place.

Among the four, only Brock tried hard to stay calm.

He looked at the man in front of him with his squinted eyes and asked:

”Would you be the Trainer of the Heroic Expedition Team?”

May looked at the Heroic Expedition Team beside her.

The legendary Zapdos and Mew, and that mysterious Teddiursa...

She couldn’t help but mutter, ”This is truly incredible!”

Naoki smiled slightly, ”Hello, I’m Naoki, the owner of this ranch.”

Ash shifted his attention from the Pokemon around them and began to introduce himself:

”Hello, I’m Ash from Pallet Town!”

”I’m Brock.”

”My name is May, and this is my brother Max!”

Naoki nodded but didn’t speak because there were more important things to do at the moment.

Besides Ash and his friends, Absol and a Jirachi were also invited to the ranch by the Heroic Expedition Team.

Naoki’s gaze fell on the innocent and naive Jirachi hiding behind Absol.

”Follow me!”

He said to the crowd in front of him.

The group walked through the ranch and entered the living room.

Seeing guests arrive, Indeedee started preparing tea and snacks for them.

”Sorry for the trouble!”

In the living room.

Ash and Brock curiously watched Indeedee bring cups of tea to them.

Ash couldn’t help himself and took out his Rotom Phone to scan Indeedee.

[Indeedee, female, Emotion Pokemon, provides caring services to humans and Pokemon to collect appreciation. Female Indeedee are very good at taking care of children!]

The electronic voice from the Rotom Phone came out.

Both Ash and Brock were very surprised.

”Indeedee... what a magical Pokemon!” Ash couldn’t help but say.

Naoki smiled slightly, ”Indeed, Indeedee is a very reliable Pokemon.”

Ash then pointed his Rotom Phone at Koraidon nearby.

But the response he got was [Unable to find related information, it’s an undiscovered Pokemon].

Ash widened his eyes in disbelief at Koraidon.

”Ash, now’s not the time to be concerned with this kind of stuff!”

May commented with an exasperated tone.

Ash snapped back to reality, chuckling apologetically, ”Got too excited seeing so many Pokemon I’ve never seen before!”

Seeing Ash like this, Naoki chuckled.

Brock brought the conversation back to the main topic, looking at the mysterious man with calmness:

”Naoki, do you have a way to help Jirachi?”

”Yes, that’s why I commissioned the Heroic Expedition Team to find Jirachi.” Naoki replied.

He looked at Jirachi, who was curiously observing everyone around it next to Mew.

Their eyes met at the perfect moment.

Jirachi’s gaze and demeanor were as pure as a child’s.

Mew nudged it and called out, ”Miu～” (He’s Naoki, a very nice person～)

”Naoki?”

The next second, Jirachi’s innocent voice echoed in everyone’s ears.

”Yes, I am Naoki.”

Naoki looked at the adorable Pokemon, then introduced it to Ash and the others:

”That’s the nature of Jirachi, it sleeps for a thousand years and can only wake for seven days. Because it only awakens every thousand years, its personality and mental growth are childlike.”

”How pitiful...” May said sympathetically.

Max looked up at the floating Jirachi and earnestly pleaded, ”Naoki, please help Jirachi!”

”Don’t worry, leave it to me!”

Naoki turned around, fetched the special Leaf Green Ball from the kitchen, and walked to Jirachi.

”This is a dish made with secret techniques and special ingredients. Once Jirachi eats it, it won’t have to sleep anymore.”

”Dish?”

Jirachi tilted its head, looking confusedly at the green ball in front of it.

”Yes.” Naoki nodded, gently asking, ”Would Jirachi like to wake up every morning and play with friends, like Absol does, and then go to sleep together when the sun sets?”
